*strength-NR-really hard to gauge on just one workout.
*pumps-6/10-but hard to gauge on this type of workout

loved the combo so far, homerun LG!

Daaaamn, I gotta get my hands on the Anadraulic State soon ! This feedback is convincing as hell !

.. I'm currently on White Flood, so it'll be a while .. But I know what I'll be trying next !!

I'm really tempted to run a kick ass stack right now, but I feel I have to get my body back to the norm after hdrol. This combo in this log is making me very jealous!

*focus and energy-f'king a I love it, if you mixed crack and old school andro this is how you would feel!
*stength-pretty damned sporty!
*pump-lats made me wanna sing "I believe i can fly!"
*side note-the thermogenic effect of the t-911 is terribly understated, a cool heat ruch from the yohimbe is a nice effect!

WHEW: this is the best over the counter supp combination since i used M1T and transd 4ad with an ECA stack. Focus and recovery are INSANE! taste still sucks but damn that is trivial considering the effectiveness, going to 2 t-911 tabs tomorrow.

BW+200 dips...holy hernia batman!! Niiiiice... Liking the T-911 and AS combo a little?? Man I wish my AS would get here before my 911 runs out.

This is good to hear. I am thinking of running a MMV2, T-911, and AS mix in the very near future. My official primer for summer run.

I don't even know what to say about those weights C. You are very powerfull. Did you jump to 3 T-911 today?

Thats what I thought Craig. I didn't mean to hijack Cleetus's thread but I will start my own here once I can get my hands on all the goodies. I will solicit opinion on dosage and timing and length. The usual stats.

Keep hitting those big weights Cleetus! Awesome!

OK, this workout was an exemplary exhibition of just how potent this stack is, when i left, after all that, i still wanted more! If it werent for time restricitons i might still be in the gym! The pumps are starting to get better the longer i use the AS as well. LG, this is truly a winner you have on your hands!

Love the sound of that C!

One strong mofo Cleetus..:jaw: I should be getting my AS on Friday so I will get at least 6 days of a T-911/AS stack. Your review has me very anxious!!

you'll love it, i know i sound like a mark for LG sciences, but thats not the case. I have tried ALOT of different supps, managed a GNC for while, and never have i been more pleased with supplements as i have this pair, a truly great set of products.

Looks good man, i may have to give this stuff a try when i finish my psarm log. you guys should check it out Invalid Link Removed

GJ, the AS is the damn stuff man! NO explode like pumps and vascularity, but recovery between sets is what is so damn phenomenal, comparable to AAS type recovery times!

Cleetus, what are the suspended rows? Are they the rows where you have you feet on a bench and are hanging from a bar? And what are the high angle DB rows?

yes the suspended rows are using a bar in the hook and suspending your bodyweight using a bench or a box as a point of balance, similar resistance to a pull up, but less stress on the rotator cuff/cup and able to use various hand placements.
high angle db rows are standing with a slight forward bend, and pull the db's to your armpits (as close as you can get anway) upper lats and traps movements, with alot of bicep work envovled.

Ok, that's what I thought. Funny, I was going to start doing the suspended rows friday for the first time in my back workout. Seems like a great finisher...

This workout is a variation of SB(from MMI and IA)'s 5-10 program. It was vicious!

235x10 2/2 tempo *repeated three times, 90 seconds between combo sets

i needed alot of energy and stamina, and i got it, this stack has yet to let me down, even after all the reps and my whole upper body screaming for mercy, i wanted more! Discretion had to be the better part of my valor. I truly feel "on"!

gonna bump another supp here for a moment.
Along with the LG stack ive been using AMinovol by NXcare labs, 1 dose morning and evening. This is the fourth time ive used the product and will not be the last. This product is unbelievable in terms of recovery and rejuvination! Despite the volume and intensity of my workouts, the soreness and resulting lethargy have been very limited. Great product that i will continue to use.
