Chocolate & CInnamon Bun

I just finished 5 Lbs of Cup cake batter along with 2 Lbs of UP 2.0 Chocolate peanut butter

I am hoping not to get too tired of the cinnamon bun. How does it mix with a shake taste wise ? what are the recommended shakes using cinnamon bun so that i dont make a crap flavored shake?

I never have gotten tired of cinnamon bun. It's just, tooo gooood!

Mixes fine, and tastes great with most anything!

well i never make just straight protein. I always add PB, EVOO, oats, etc

i just wanted to know of some good combos to add in with it.

Cin. Bun + Oats = Divine

Cin Bun + Oats + Cottage Cheese Pancakes are also pretty damn good. I would reccomend adding a touch more cinnamon to the batter though.

Cin. Bun with a little water makes a unique sludge, and if you eat it up a little in the microwave you will have a nice brownie like creation. I prefer the Cup-cake batter or Wildberry for this though.

Cin Bun + Cottage cheese, blend it, then leave in the freezer for like an hour or so. Tastes pretty good.

Hope these suggestions help.

I think the Cinnamon bun mixes pretty well with anything. It is not an overpowering flavor but tasted great with milk, oats, peanut butter, and cottage cheese from my own experience.(also wasn't too bad in just water)

I got 4 different tubs of ATW protein. For a couple, I got the Fit version. I do not like this stuff. It takes 2x the number of scoops to make my shakes now. Shakes are gooey and nasty. I MUCH prefer the regular powder (w/o the fiber).

My $0.02!

I too ordered the same thing you did.

Every day I have:
1-2 cups milk
0-1 cup water
1-1.5 cups oats
1 tablespoon EVOO
1 heaping scoop ATW Cin.Bun

Shake that mofo up and drink it down. Soon I'll be adding greens into it.

But ya, Cin.Bun mixes great with oats, PB, milk, etc. I find that you may need to add a little more cinnamon though as it isn't always strong enough once you get it watered down.
