im really swole all over
Even true warriors need rest days. I'm about at where you're at (think im day 18), and up 4 pounds thus far. Keep bangin bro!

also som may notice that on my axulliary days i usally do the same lifts BUT i do them differnt evry time, i use differnt intensity techniques, like drop sets, burn outs, forecd reps and 5 sec negitives

omg i feel like i was hit by a train after this then i had speed training, then check this my endurance is WAY UP!!! i ran for 30 mins today, nothing hardcore just a simple jog to get the lactic acid and waste out of mi muscles
needless to say im in mi bed typing this about to pass out.

acne is worse but fine also im alittle bloated around mi "love handles" so mayby som low dose ATD or just more abs
 
Awesome progress bro!! It will look good as it continues to goes on cause you are so lean. It's a fun experience watching yourself transform with the right combination of things. Get Diesel salutes you! :hammer:

It seems like day 10 to day 15 was crazy but now im losing hardness and deffintion, i have about 2 days left on the first bottle

i ran earlyr and have just been eating allday
and yes the pumps have been getting better and longer lasting, like till i go to bed some times. I get the best pumps when i squat heavy and bench heavy

Recovery
well it has not really changed but i am lifting like four times as much now so its perfact, evan when im not fully recoverd i still feel strong

UPDATE
i have gaind some real solid mass in my arms and my legs
more pics maby monday, i havent really gaind alot of weight 2lbs maby 3,BUT i have been slightly under the weather.
My strength is way up i can 3x10 55 seatd DB press like nothing!!!

Is that a lot? I don't understand I guess about dumbells. I'm in the military and have been working long hours for a while and haven't been able to hit the gym but sporatically for months. But I can do the 50'sX8 for 4 sets without too much trouble. But I only weigh 155. I'm about 5'9. I've been up to the 60'sX8 but this stuff at work has kept me down. My shoulders are SMALL. Yours, look real good man. Nice cannon ball there. I have NO cannon ball whatsoever. But on military I'm only hitting like 115X8 for 3 sets. I hate to mess up your log. But I'm asking you, since you have good shoulders, am I doing something wrong?

well man God just made me this way, but i do alot of hang cleans and upright rows, also when i hit mi shoulders i never do iso like front, rear or middle delts, when ever i lift i do compound move ments that hevily tax my sholder region
also u gota remeber that im only 20, in 4 more years im probly going to hit 100lbs db

oo the most improtant thing is the to get the full range of movement!! dont ever do half range BS

I tend to cross the line a few times. I do a lot of full body- fast paced workouts, sprints, core stuff, body weight stuff...I like to be considered an athlete not jus a bodybuilder.

all i can say is when i dont take DTHC on the weekends i feel harder and bigger, and im alot more vascular then on the weekdays when i dose 6 aday

also im going to continue to run DTHC un till my next order of supps gets here, when this happins i will wright up mi review of DTHC.
also my acne is fine i got it under control, i have oily skin but i lightly wash through out the day

Im going to run mass fx for 2 weeks and then start PRIME and dose 3x3(prime) mass fx(2x3) every day. My second bottle of PRIME will be dosed at 6caps aday

sounds like the flu. maga dose vit c (well about 2g a day) and drink real green tea and sleep

yah thanks chuck im all ready takin 3to5 1000mg VitC a day i drink hot orange tea, makes my throat sooo much better

i havnt been in the weight room but i have been running to try and stay fit

Being sick sucks man! I was twice already this year and it kills my training and nutrition. Rest easy and get back to the war zone.
 
Vitamin C and electrolytes all day big daddy! plenty of carbs when you feel hungry if you can. get well soon man.

but as u can see im deffently larger thanks to mi diet!

well im not going to go into a bigg ass review but i will keep it to the piont

WEIGHT + 3.5lbs it is a little on the low side but my strength/power was the main focus

DTHC best use/ mass gainer, the uses are limitless, but i belive with my diet and traning is wat helpd me gain my size
STRENGTH 8/10 great in the first bottle not so proment in the second bottle
ENDURANCE 10/10 i can run and run and run and run, mi endurance has shot way up, on my 3x10s lifts i usaly get gasd about rep # 5 but now its rep # 7 or 8
PUMPS 9/10 very similar to PRIME but i liked DTHC pumps better because they made my body feel really hot, with R4W it was just unreal!!
ACNE 7/10 it was bad at times but the key is daily washing and grenral good hygene
AGGRESION 10/10 this is where R4W and DTHC shined! when i couldnt get a lift i just got real mad and felt this warm flow from my head and i felt calm and powerfull needless to say i got my lifts!

tenino high school, its at heart a linear periodzation training protocol but with my own spin on it focusing more on power/strength/endurance
