depends. Today I sigged it(a combination) depends on how I think it is best utilized that day. anyone burp afterwards I always burpafterI drink it; although i seem to burp a lot from eating so much food and louder

Ive got good news Animal flex seems to be working or the cortisol shot or both...Today was the first day I used both hands on a couple exercises.

Incline Dumbbell press 35 lbs- 15 x's I felt some minor aches, nothing extreme that caused pain. I didn't get too intense since this is my first time trying my left side in months.

Life fitness shoulder press I warmuped up and coun't do the set. so this is just my right arm 10 lbs -30x's

Underhand cable push downs 20 lbs-18x's

did warmup on left and it told me no. so I did triceps kickbacks(loud popping sound,when i flex it back, it has gotten better in the last few sdays it seems, thinking its severe tricep tendinitis with 5 lbs than 10 lbs many reps

one arm cable row 45 lbs - 18 x's
left 45 -10's next time will have to lower the weight with more reps

widegrip pullups (assisted) Both hands 160- 15 x's
160 backhang 1:00

time will tell if I get a painful sore if so that was too much. if not time to go to work.
 
I got great news regarding the situation Ive been in....

No pain today

Deadarm curls 15 lbs-15 x's

Standing smith calve raises 25 lbs -13x's

Good mornings (very wide stance, toes pointed forward)15 lbs -20 x's

Smith Squats (wide grip stance) 45+25+25= 8 x's failed on nine couldn't get back up (these are just about ass to the floor, go to below parallel, pause a sec or two and return not no half squat stuff.

Inner Hip abductor 70lbs-25x's

Drank it and it gave me some nice energy to finish the workout. I was getting drain(I'm drained now) Life on a calorie restriction yeah) mixed Intra-aid with 20 oz of water worked well for me. Never tried the 50 ox might have to buy a gallon jug and try it good idea thoughout the workout!

Them Scivation guys put like 20 scoops in a gallon jug and drink on it half or all day

yeah I'm excited. I'm not going to go too heavy or too hard just yet. its my first time doing this in five months. ease into it over the next month or couple of months. At least I'm able to lift. thanks for the support Univeral team and everyone else. It mean's a lot.

Slow and steady is definitely the way to go here... don't wanna rush back into something. Trust me I know from tweaking my right knee... slowly easing into it again on heavy squats.

Take it easy on that arm/elbow issue man. No need getting set back again. Good on ya for testing the waters though. You got work done anyway. Had to feel good even if the arm didn't afterwards?

I think your doing the right thing with these lower weights,but maybe you should take some time off buddy. I know the problem I had with my forearms we talked about a while back did'nt go away till I did just that. Good luck man I'll be following along.

Alternate Db curls 10 lbs -20 x's strong squeeze at the top

Reverse wrist curls on knee 5 lbs-30 x's

Incline Nautilus calves 2 plates(F.R.O.M. pre contest ) 12 x's
then I put on some extra weight just because I'm not training all out and did some Dc normal -10-15 stretch with 2 plates and 25. Then, did reverse calve raises a few sets(trib muscle-outer muscle)

Did the Intra-aid with 25 oz of very cold water..drank some then added more water. Yes it doesn't taste as gritty with added water. Like it more like this.

I'm taking super care of my elbow. I mean the best ever!yeah did the same thing with the intra-aid alot fo water. good as usual, when we as humans become accustomed to what we have we forget how lucky we are. ive been used to intra-aid and I'm grateful for this opportunity. I changed my training due to I'm really just very slowly getting back into lifting upper body at very light weights.I'd also like to say bcaa's are useful for muscle wasting on patients that have this and I feel this has greatly helped spar a few lbs. also hmb has been proven to be useful for muscle wasting(all hmb though is pre-cursor to meaning it converts [just like a prohormone] to leucine so i think Lucine would do the same thing, regardless hmb has been proven by Layne Norton)

chest Db floor press 30 lbs- many reps(could have gone a lot higher but didn't want to risk what happened last week. work smarter not harder) 3-4 sets warmup

life fitness side lateral machine 40 lbs- a lot of reps 15-20
3 sets warm up

tricep kickbacks 20 lbs- 20 x's, 25 lbs, 10 x's
elbow was popping pretty bad, no pain though. Tricep tendinitis , me thinks.

then worked my outer calves(trib something)

heres a tip put a dumb bell(or if you have ankle weights put them on) between your feet , get on a bench(your bed will work) hang your feet off and go up and down, works the hell out of your outer calves.
 
Biceps, forearms, back, abs, traps

went to another elbow specialist. I am hyperextensive (tendons & ligaments like loose rubber bands) esp in my upper body he says. (i was born like this) basically he said don't lock out because this causes major stress on a double jointed person and if it stays the same or gets worst he'll recommend his friend which specifically will do surgery to cut the inflammation out. time will tell he also said I'm doing the right thing by lifting lightly and accessing pain tolerance in relation to the weight utilized.

Mixed the Intra-aid with 25 oz and am going to have to start doing it with 30-50 oz. makes last longer and taste better. Intra-aid is some strong tasting stuff.

shrugs on smith machine on a squat position. I put the bar on my traps since I don't think its a good idea to grip anything and just shrugs got up to 2 plates on each side for ten, nice and slow squeeze at the top so I felt every muscle in my traps filling with blood

Have you tried using a standing calve machine to do shrugs?

