On another note. I am getting ready to hits legs and I am trying to swallow my NO Shotgun. This stuff is pretty bad and it makes me feel like crap. Don't think I will be finishing this tub.

Is it the original NO Shotgun? You know, for a company who makes a product as sweet as redline, they sure screwed the pooch on the NO Shotgun. I too couldn't finish a bottle of the original stuff. It tasted HORRIBLE and the aftertaste wouldn't go away.

Superpump or NOxplode for me... I dont really like Gaspari or BSN but those are definately my favorite pre workout drinks... and I just go with what I like.

Wasn't a big fan of the white flood either... well, I think it would be awesome if it was taken with 200mg of caffeine. But that is because I am a stim junkie... I guess the point of white flood is to not have caffeine.
 
It says it has natural caffeine, as opposed to unnatural?? I am pretty much a supplement rookie and I am testing alot of different stuff. For pre-wo, so far RPM has the lead. Went as high as 4 and would like to go five next time. Really lit me up.

It's caffeine is natural from the other ingredients it has in it if I am not mistaken. It does not have caffeine as an actual ingredient. IE green tea has some caffeine in it, where as NOXplode has 200mg supplemented caffeine a scoop.

Only tried the RPM for one workout... decent workout, but it was just a sample.
 
We've been rambling on here and there has not been one mention of the M word. What are you noticing, if anything yet?

I am just back from my leg workout and yes, I am noticing something. I feel bigger for one, I look bigger... I didn't weigh myself today, I'll wait until tomorrow for that. The weights are getting lighter... noticeably. Back pumps are here... and worse than they ever were with Epi... lol. This stuff is serious. I didn't notice epi for what... 2 1/2 weeks? I feel "on", and it is only day 5.

So LEGS today.

SQUAT - 135x10, 185x10, 225x12 PR (10 was cake, so why not do 12?...), 245x4, back pumps started up about here.

Leg Press - 4 (EACH SIDE) platesx10, 5 platesx10, 6 platesx10... about here I had had enough because of the back pumps. I need more taurine in my PWO drink.

Lunges - I tried and got 6 with 90, but again the pumps were just killer... decided I needed to move onto sitting exercises.

Quad Extention - 150x10, 200x10, 250x10
Calve extention - 130x20, 130x15, 130x10... felt calf pumps for the first time....

So far... I am liking the Mdrol other than the lethargy. Today was a lot better than yesterday... I don't know if it is the DHEA kicking in or the fact that my caffeine hangover is finally subsiding.
 
Sounding good G-Money! In addition to the extra Taurine, try drinking even more water than you are. When you think you've drank all you can.....drink some more. I drink like 3 gallons per day when I'm on. And eat a couple of bananas everyday also. It works for me. I almost never get back pumps. If I feel them even slightly coming on, I address them. I think sometimes what we consider "back pumps" is really just tightness in the muscles from going heavier and harder with the weights. But 4 to 8 grams of Taurine, 2 bananas, and 2 to 3 gallons of water per day will keep the pumps away. Some Cissus might also be a good idea on cycles like this. You are going to be using heavier and heavier weights as this cycle progresses. Your joints are gonna feel it. Keep slammin' dem weights brutha!! :hammer:
 
Yeah, Money - I've been doing Taurine, 2 Bananas, 2 gallons of liquids, and Supercissus... Only negligible back pumps thus far.
 
I still do not understand why you get pumps from certain compounds. I remember reading that it was because of more red blood cells being produced. Any ideas?

Back pumps? I'm kind of with TG on that one... It feels to me like the same pain I'd get with a badass roman chair workout back in the day - fatigued lower back muscles. I usually only get them when I'm doing exercises that put a lot of pressure on my lower back like squats or deads.

Shoulder pumps on the otherhand... are just straight rediculous. I love them.

We have the same problem.

I've never ran it. I hear it's more of an aggression than an anger thing... Just focus it on the iron.
 
I heard that they work great before you hit the weights.
 
I believe Thunder ran some MMV2 and liked the run.

But unless it's gonna go away, I am not gonna be buying more MMV2 for a while, I have a lot of other stuff to run in between now and then.

So, while I know this totally doesn't count, and that there was food and water in me, I don't give a ****. I went back to the gym today to do abs and to show my little sister how to properly do some exercises (she asked for my advice last week)... and I weighed myself. 201 lbs.

We'll see what I weigh tomorrow morning... but that is the first time I have ever tipped the 200 mark, food in me or not... so I am the biggest I have ever been. Period.

Oh yea... still 2 more days left of week 1... WTF?!

Yeah, that apparently is the MMV2 bread and butter... Leaning out and gym rage. Sounds like my bottled blood perhaps.

Congrats on the 200lbs+ mark. I am pumped myself as I have just dropped below the 200lb mark (199.5). I have been stuck at the 203 mark and added DCP to my stack on Friday and hopefully it has gotten me over the hump. I would love to get down to the 190 range prior to my P-Plex run. If I can do that I will look MUCH different after the cycle.

Keep up the good work and 210 might be in your future. I gained the most week 2 and 3 on M-Drol.

Forgive me if I've already asked you this Silver. I do have some short term memory problems due to some of my "herbal" supps. LOL But when does this Phera cycle begin again? Mid-January, isn't it?

Yes sir. I will start pre-loading for my new years resolution. :-) I will start P-Lex and Xtreme Tren on 1/10/09.
