ainful delt pump, I have always got wicked delt pumps and todays was crazy, had to keep stretching them. Felt good but perhaps almost to painful.
Also dosed MMV2 today, 1 this morning and 2 pre workout.
4 I-GH-1 taken before bed and 3 pre workout

Lateral Raise:6x12,10x12,13.5x10,13.5x10,15.5x8
Posterior Flies:13.5x12,13.5x10,13.5x15
Calve Machine Front Press:60x12 (3sets)
Cable Machine Reverse Pulls: 11x8 (3 sets)
Dips:12 (3 sets)
Rope Extension:56,50,44 (drop sets) 3 sets.
Will hit triceps again this week when I have time, probably with chest, ran out of time, so slammed them as hard as I coudl with the time I had. Pump in them was crazy full.
Eating like a horse now!
