GMG760 is entering an Anadrualic State (sponsored log)

Well, Happy New Year everyone, I have a bunch of stuff to do for my band's show tonight. It's our first hometown gig in 3 months... we've been all over the place lately. Should be a blast.

Anyway, yesterday I got arms because my legs felt sore from the HIIT I did on Monday. I figured I would rest up my legs a little longer. I am digging doing arms on a separate day again. I think I am gonna get some gains out of it. Oh yea... 199lbs you guys. And leaner than when on Mdrol. I guess the Mdrol just killed my appetite and now that I am able to eat like a garbage disposal again, I am gaining that weight back. Pretty stoked to be getting heavier during PCT. The very end of PCT at that.

ARMS
Biceps/Tricep
Preacher curls (inside grip ezbar) - 25'sx10, 35'sx10, 40'sx6, 40'sx4 dropped to 35's x4, dropped to 25'sx10. Killer pump, veins busting out of my skin.
CG bench press - 135x10, 185x10, 205x8 dropped to 185x6, dropped to 135x10.
Seated Hammer Curls - 30x10, 40x10, 45x7
Skull Crushers - 70x10, 80x10, 90x10
Standing high cable curls (double bicep pose exercise) - 40x10, 50x10, 70x8 dropped to 60x5, dropped to 50x5, dropped to 40x7, dropped to 30x10. Brutal. couldn't flex my bicep for a good few minutes.
Dips - bodyweight - 30, 20, 20

How is T911 properly used for PCT if it has Androsterone in it?
 
I'd run it at 3 per day for 2 weeks, then taper down to 2 per day for 2 weeks, that's what seemed to work for me :)

Hmm, these things are kinda sweet. They remind me of the cherry flavor sublingual melatonin I had a while back.

What I meant by my question about 1-AD being in the product as a PCT product... I thought 1-AD converted to androstendiol and androstendione which converts to 1-Testosterone. This would be suppressive yes?

This is the same 1-AD compound that AMS and Ergopharm sell? Just curious, I trust you guys and your knowledge, I just am a little confused.

Its a low dose androgen, Androsterone is in t911, and its different from 1-ad, its an AI, Whereas 1-ad is converted into 1-test neither of these are AI's, no conversion for Androsterone is needed as its already active. It has a different chemical structure as no bond in the first posistion.

How high of a dose could you take? Granted the Yohimbine would be a deciding factor but, how much could be taken?
 
glad to see you do a lot of stretching made me remember i forgot to do my DC Extreme Stretching after my WO today :(

The results are looking great, especially at under 1 serving/day!

I will find out a ball park figure on the amount for you. I have dosed 3 per day for 2 weeks and not felt sick or 'wired' in the slightest.

Dude, the T911 makes me aggressive as hell... Me likey. Some T911, AS, and MMV2 and it would be fight night at GMG's house constantly. I'd be boxing anyone and everyone.

so are you dosing the T-911 right now as well? I thought i read on one of the pages you started it, maybe i was wrong. But if I'm right and remember correctly how is the total effect with the AS combined?

Yea, I started it with permission from the guys at LG. I didn't want to spoil my log for them if they had wanted me to run it solo. The products should be very synergistic. I just wonder about the resveratrol in the AS, since I have no idea what the dosage is. I'll tell you this, I have no problems being motivated at the gym on this stack.

This stack should be killer, and will be good to have a log combining the two.

I've got a couple of bottles of T-911 in stash. And now you and G-Money are talking about aggression. That's my kind of language!! You guys are making me wanna break that stuff out.....pronto!!

My PRIME will run out 10 days before the rest of my recomp supplies (Anabolic Pump and ReCreate). I think I'll finish that 10 days off with some T-911.

That is going to be plain nasty. The Prime results and then adding T-911 which I have read nothing but rave reviews. You might take recomp to a whole new level.
 
TG + T-911= aggression...Are there any fault lines near Tennessee?? I think some MMV2 in the mix could set this bar a little higher!!

Yes, there is a large fault line in Tennessee.
I already thought about adding in some MMV2, but I better not. It does suppress, even if just slightly. I don't want that. Because in less than 3 weeks now, I've got an incredible AAS/PS cycle planned.

