I dont think marijuana is the top of the top when it comes to boosting appetite.
All Im saying is, I dont see how it could do anything but hurt your training.
What? When it comes to stimulating appetite. Marijuana is king. So if weed isn't king of appetite stimulants,what is?
How? Please elaborate. Marijuana helps me eat more,sleep better, and relax. It also helps me stay away from drinking which is VERY detrimental to training. If you have sand in your vagina and you don't get this then I am sorry but something that doesn't work for one person will work for another. No one here is trying to justify a vice. Everybody has vices. If my vice is smoking weed a couple times a week then so be it.
Life is about balance. Nothing is going to be exclusively good or exclusively bad. My weight training and the lifestyle that I lead is sometimes difficult to follow. Packing meals and always making sure there is food is sometimes stressful. It would be easier to not care. Sometimes it's tough to go to the gym and I would rather be doing something else. It takes up time. The benefits that i see from weight training far out weigh any negative consequences. I enjoy feeling healthy and in shape so it is worth it to me.
The same goes for weed. It has negative and positive things about it and the positives far out weigh the negatives. This may not be true for everyone but for me it is. and why anyone would have a problem with it,I don't know.

A lot of what the pro MJ people in here talk about it no long term side effects etc. From the active ingredient THC MAYBE. Inhaling smoke a few times a week isnt that great for you. People neglect to talk about that. Putting tar into your lungs couldnt impact your training at all could it.
Im sorry life is just soo stressful you have to get some form of high to compensate. Lots of people manage to fit their meals and get to the gym without toking a few times a week. I know man, its just crazy. Alot of what you talked about is situational, specific to you and only you.
That is why I dont believe it can be anything but harmful. I dont have a medical degree, study the subject, or read **** from the internet and act like its solid fact. Unfortunatly, almost any study can be designed to look honest and find what they want to. And that goes for both sides.

If you lift alot, eat a more than usual, take a few supplements, it probably wont change a lot. There is a difference between lifting and training. i forgot to mention that smoking isnt the only way of MJ consumption, you can eat, vaporize, rub and oil of it onto your body,

But yes the most common way is smoking and that is unfortunate.
Smoking any substance is not good for you, at least long-term.
But tobacco cigarettes contain much more harmful chemicals than MJ.
Also unless one is smoking all day, which is actually pretty rare by my findings, is smoking blunts and papers all day, there is not too much smoke involved.
Most people who are relatively safe on this issue use water pipes or regular pipes,which are safer than blunts,papers,ect.
Also the better quality of MJ one has, the less one has to smoke.
This even decreased less if one has potent hash, and which there is barely any smoke at all.
While im not shure on the numbers, MJ hasnt killed anyone, but cigarretes has killed millions.
However, i still believe that its possible that people who toked ALL DAY LONG could probally get some type of cancer,
but even so the risk is less if the person toked tobacco all day long.
Id imagine its hard to gauge numbers on how many (if any) MJ has killed. Its kinda illegal so they probably dont do the numbers, at least the government. I mean, obviously there are other methods of getting what you want from MJ, but smoking is obviously the most common. A transdermal would be interesting to say the least. I mean, in reality, any kind of smoke can create health complications, not just MJ. Also, I understand the coughing isnt great for you either. The typical cigarette is definintly more harmful "pound for pound." But at the same time, you never really know what exactly has been done to the weed unless you grow it yourself like my coworker. I dont think anyone will debate that at this time, it seems very unlikely its as bad as alcohol or something. There are much worse things you can do Id imagine. Again, this is all speculation and without intimate scientific/factual knowledge of the whole subject that a researcher etc. would know.

ppl always ask that me how i can lift when stoned.. doesnt it make u tired..blah..blah blah... thething ppl dont understand about is the difference between sativas and indicas.. i smoke my sativas(usually some nice purps) before my workout.. they get me so pumped and hyper... and i save my indicas(pure og kush) for before bed/after workouts to relax my mind and muscles
. so i will look in the mirror and flex and then i begin thinking to myself what i need to improve on and how i can do it, kind of like a stoned self evaluation... the only negative is that i now have to smoke before each workout.. its my preworkout supp

I used to have a Vapolution. I sold it though cause I needed money. I think it is probably the best bang for your buke vape out there. Probably one of the healthiest too.
It was $150. It has a car charger. It is glass on glass (so there are no metals or plastics being heated). It was a real nice piece of equipment and it's built like a tank. Made in CA!
The high is very different though. It's a very focused high. You aren't as much...f*cked up. It's more of a head high than a body high. I liked it but some people didn't. I think smoking out of a bong is defiantly more satisfying but I prefer to vape just because it like breathing in air. I think I am going to get another one...

yea vaps give u that nice head high.. where ur clear headed and kno what u need to do.. thats lift heavy ass weight and make gains... vs smoking fat blunts and getting so high that u just walk around and do nothing in the weight room.. confused about what body part ur even working out that day.. jk... no matter what i smoke i always have the motivation to go to the gym and kill my workout..

I was completely paranoid off and on. At one point I was feeling real chill eating a Chalupa, and my sister made me laugh uncontrollably and I shot it out my nose like milk. I immediately panicked, thinking I would need to go to the doctor. My eyes watered up bad, then my dad came home from work - so I hid, and just ran out of the house while he was changing and didn't come home until about 8 hours later.
I never seen reefer madness... but back in the 40s they had a commerical of a guy and girl playin piano smoking weed and someone knocks at the door and the guy goes crazy and kills him.. great stuff.. The history of marijuana is pretty interesting if you look into it, contry to popular belief it isnt illegal because the govt cant tax it...it was first made illegal to control mexican immigrants then after people realized it wasn't as bad as all the hyped up govnt propaganda made it seem people started objecting to it and testing it themselves. There actually was a study done on people and the effects and conculded that it didnt make you go crazy and kill people (the original claim against it) by the way you wouldnt believe the penealty for smoking back then.. anyway then our govnt attacked the researchers of the study callin them quacks and what not and then the new reason was it is a gateway drug.. weed was very close to becoming legal again once until Nixion formed the DEA and made weed illegal on a federal level before then it was state law and more and more states were leagalizing it, after the DEA and the federal statue it kinda fell apart ever since...

I looked at the vapolution, and that one gets pretty good reviews, but they said something about it being hard to operate.
Da Buddha is a newer one out the market,also 150, made by the peope who make the silver surfer. I was gonna get the silver surfer, but the only difference between the two is looks.
and for vaporizers and the difference between the high, its usually a head high, but you can change that by changing the temperatures, at the lower temps youll get the other canninbinoids and at the higher youll get thc.
Although id still consider getting vapolution since its portable, and car chargable.
If anyone is aware of a substance that is better at increasing appetite, please let me know.
