Weighed in this morning at 199.5 lbs... I can't say that the level was even when I had it on the 200. No matter... I'll just eat these eggs and I'll be 200lbs again!

So I got shoulders today. I felt like God at the gym. That is the simplest way to put it. No joking around, I felt like I could move the entire gym. This stuff is insane so far. Everyone is right, so far I have never experienced a compound/supplement like it. I weighed in at 201 at the gym today... I am really stoked. That's like a pound a day. During the first week. I know a lot of it is just the huge amount of carbs and water in me... but who cares... Superdrol is the first compound that I can really "feel". This stuff is no joke. And the cool thing is so far I have no noticeable sides. My lethargy has subsided, I think it was a combination of the dhea kicking in (almost immediately I might add), and my horrible crash from my last 4 years of caffeine binges. Timber arrives in two days, and that is going to be a blast.

At this rate, you're gonna catch me in less than a year. Or even sooner, with this M-Drol run of yours. I love me some friendly competition. It's great motivation. quick question if i may. for upright rows, how far up do you take the bar, and how far apart is your grip? its a fairly new exercise for me (5 weeks in), and your input would be appreciated. right now, i take the bar up to my lower pec, grip around 10 inches apart. is that about right?

I raise the bar until my elbows are even with my shoulders... full shoulder contraction.

I put my first (pointer) finger on the first notch on both sides of the Olympic bar.

I'm with Money on the height.

It is safer however to bring up to about your nipple - from what I've read anyway, but I dont feel the full muscle contraction.

I also use an EZ bar, as it allows my hands to come up higher to about my chin, and takes some strain off my wrists.

absolutely! I can't do UR Rows unless I use an EZ bar...otherwise there is just too much strain on my wrists.

I for one love upright rows and I don't use an ezbar I use just the old fashioned olympic bar.
 
I used to love them too. I just wish they weren't so hard on the joints.

Have you guys ever tried upright rows using dumbells? It's much better IMHO. I can "feel" the movement so much better in my working muscles. And, NO wrist strain!!

I agree TG...I love upright rows with dumbells. There is is minimal to no strain, and you do feel the movement much better than using an olympic bar IMO.