A 6 weeker of total insanity!! :fool2::twisted:

So my past two workouts have been killers. I am really liking the T911 already (My girlfriend is too ;) ). My aggression has been through the roof, and my numbers are pretty darn high. I have no issues of a lack of motivation in the gym. I just want to tear weights up all day. My recovery from my Mdrol cycle seems to be going splendid, the boys are doing great, my libido is sky high, my strength is pretty close to what it was on the sauce, and I am losing water, but not weight... 199lbs yesterday...

I also am enjoying being hungry again. Mdrol really did a number to my appetite... which makes me think of liver issues. Whatever, my liver will survive.

I have been kinda working backwards this week, as New Years day was supposed to be my leg workout and I never got into the gym... just rested up with the girlfriend. It's all good, I felt I needed it. Hit it up with a vengeance the last two days.

Shoulders
Military Press - 135x10, 185x6, 185x5 dropped to 135x13 ... i was almost screaming during the last rep.
Upright rows - 95x10, 135x10, 135x10
Lateral DB raise - 20x10, 30x10, 35x10... getting stronger....
Front raise - 20x10, 25x10, 30x10
machine shrug - 225x15, 315x12, 405x9
Rear delt cable extention - 20x10, 30x8, 40x6 *this exercise is hard as a mofo

Back
Wide Grip pull downs - 160x12, 180x10, 200x10, 230x6 DC style rest x3 more DC style rest x2 more total of 9 reps. I think my grip was the deciding factor yesterday, my back is a lot stronger than my grip... my deads REALLY suffered because I didn't use wraps... lets me know I need to train my grip more.
BB rows - 135x12, 185x10, 225x6 DC style rest, 225x4, rest 225x2. Total of 12 reps at 225.
Tbar CG rows - 2 platesx10, 3platesx10, 4 platesx10, 5 platesx 4 DC style rest, x 3 more.
Reverse grip (low lat) hammerstrength pull downs - 2 platesx12, 3 platesx8, 3 platesx6 dropped to 2 plates x9
RDL - 225x12, 315x6, 405x1 *this really pissed me off, but my grip just gave... I couldn't pick the 405 up again. I got seriously bent out of shape... I think it might have been some aggression from the T911... because I started fuming. I took a plate off and did 315x6 dc style break x4, dc style break x4, dc style break x3... and I nearly fell over. I may have tweaked my right glute a little... I had a slight pain in my butt last night... it's gone today. I stretched a lot because of it.

G, the heavy back routines in DC don't get rest paused:BB Rows,Deads,T-bar. You warm up to a very heavy set where you might get 6 reps. Rest about 2 mins. and then do a backoff set with a weight that you get twelve reps by busting your balls. When you can get to 8 reps on the heavy...more weight is added. I moved the weight up on the second backoff set when I hit 15. It is just to safe guard against the form getting sloppy and injuring yourself.

You did great G-Money. The Weider Principle of Rest-Pause was around 30 years before DoggCrapp was even heard of.
I'm going to stop calling any of my training "DC" in order to not offend the hardcore DC advocates. They tend to get a little pissed if we're not doing it 100% by the book!! :lol:
And really, other than the couple of rest-pause sets that I perform, my routine is anything but DC inspired. It is original....like me!!

Honestly, you can rest-pause ANY exercise. Some just make more sense than others. And then there's the safety factor of course. Rest-paused deadlifts could be very dangerous if you let your form slip. But so could the widowmaker squats. Which just goes to show, that ANY exercise can be rest-paused, if attention to form is kept high on the priority. :thumbsup:
 
^^^x2 TG. I was just thinking of safety for the G man here. I too use the DC format as a template to start with and branch out from. Like you said in your log...we are all different and wonderfull in our own ways.

I know exactly why you said what you said. I appreciate it too. I wouldn't recommend a rest pause DL session to any novice weightlifter. DL happens to be one of my strongest lifts, and I was lifting much below my maximum. If my form slips, I stop.

I am going to have to research my rest-pauses and DC knowledge much further. I believe I am actually going to utilize a 5x5 workout structure during my february cycle, unless I feel that I can utilize DC to it's full extent... I think it would be strange and possibly dangerous to try such an intense method of exercises during a cycle, since I will be much stronger than I normally am. I would hate to injure myself.
