Nix the mixed veggies. Unless they're fresh they are pretty garbage. Spring for some spinach and carb/calorie free dressing instead. With the whey, if you can afford it, go out and grab or order some low carb whey. If not, just adjust your diet to exclude whey. I haven't taken whey in a while just because I don't need to supplement my diet with extra protein.
Also, I wanna make sure you aren't going too hard on morning fasted cardio. Shouldn't be more than a brisk incline walk.
alright well i have a question for the musclepharm reps. Do u think it would be best to do 60 days at one pack a day, or 30 days at one pack and 15 at two?
Also sorry i didnt get a chance to post up diet and workout yesterday, got rushed. hopefully will be better today.

You can do the dosing however you feel most tolerable to. I personally like taking one Shred Pack every morning and then if I am working out in the afternoon I will take one later in the day as well. Shred is pretty strong, so you may find it best to plan on only using one a day and then play it by ear if you need a second for that given day. If you choose to do the 2 packs a day dosing, I would recommend taking a couple days of the week off all together. For most people no more than 10 packs every 7 days will be needed, so either 5 days of 2 packs or packs everyday with an extra before three workouts etc.
Edit: If you end up with two packs a day make sure you track your calories, otherwise you may not eat nearly enough in a day. The appetite suppression has been very noticeable for myself and some of the others that have used it so far.

Energy: Once again the energy was a good even boost, cant speak for how long it will last being as i dosed two hours ago, but its still here
Focus: The focus was definately there, even more so than yesterday, was beneficial when finishing up a research paper lol
Appetite: Feeling a little suppression since i dosed, not wanting for the carbs as much as usual. i can look at them without crying now... haha jk but its helpin for sure
Mood: Along with the energy comes a fairly good boost in mood, and tolerance, which is unusual for me cuz usually caffeine products make me a lil anxious so this is a plus.
Unable to lift todayhad some sh!t come up, may hit it tomorrow morning depending, tomorrow afternoon tho i'm off to the OU vs. Texas-Tech game, should be a good one!! Go sooners! lol
That workout looks intense! 4 days straight plus cardio? man, you should be eating more, sleeping more and power housing veggies like a mad man to help with recovery.
those are some good ideas pmiller!If you want to take a couple days off from the Shred you may notice the energy effect hit you again. I have heard from a couple people that the energy effects build up a tolerance after a few weeks and I am starting to think of some ways to increase the effectiveness with dosing. I think for a killer fat loss run you could double dose for a week then take a week off and repeat, that coupled with a non stim fat burner would produce some solid results. Also I have a friend right now who is following a carb cycling diet and he only uses shred based on his carb intake for the day. For example he will take two packs on low carb days, 1 pack on moderate days, and none on high carb days. If you want to switch things up and experiment with your remaining stash of Shred please feel free to.
alright that sounds like a good idea, i may finish out this week and then take a week off and see how that goes.
