What seems to be the problem with ur shoulders? What are your 3 movements? I notice behind the neck smith is one, how low are you going?
Smith Behind the head, DB over head, and BB seated front. I stay between 20-30 RP because I dont want issues.
Top/mid ear. I just get a sharp painin the front of my shoulder. It has been on going since my freshman year at my juco. They changed my throwing motion and I went from having bicep tendonits to shoulder issues. I would, however, prefer the shoulder bain over the bicep tendonitis.
There may be some issues inside there but I played some self doctor and used some igf-1 on it for a while in the fall and in like 14days it felt back to 100%. Since then there have been good days and bad, sometimes being dictated by the way I sleep that night.
