dude lats are looking nice. Im working on mine. I have that same problem though man with side proportion. its weird. My right side tends to be bigger although im left handed? looking good though man and regardless of time of day this is some serious weight you have gained...


i have the problem with my lats as well, its from doing one overhand one underhand grip on deads, whichever hand i have the underhand grip on (my left) its more round and full. the right side not so much, and im a righty.

where do you get your fat from? what are your main sources?

u do a full weekend of carbing up? or just one day?
 
Well I don't really have a main source because every meal I have a lot of fat. Peanut butter, pepperoni, beef, cheese, sausage, etc

For carbs ups I usually just do one day since I have trouble getting any volume down.

comes out to bout 40g fat 40g protein every meal and 6 or 8 meals?

ar you worried bout your cholesterol with all that saturated fat?
 
When I hit my diet on the spot it's 6 meals. No stomach issues whatsoever.

good stuff, i was thinking bout doing something like this, but all my fat would have to come from EVOO PB and Macnut oil, especially while on orals, id be afraid my LDL would go damn near 300 on a diet like yours lol. it got up to 230 and i ate extremely healthy fats only
 
Mine may be that high. Who knows.
It's not like I am going to have a heart attack; doesn't bother me.
 
Holy crap, weight up 35lbs? That's rare. You must be some kind of genetic freak. I've never even heard of anyone gaining that much on 12 weeks of testosterone enanthate and nandrolone decanoate.

Rugger I forgot did you take measurements before cycle? like arms and quads etc. interesting to see where the most weight is going. pics looks pretty evenly distributed how the joints feeling still holding up?
 
Rugger, phenominal change. Really looking forward to your side by side at the end of this cycle.

I think the lighting in your back double bi is just REALLY bad - which gives the impression that your left side is larger. The light source is coming from the right side of the picture, giving he left side much better shadows. I'd say retake the picture in another couple days with the light source directly in front or behind you with no flash and see how it looks to you.

Regardless though, I'm really impressed... You're beating the hell out of this log and product.

Notes:
  • M-drol sides have started, nothing terrible. I am tired as **** all day long, no matter what. I've taken naps each of the last three days even after 8+ hours of sleep. I was tired this morning even after a serving of assault.
  • M-drol has also officially zapped my appetite. Completely. Not going to worry about it too much, I've gotten big enough, maybe these last couple days will lean me out.
  • I also had incredibly painful inner shoulder pumps this morning. Man, it was bad. I had to cut my workout short. It's like my cuffs, labrums and ligaments all cramp up. Sucks.
  • My nuts are fine, sex drive is still up. No other major sides.
  • I'm going to try my best to get food down the rest of the week, but I'm not going to bet on it. Oh well, I am thinking that I am going to need to cut some weight in the future anyways :(
 
For the shoulder cramps I would suggest a couple bananas before the workout, soome aggressively dosed taurine, and something to improve the circulation immediately pre-WO. My favorite is Tiger Linment - comes in a small glass container - and you can get it in the first aid section of any major pharmacy.

I've been taking 10g+ of taurine pre workout. Today was the first day I had to stop because of pumps. Not terribly worried about it. It shouldn't effect my remaining workouts. I still got to blast my chest pretty good with DB and smith inclines. Pec-deck ate me alive, though. I'm kind of upset because since I started this cycle I've maxed out the pec-deck. I do NOT want to have to switch to db flies. I need to find an extra long pin to put free weights on the front of the stack.
 
No DB flies mostly because I just don't like them. LOL
I tried cable flies after pec-deck and the pain was just as intense. Couldn't do dips either!

What is your weight right now is it 237? anyways i'm sure you'll be fine at your weight
 
I think he's right around 225. His stats are supposed to be a joke (4'6'').

I knew the height was a joke but couldn't remember the weight he's gaining so fast lol

if so he' doesn't have to worry about being 2 big look at "unreal" they are the same weight as soon as he loses some of the bloat the weight should look right with his height just look like he works out HARD and knows how to eat
 
Dude, Mdrol killed my appetite too. I struggled to eat enough on it... I think I actually did a pretty terrible job with my diet and Mdrol... I ate a lot more on epi and MMV2. But I know it's one of the sides... I guess it's just from the liver taking a toll.

  • Strength increases seemed to have stalled with my back when compared to my other workouts. That's not to say I haven't had huge increases, though.
  • Not sure if I will get to workout again during the on portion of this cycle. I have 2 finals back to back on Friday morning and then a paper due by midnight that night. If I get to the gym, I'll be lucky. Maybe I'll go tomorrow instead of Friday if I am feeling spunky.

Notes:
  • Since I left town on Saturday morning, I didn't have much food left on Friday. I probably had 2000 calories, if that.
  • I wasn't expecting decent workout, but I actually had a PR on DB press, repping 100 pound DBs. I was surprised.
  • Shoulder pumps got pretty bad so I quit early.
  • No hampering sides that day.

  • Since I felt little to no suppression, and the only side effect I experienced as minor nut atrophy, I have decided to hold off on Clomid.
  • I brought it and all my other PCT stuff with me to TX, just in case, but I am honestly not expecting to need the clomid.
  • I have been taking test booster, and I will continue to do so along with Cycle Assist and Lean Extreme in a week or two.
  • Still feeling great with no depression, nipple sensitivity etc.
  • Still raging horny which is very, very odd. It's almost like the Superdrol was like a rebound; the opposite of suppression.

what exactly are you dosing ED now?
 
Right now I'm only using battle fuel and cycle assist. I will probably start low dose clomid within the next few days just to be safe. I need to find a ml dropper though

yeah, 25-50 mg ED for 2-3 weeks should get you going again.

I will be buggin you for the next 4-6 weeks to see how everything settles back in and softens up.

Time to hit those legs hard bro.
