ok so i've had the flu for the last week and am finally getting over it.....headaches, fever, joint pain, chest congestion, no appetite.

haven't been to the gym in a week and i feel terrible about that especially with T-Day coming up. on the bright side i haven't been eating alot so my stomach has shrunk....meaning i probably won't eat as much turkey lol.

gotta look at the bright side.

anyways, ya i was feelin a bit better this morning so i decided to goto the gym and see what i could do.

warmed up with a nice 1/2 mile jog @ 8mph then did back and triceps.....the run left my chest feeling really heavy so i decided not to strain myself with legs or chest.
i haven't lost any strength in my arms and my endurance is still good from the end of the log for my back.

thanks for the support everyone! drinkin my protein shake as i type, i want some turkey.
