well man God just made me this way, but i do alot of hang cleans and upright rows, also when i hit mi shoulders i never do iso like front, rear or middle delts, when ever i lift i do compound move ments that hevily tax my sholder region
also u gota remeber that im only 20, in 4 more years im probly going to hit 100lbs db
oo the most improtant thing is the to get the full range of movement!! dont ever do half range BS

just right down a list of shoulder lifts and cross off the ones that dont use more than one muscle
oo i just reread wat u said military press( we have a coverted squat rack tha every one does Mpress)
i just got back hittin it heavy 115 3x10, one week then another week ill go 135 4x6 and just change it up from ther, like if i need more size or more strength
