id do sublatamine, germaniame, and a caffiene source being coffe,yerbe mate or green tea,

guarana is pretty useless its just caffiene

coffe has cholergenic acid

green tea has l-theanine

yerbe mate has mattiene instead of caffiene

i just wanted to talk about caffeine sources a bit if u dont mind

the chloregnic acid in coffee lessens the damage to the heart.

l-theanine in green tea, provides anti-overstimulation

creatine a pre-wo, adaptogen type deal. Im keeping it at under 4 caps per serving. I tried dosing in some 4G or arginine and it bumped up to 6 caps. so no go there. looking into trying some black colash for vasodialtion purposes

problem is CM takes up lots of caps. so if i put that much it takes my serving size higher than i want it to be

r u capping yourself?

ive capped over 1000 pills of stuff and guess i just kind gave up on it. Any bulk now i get,mix it with some powdered gatorade or fruit juice and chug it down.

CM is like the king of pumps for me, anytime i drink xtend, i always get pumped, no matter the time of day, its great.
 
i like 3 gm. cm goes great with ba/creatine.

yeah the more citruline malate the better, id take cm over plain arginine any day.

ive heard some guys doing anywhere from 6-12 grams a day. pretty high, but they said it was very effective.

id say 3 grams is an ideal dose.

One non workout day take 3 caps of of 1g each and on workout days take all three caps before the workout.

yeah and adding beta alanine and creatine is a very good idea, but i think u always take these,no?
 
I always take Beta alanine and usually creatine. Take a month off every now and then. And CM i am a big fan of huge dosing. it can do nice things. And yes i cap myself. I make mostly my own stuff now other than AN stuff. Im making this all in caps so that will put me at between6 6-8 caps just at around 3000mg i believe of CM... too much for me per serving
 
How about substituting the guarana for some tyrosine ? I think that would give you a better stim effect for the combo you wanna make.

It the most different in type of feelings it causes compared to tea and coffe, those are pretty similar.
i could drink a lot without feeling stimulated, its a relaxing drink.

Recently,i read on wikipedia,(yeah, i know) that the reasoning behind this is a compound that has recently been identified is a powerful MAO inhibitor."An August 11, 2005, United States patent application (documents #20050176777, #20030185908,[24] and #20020054926) cites yerba maté extract as a monoamine oxidase inhibitor; the maximal inhibition observed in vitro was 40–50%. MAOIs being antidepressants, there is speculation that this may contribute to the calming effect of yerba maté.[citation needed]
In addition, it has been noted by the U.S. Army Center for Health Promotion and Preventive Medicine that yerba maté can cause high blood pressure when used in conjunction with other MAO inhibitors (such as Nardil and Parnate).[25]"

So in essence yerbe mate is a good anti-depressent.
In small doses it gives me good energy, in higher doses i found the effects to almost being some sort of a "high" per say.

Wisdom Natural Brands Instant Yerba Mate is great because you dont have to boil hot water all the time and its easy to experiment with dosing and its cheap

Flavor:its very grassy, i like it though, if you like tea in general,id think most would like the taste. the instant tea is not as good as fresh brewed though.

So go to you local niche herb shope and pick a few different yerbe mate tea brands to test them out.

additional to all of this, maybe it has benefit for bodybuilders, but im just guessing on this.

Plus about capsules versus drinking in general with most supplements, there is something to, the body either sensing the incoming substance and preparing for it, or the mucul membranes managing to get some of the substance before it gets to the stomach.

everything ive tried liquid vs capsule,liquid always works better or faster. I always take liquid benadryl over capsules when i need it. Powder-preworkout mixes always work better than capsuled ones, (but this is not such a good example because usually powdered pre-workout mixes contained more ingrediants than capsules)

But get my drift?

Blast contains both I believe. Not sure on amount per serving, but I've double and triple dosed it, and it's great stuff. Seems much harder to overdose than other stimulants, and at higher doses I've noticed some euphoria. There is also glucoronolactone, Theobromine, and white willow bark in there, so I'm not sure what role the play in the effects.
