Recommendations on Creatine?

Guys, i need some help here. I have been using NOS Ether for creatine but have not seen any significant gains in muscle size in almost 6 weeks now.
Any recommendations on what I should try for creatine, or if i should continue to use this creatine.

I really dont want any blotting in stomach area as I am trying to build up 6 pack.
 
maybe size on

creatine doesnt give u size immediately unless u bloat, which is want u dont want. Creatine is magic.

You might like size on u really dont bloat too much with it and u you gain some weight, some stregth, maybe its water, but the water fills into ur muscles and u dont appear as bloated like with plain creatine mono
 
You might want to check out Cre-02, you won't get bloated from that. Neovar I have not tried personally but have read mostly good things.

:lol: Seriously, what's your physical size, what's your routine, and how is your diet?
 
I am 5'11, about 155lbs.

Eating Schedule:
5 AM: Protein shake with fruit
8 AM: Breakfast cereal
11 AM: Some combination of Granola, and protein or fruit with eggs
1 PM: Sandwich or Salad or lean protein meal
4 PM: Pre workout protein shake
7 PM: Post workout protein shake
8:30 PM: Dinner


Routine:
Day 1: Arms with light cardio
Day 2: Shoulders with light cardio
Day 3: HIIT
Day 4: Chest with light cardio
Day 5: Legs with light cardio
Day 6: Back
Day 7: Rest
 
you need to train to failure, if ur not doing that

id skip the cardio completely for a while

weightlifting is good for the heart if u do it correctly
 
SizeOn if you have the money

Green Mag, Neovar Recomp, and Plain Mono + Waxi Maize or Dextrose are all good choices
 
agreed- you can't go wrong with Neovar plus carbs- best recovery matrix out there- you can actually feel it getting pumped into your muscles...
 
I've tried most of the 'fancy' creatines but my favorite is still micronized monohydrate. The others didn't do much for me.
 
SizeOn was my favorite as well, not just the creatine, but the dextrose/glycotic formulas helps translocate the creatine. If not this, creatine monohydrate is cheap and effective.

U are not eating enough, Thats just 3 LIGHT meals, put that pre w shake before bed, and then try creatine. Also for that 155lbs u are training too much, thats only one day of rest?:nono:
 
Neovar has given me the best results so far.

It also works great to help food partioning.

Simple...I'll break it down like this...

Pills: NeoVar: Recomped...period...end of discussion.

Powder: Green Mag, Storm, Sizeon, Clout. (No particular Order)

Most Cost effective...either get plain old Creatine Mono and drink some gatorade with it.
