Need some advice, Phera Plex cycle

I am looking to start up my first cycle of Phera Plex. I am looking to put on some lean mass. I have done a lot of research but I would much rather be told what to do by experienced users, because I definately cannot **** this up.

Below is what my cycle looks like as of now. This could be completely wrong, which is the primary reason Im posting on this forum because you guys no a hell of a lot more than me about this stuff.

What would you guys recomend adding to the cycle, another thing I need is a strict diet, any advice would be amazing and very appreciated
 
phera is a wet bulker...tis not really gonna be lean mass...lots of water retention

edit: whats your age and lifting history...
 
I'm 23 and have been lifting for about 3 years. Lately I have been slacking which is the main reason for me wanting to bulk up. I dont mind the water retention I just want to get big again, I'll get lean naturally due to my fast metabolism.
 
your going to need a SERM if your running Phera. agree with the suggestion of going to 20 in the 1st week too. keep your sodium down and water intake up and the bloat you experience should be minimal
 
I'm not sure I have never made a log before.. So pretty much the only change I need is to up the dose to 20mg the first week? everything else is good? I want to order the stuff and start this cycle already, I've been looking into this for a while
 
what pplex are you going with? what are you running for protection and ancillaries?
how much you weight? bf?

you'll want to continuously up your calories every week. I'd keep the carbs and protein as high as possible. Until you give some more info thats all i can say...

btw...i know your excited to start, but have you ever ran a cycle before? You don't want to rush these things...plan accordingly.
 
I'd run cycle support by AI or cycle assist by CEL, and start taking it about 2 weeks before the cycle starts and run it through out cycle. You can find these both at Nutraplanet.

Also depending on your current situation (if you have a girlfriend or not) and how your body reacts to Nolva and RXT you may want to have something on hand for libido and to improve sexual performance.... Don't get me wrong they are great and extremely effective at what they are used to accomplish. But speaking from my experience, Nolva and RXT(especially at a high dose like 75) crushed my libido.
 
I'm not sure what pplex I'm going to get because I haven't ordered anything yet. I weigh 155 and I am not sure about my bf% but it's definitely extremely low. What types of foods should I be looking into buying for the cycle. I want to be eating right so it's not a wasted procedure. And you say I should buy cycle support and start it 2 weeks before and during my cycle, then start the pct and everything is good?
 
you need more experience with bodybuilding before you start using these advance supplements.

trust me, you'll get more out of them when you already know how to gain lean mass through just diet and training.
 
I know how to gain lean mass through training, it's just my diet needs to be set in stone, then I think I'm ready for this. What would a good diet look like?
 
The point is you should know diet before you use steroids. It's not acceptable to train and not eat properly and only figure out diet when you prematurely cycle.
 
Yeah I understand that. Once I get a diet down and use it for 8 weeks on cycle, it will become habit, especially since I have OCD and would not want to see the muscle I gained melt away due to poor eating habits... Even if I dont go on a cycle yet, I need a diet. I am just getting all the info I can on this, for the future, I have no idea when I am going to do a cycle, but I do know it is going to happen regardless, and I want to be safe.
 
why is it that every time I see good advice in these threads, the OP is resistant to the advice.

You make no sense.. I'm taking all the advice I can get.. It's just how many times do you hear someone saying "your not ready, wait til your ready, blah blah blah" if I was not ready I would not be here asking for help. And even if I am not ready, wouldnt it be wise to have good info and your cycle fully planned before beginning? Jeez I might as well have popped my roids, did no pct, and kill myself in the process.......
 
What, you're "ready" by virtue of creating a cyberspace name and posting a thread, no dude that's not how it works.

There's 2 ways to help people, short run and long run. Short term help looks like this: "Take *** pills and ***** for PCT and you'll get huge brah cool" and long term help looks like this: "you'll be best off if you figure out diet NOW and build up a bigger solid base before using steroids, else you'll become one of those people who has done a half-dozen cycles and no one can tell."

Anyway, we see your stats 5'9 155 and see you're a little small to be JUICING it up, which is why we recommend working on diet. In the long run, diet will help you out more than any steroid cycle...

Thing is, this is the steroid section. We're not here to be your personal trainer and write out diet plans for you. In fact I think that's stupid because everybody's body is different, some need more carbs or less carbs, some people prefer different sources of fat, etc. There's no miracle diet... you have to spend a long time just lifting and eating and tweaking your diet to figure it out.

The ball is in your court. BRO.
 
swirly, getting your diet down isn't as easy as it sounds.

it took me years.

tell you what, post some pictures, then gain 15lbs of lean mass naturally, show us your new pics, and then you'll be ready to do some "gear".

but still maybe not ready but at least we can respect your pro-hormone use more.

fizzy, we don't like telling people who are clearly not ready to run pro-hormones advice on dosages and the like.

it's not like running creatine.

i've had a n00b come up to me and tell me he got better gains from cell mass than he got from superdrol.
