27 -30 were great years. I'm 47 now and I make good gains last summer but I was using some super supplements so it doesn't count as much. Bottom ine is you can make great gains well into your 40s if you want to make it a goal.what age did you pack on most mass/strength? I guess this question is for the older fellas'
I would say because hormones aren't enough to facilitate massive strength gains. You have to have a solid understanding of the concepts behind weight training and proper nutrition to grow, which takes years to acquire and most don't understand it for a while.if your hormones are at their max, from 15-21, then why do so many people see best strength/mass gains in mid 20's too early 30's?
haha yea doesnt count lol, but i agree im starting to see some serious strength gains now at late 18im the strongest ive been, but im just 18 so i dont think it counts lol

I'm 19 so the poll was really easy for me too. LOLI would say because hormones aren't enough to facilitate massive strength gains. The poll was easy for me though, seeing as how I'm 20, and my best weight gain was probably this summer on TNT stack (Mainly the divanil to free up my testosterone).
