for breakfeast im going to have 3-eggs,4-slices ham,2-scoops rice,3-pieces of w/w toast covered with p.b,18 oz.100% whey shake.

supps-1-dienedrone,2-milk thistles,2-multi,3-amino's,3-fish oils.

pre-w/o supps-1-dienedrone,3-fish oils,3-amino's.

workout!


chest-(d.b flys)-4 sets of 10 60lbs.
tri's-(behind the head raises)-4 sets of 10 85lbs.
neck-(flat-bar shrugs)-4 sets of 10 179lbs.
shoulders-(d.b uprights)-4 sets of 10 40lbs.

We've had 3 inches of rain since yesterday. With 2 more inches forecasted for today. It's a beautiful Thor's Day here!! I love a good storm!! :hammer:

I'm only 1 hour from there. And yes, it is beautiful here. I grew up on a dairy farm in a small rural community. It was like a fairytale childhood.
 
There is a private animal preserve in Tenn. I went there a long time ago and took a ride up the mountain and walked in a town with a million little shops. I loved it.

Then animal reserve had big cats mostly. but they had a little lion cub in a playpen that kept climbing out and running up my leg..lol I had to pick it up, those claws are rough even then. Then they asked if I wanted to play with their 6 pack of wolf pups, which of course I did!! Loved it.
