Personal Commentary:Strength has started to creep up now,nothing earth shattering but I can tell, especially with triceps, that I always had a few extra reps in me, even on a heavy weight.

Bar Pushdown:32 x 12, 36 x 10, 42 x 10, 48 x 8, 56 x 8
Rope Pull:36 x 8, 42 x 8, 42 x 8
Bench Dips: 12reps x 3 sets
Tricep Kickbacks:10kg x 10 x 3 sets

Forearms: Flexion and extension done with Olympic bar, 25 reps each way x 3 sets for each.

Crunches (15reps x 3 sets)
 
Week 1 Summary:


Still early in the cycle, things I have noticed are increased pumps, as I have commented in my log, easy to get pumped, all over body pumps. One set and the whole body looks swell.

Hunger has increased, and if I don't eat every 2-3 hours my stomach lets me know about it.

Strength has only really started to show and increase, stay tuned for next weeks update where I hope I'll be raving about this.

Sides are little to none, no increase in acne, no temper, no suicide thoughts, no negative thoughts.

Libido has also been rising constantly, where dreams are often sexual in nature. This is a added bonus. Hopefully this continues as with Epi I had a libido drop after week 2-3 which really sucked.

Personal Commentary:Strength continues to climb, hit some nice numbers, and muscle pump has become really good. Looking lean and full now. Really happy with how this is all going.

DB bicep curl:8.5 x 12, 10 x 12, 13,5 x 8, 15.5 x 8, 18.5 x 6
Incline bench DB curls: 13.5 x 6 (3 sets)
Cable bar curl (close grip): 36 x 8 (3 sets)

Later Raise: 6 x 12, 10 x 10, 13.5 x 8 (2 sets)
Posterior Raise: 13.5 x 10 (3 sets)

Side Note: Weight has gone up 2lbs since weighing in last week.
 
p.s Hunger still up nicely. Can eat every hour easily. This stuff is great so far! If I can eat this much and keep this lean my body will have no choice but to grow LBM!

Prime will do that for sure. Im on NeoVar and PSlin as well and Im constantly eating.

I cant speak on behalf of prime but i do know that Hdrol makes me stupid hungry!

Keep rockin it out bro! Thats why i love hdrol so much, nutrient repartitioning with it is amazing, throw in slin and daaayyummmm!!!!!!! Lean and mean! :djparty:

Yeah I'm using my slin 1-2 times per day, and with h-drol, I'm leaning out super fast, not to mention the pumps are a beautiful thing!
 
Hi bro, i upped my dosage of slin to 5 caps today, what a difference, i hadnt felt anything until today, 5 caps before 200 grams of carbs, and i had one of the best pumps ive ever had. Great log bro, im watching.

Notes: Hunger still high, although I was in meetings a lot today so that really messed up my meal timing, which annoys me when I think about it, no point taking this stuff if I don't get the MOST out of it. I will indulge myself with some cottage cheese and oats before bed and try make up for it.

Still looking lean and full and fully pumped all day. Have a massive 3 hour exam tomorrow so that will once again wreck havoc on my training and eating but I will try do my best. Legs tomorrow, so got to be in the right frame of mind for that.

Personal Commentary:Wow, h-drol has officially kicked in, simply cannot eat enough. After my 3 hour exam I decided to leave legs and do something easier and did chest. Possibly the bets chest pump I have ever had, simply insane, almost painful and restricting having my shoulders and triceps that full. I can now see why people love this stuff.

Personal Commentary:Strength is as mentioned yesterday going up nicely. Getting massive pumps, calves were swollen after one working set. Deadlifts were fine and didn't cause a back pump which was good. I'm mainly finding insane calve pumps on this stuff.

Keep your water up. Makes sure those pumps don't turn into cramps which can interfere with your workouts. I had some crazy bicep pumps that lead to cramps even with 2 gallons of water/day.

Hope it's not the nerve pinching I get. I don't think I'll ever be doing heavy bb curls again... Upright rows aren't much chop either.
 
Side note: Recovery has certainly increased, only ever slightly sore the next day, where usually (especially with legs) 'd be sore for two - three days.

Seems like h-drol is great for a high volume and even perhaps hitting some muscle groups (weak points?) two times per week rather than one.

Yeah man, this stack should be killer, hopefully it arrives in the next 2-3 days, so I can run all of them for the final 3 weeks or so of my h-drol.

I have been taking 1-carboxy the last two nights (half tea spoon) and man that stuff knocks me out, awesome sleeps.

Also forgot to mention yesterday I bumped my h-drol dosage up to 75mg.

You will love the bigger dose of slin, actualy its now my favourite nutrient repartitioner ive ever used...So well done LG, the more i play around with it the more i see what it does, increases hunger, vascularity, insane pumps, helps with leaning, very very solid product, and it wasnt even hyped up. Yeah upping to 4 pills certainly makes a difference, damn good product for a damn good price.

Personal Commentary:Excellent workout, strength went up nicely, with me hitting some PR's on various exercises. Weighed in today and I'm up 3kg from when I started, which is about a gain of 6.6 lbs for you Americans :P

Seated Calve: 50x10,60x10, 60x10
Standing Calve: 180x12,196x10,196x10

Bonus Deadlift: 60kgx10 (3 sets, done explosively)

Notes: Will eat like a beast today and get soem recovery time in. Feel really fresh all the time now. Body recovers really fast, so it's hard to actually have a rest day.
 
Extra notes: Pumps are really coming on strong now, I was just washing in the shower, and the pump was insane... never had this happen before, with any supplement.

I do feel 'on' that's for sure, libido and confidence are sky high, pumps come on so easily now, and taurine may have to be added now to reduce some of the pumps during workouts.

Still really no sides to speak of, no acne, no nothing, just pumps, strength and feeling good. I'm hoping the next 18 days or so allows me to add another 2-3kg.

Just got my MMV2, t911 and 1-gh-1, so I'll be adding the MMv2 and 1-gh1 to my current list of supplements while on h-drol.

Today I will take MMV2 (1 pill morning and 2 pills pre workout)
1-gh-1 will be taken one empty stomach before bed (4pills)

Personal Commentary:Good workout, but my joints are now giving me issues, my left elbow is quite painful when doing flies, dips and flat bench. I will have to get something for my joints to releive this, was very off putting.

Other than the pain the pump was incredible, that is about as I'd like my chest to get pumped, it will split if any more blood goes in there. I am really lean and full now and people are starting to comment.

Also dosed MMV2 today, 1 this morning and 2 pre workout.

nice workout man. I remember getting pumps like that from superdrol like when I would hold my phone to my head and shaving. It was cool as hell but a pain in the ass too!

Yeah the chest pump is always tight as hell, and I love it, will be a shame when I have to stop and the skin splitting pump leaves me :(

Any tips for a good joint support product?

Glucosamine chondroitin(spell?) with msn works great. imo
 
Good news! Just weighed myself and I am up 4.5kg's from the start of the cycle, that is a 9.9pound increase. Incredible.
 
I feel I really need another 4-6lbs to make it a success, since I was sick previously and I feel these figures are skewed, either way though a gain is a gain.

how much weight did you lose while sick?even still though it wouldn't be a waste if all you did was put back on the weight you had before but in a faster period of time.

Lost about 2-3kg when I was sick this last time. So I have got that back plus some.
