I wanted to get some help with a cycle I was thinking of doing. This was put together by myself, based on my knowledge (I am still learning). I need some advice on dosages and changes if any. I am looking to cut up during this cycle.

3-AD
H-Drol
Havoc
Cycle support

PCT- of 6oxo
I was going to run this for 6 weeks

If this is your first cycle you should run only 3-AD. It doesn't do too much in comparison to havoc or h-drol but its safer and you can judge your responsiveness to PH with it.

You could run either h-drol or havoc but not both...both are methylated and f*ck up your liver.

Finally, 6oxo will work for 3-AD, maybe H-drol (prob bad idea too), but surely not for havoc.

Havoc REQUIRES a Selective Estrogen Recepetor Modulator such as Nolvadex or Toremifene, at least on Hand.

If you want to get away without using this SERM you can try I-Force Reversitol. But you MUST HAVE a SERM sitting in your closet.
 
monster box can i pm u with a few questions i have about my upcoming havoc cycle.. it wil be my first just trying to do it right
 
Pick 2 of the 3 compounds. Doses should be pretty high depending on how you respond to these.

OP, don't run the 3-AD JUST BECAUSE it is the most mild of the three as Monster suggested. Heh. It's so mild that MOST say it doesn't do anything. Now, I haven't taken it, but I read a lot.

H-Drol is the second of the tamest on your list. You'll likely find that it is a good first-runner. Take it for up to six weeks, starting with 50mg and go up from there as you/people who know more than I do see fit.

Havoc gets a lot of love on the boards. It's pretty much touted as the best of the PH's. Now, while something else may yield quicker/better gains (any superdrol clone, among a few other individual ones, and even a few of those stupid PH cocktails where they just slap 3 of them together real dangerous-like), Havoc is said to be user-friendly while giving dramatic gains over 4 weeks.

Now, I have not taken ANY of these. I have merely read a lot on them.

Are the superdrol clones worth the few extra bucks? Are they good by themselves or should they be stacked. I am getting that I shouldn't stack (in any combo) any of the 3 I previously mentioned but rather pick one. I have done ph's before, but it has been a long while (since the last big ban on was done aobut 2-3 years ago).

Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator. Originally designed for breast cancer patients. For bodybuilding purposes, they are mostly used during PCT because they block the negative effects of excessive estrogen usually present after a cycle and allow normal hormone production and balance. Basically, they prevent ***** tits and get your testes back in business.

Unless you are very experienced using PHs, my suggestion is to start with a mild PH like H-drol and gauge your body's reaction before going nuts stacking a bunch of ****.

And yes, both Havoc and H-drol are methylated (designed to survive pass through liver) and will be hard on your liver. Personally, I would not stack two methyl compounds.

Havoc: 2a-3a-epithio-17a-methyl-5a-androstan-17b-ol
H-drol: 4-chloro-17a-methyl-androst-1, 4-diene-3-17b-diol

The SD clones are very good but also said to be very harsh on the body. They are good taken solo, IMO. Gained close to 15 pounds. SERM for SD is absolutely necessary, IMO. Do a solo run of Havoc or H-drol for now. You won't be disappointed.
 
I notice they are different chemical compund. How do they work in comparison to each other and the kind of gains you get in comparison with each other.
 
3-ad didnt do jack sh*t for me.

Havoc made my year.

But, if you don't know what a SERM is you shouldn't be messing with methyls like havoc until you've learned the in/outs of prohormones and their side effects.

they arent really too similar, all the PHs out today you can consider similar, they are mostly non aromatizable dry lean mass builders. with the exception of a few.

EPI is stronger on a mg - mg basis then Hdrol yet some people perfer Hdrol to Epi because Epi has been more closely related to gyno as is sdrol an p plex.

You need to read a lot of logs and stickies (SERMS). That stuff above is 100% garbage, IMO.

I like to start with someone's log (from a quality member), then adjust from there, often times using the collective thoughts from other members along with the knowledge of my own physiology and responsiveness to chems.

The silver lining here is that you at least consulted with the fellaz here before running that stuff above.

The guy that owns a supp shop in my gym sells Mass and Tren by American Cellular Labs in a stack with their Estro Xtreme and some milk thistle. Everybody that i saw that took them gained around 8lbs on average lean in a month on this stack and lost a pretty good amount of fat because of the tren. I havent tried it tho as i am too young but from what i have observed, it is a really good stack with about 70-80% retention. Could be another option for you. But like monsterbox said, have a SERM ready. I learned the hard way with their HMG Xtreme and i didnt read up on 17a-methyls and i got gyno pretty bad. Correct me if im wrong on any of this guys.
