So my past two workouts have been killers. I am really liking the T911 already (My girlfriend is too

). My aggression has been through the roof, and my numbers are pretty darn high. I have no issues of a lack of motivation in the gym. I just want to tear weights up all day. My recovery from my Mdrol cycle seems to be going splendid, the boys are doing great, my libido is sky high, my strength is pretty close to what it was on the sauce, and I am losing water, but not weight... 199lbs yesterday...
I also am enjoying being hungry again. Mdrol really did a number to my appetite... which makes me think of liver issues. Whatever, my liver will survive.
I have been kinda working backwards this week, as New Years day was supposed to be my leg workout and I never got into the gym... just rested up with the girlfriend. It's all good, I felt I needed it. Hit it up with a vengeance the last two days.
Shoulders
Military Press - 135x10, 185x6, 185x5 dropped to 135x13 ... i was almost screaming during the last rep.
Upright rows - 95x10, 135x10, 135x10
Lateral DB raise - 20x10, 30x10, 35x10... getting stronger....
Front raise - 20x10, 25x10, 30x10
machine shrug - 225x15, 315x12, 405x9
Rear delt cable extention - 20x10, 30x8, 40x6 *this exercise is hard as a mofo
Back
Wide Grip pull downs - 160x12, 180x10, 200x10, 230x6 DC style rest x3 more DC style rest x2 more total of 9 reps. I think my grip was the deciding factor yesterday, my back is a lot stronger than my grip... my deads REALLY suffered because I didn't use wraps... lets me know I need to train my grip more.
BB rows - 135x12, 185x10, 225x6 DC style rest, 225x4, rest 225x2. Total of 12 reps at 225.
Tbar CG rows - 2 platesx10, 3platesx10, 4 platesx10, 5 platesx 4 DC style rest, x 3 more.
Reverse grip (low lat) hammerstrength pull downs - 2 platesx12, 3 platesx8, 3 platesx6 dropped to 2 plates x9
RDL - 225x12, 315x6, 405x1 *this really pissed me off, but my grip just gave... I couldn't pick the 405 up again. I got seriously bent out of shape... I think it might have been some aggression from the T911... because I started fuming. I took a plate off and did 315x6 dc style break x4, dc style break x4, dc style break x3... and I nearly fell over. I may have tweaked my right glute a little... I had a slight pain in my butt last night... it's gone today. I stretched a lot because of it.