Also, you may think about overhead shrugs with a dumbbell or barbell.

the gym I'm at now doesn't have one. I've thought about switching gyms.

I'm kind of hesitate of holding those atm. may try it and see.

lol. I'm laughing at something Ive been studying and practicing having to do with a scientist this post just reminded me of it anyways....

Today was legs I switched to the three way split(and only one strait set) so I'm really not doing Dc Im trying out new exercises and doing light workouts(ok all the pussy jokes and light days what are they jokes can go here) 1. I don't want my legs bigger. 2. a cruise to give me body a break, along with testing my elbow.

The Intra-aid went right before my last set for the day because I'm used to the two way split and this is my first time trying to three way split and the workouts are a lot faster. two way split takes a longgg time.

*Had the Intra-aid with about 35 oz of water and as usual it was tasty. Again, I so used to it now I forget what its like to not drink it. When it's taking away I'll know(and feel it) Be fortunate this has been brought to the market, taste it and taste the difference=) *(along with the fact there ingredients work if you know your bodybuilding supplements.

Ok calves on this leg press machine(life fitness) is the brand I think)(Dc pre-contest style)
130- 12 or so times. (I lost my log book and in till my blast starts Im just going without it)

lying leg curl- 110- 15 x-20 x's

smith very close footed squats 45 and 25- 6 x's (I had so much more gas left in the tank and I'm cruising so I'm not going to wear myself out-yeah guess you can say it was a tampon workout, thats okay though I used to go to absolute failure trying to beat my lb's on the three way split and got worn out easily. Its best if your feeling worn beat the perevious week, don't go in till you don't have an ounce of energy to you left) Training like someone has a bullet to your head is useful at times but not 100 % all the time. the body needs to recovery at certain times.
 
I like those feet together smith machine squats... really brings out the outer sweep in your quads...

yeah it took my poundage down alot comparing to the wider stance. that's the reason i do them the sweep. Skip la cour (the manformation guy)said he couldn't get his sweep to grow and since he started doing closer positioned squats the sweep came up.
 
Ok I joined a new gym with elite equipment(don't get me wrong the other has things that this one doesn't, I'm speaking overall though)

Today was a Nautilus fly chest machine(that put no basically no pressure on my arm) 70 lbs i think... repped it out(will have to get log-book, lost mine)

Intra-aid after workout thirty ox which was good. This time any amount is good to me. sure cold water and more sometimes makes it taste better. I'm just happy to have it.
The main point I make is the fact that these ingredients work like a charm and the taste is nice.(nicer than anything Ive tasted, unless purple wrath did taste better its been like six months, but comparing now to then it taste better) purple wrath had a fuzzy taste imho. also this beats out optimum nutrition's bcaa which was chalky and todays standards people would call it gross(you guys have it good compared to back in 02-03. You know your serious is you down nasty tasting stuff.

Correct. from what I see that's why I joined because better equipment to work with my body with the rahab process.(which its really not an injury anymore, its more of rehabbing it, which is great news. my elbow specialist actually told me to what Im doing is a good idea, repping it out and seeing if there's any pain, instead of diving in and chancing it) Animal flex has been treating me good.

You've been on a steady incline of progression in here sy. Very motivating bro. I'm glad you got to be one of our loggers and get to try the IA. It seems you've really put it to good use. Making the most of every workout while rehabbing.

yeah this is a little off subject. Layne Norton had pec injury and is rehabbing it or its almost ready. He says bcaa's and hmb(I know hmb is a precursor to Lucine so i don't see how leucine just wouldn't work which i think it would instead of hmb , Layne Norton says hmb) prevent muscle wasting and he only lost 7 lbs of muscle(which if you look at seven lbs of beef in the store its still a lot) anyways that's not bad at all for not doing any lifting.

This has helped me retain muscle I think i would have lost.In fact i believed I have gained muscle from working the legs and starting back on upper body. Esp when i was doing one arm only training I gained a good five lbs on Intra-aid. It was the Bcaa's and beta alanine, which I also dosed my own supply of ba at like 4 -6 g's a day. Beta alanine works for me very well i must say. Credit to bcaa's as well.

The various aa's are known to help with muscle waisting for sure. I think the full benefit of BA is yet to be uncovered. If this combination has helped you out as you say then once again I'm really glad you were chosen to log this. It shows the potential of the product to be versatile to the users needs.

No small part of your recovery and progress is credit to what you've put into it though bro. We gotta fight for what we want and hold onto it with a death grip.
 
man today my forearm was hurting, too much from yesterday. Ive iced it twice and will again. yesterday i wore w wrap but not my tight wrap,which seems to help) could have been that. I'm backing off and will into do anything that causes even the littlest bit of pain for this to heal. It feels like shin splints kind of deep in my forearm. will be stretching more and icing more. This seems to help alot. and if I have too will take two weeks off.

today was legs

did the intra-aid , got the tingles and got a boost of energy during prone leg curls. Ver nice energy boost.(tingles still suck but it works so thats all that matters to me)

seated calve raises(Dc pre-contest style)(wow this machine is way different than an older gym and have you use lighter weight but boy does it work!) 25 lbs- 13x's
one foot at a time 25-8 x's (dc) pre contest oouch Im sore
dumbell between my shoes(trib muscle) 20 lbs- 50 x's
