i'm starting my cycle tomorrow. thought you were as well? i'm probably confused again. :think: it happens in my old age.

i'm doing LMG because thats what i have on hand. i hear its dirtier than phera, but i'd rather not throw it out. :hammer: if it treats me well, i'll get some phera in the future.

the owners of IN-N-OUT live two towns away upvalley, in a town called Anguin. 95% of the people that live there are 7th day. god help you if you visit there. the gas station has no beef jerky. no coffee. no coke. its like going amish all over again.

Yea, tomorrow I start logging my workouts for a month prior to the Mdrol. I want a good 4 week avg of where I am at for my lifts and my measurements.

I will begin my Mdrol in 4 weeks.
 
ahhh... thats a month for me to hit 190, then we can both make the mad rush for 200!

You think you could put on 20lbs in 2 months... safely? That would be a mind blowing set of gains.

unlikely, as mine is a pulse. however, it is my 2nd cycle to date and my calories are insanely high (7k), so i'm crossing my fingers. god knows if i fail to hit 200 its not for lack of a solid diet.
 
7,000 calories??!! Wow. That may be twice what I'm eating right now. I would just say be careful with the carb ratios on such a bulk. You'll like the LMG bro. I've used it before. Great for strength and mass.
 
its a little high on the carb side. i actually get headaches sub 100g per day, and have problems waking up sub 200g. i have a lot of mono fat added in, no carbs at night, steak before bed, etc, so my diet is planned pretty decent.

back to you GMG - what do your workouts look like?

Even ED, I doubt you would gain 20 lbs on an oral cycle. 3 months of an inject cycle... for sure. Why the pulse method btw? You want to run a longer cycle?

I've never pulsed... the explanation on pulsing on the IBE site just doesn't make any sense as far as gains to sides ratios went, at least it didn't make sense when I read it. Either way I bet you see great gains with these two compounds.

Timber- when you come out here, first thing we'll do is get a 4x4 animal style. Just thinking about in-n-out makes me hungry... time to cook some chicken... grrr.... stupid dieting.

That's the general approach I am taking. I don't work out DC style, so everyone can just keep their DC advice to themselves. ;) Yes I work volume. Yes it works for me.
 
same here. works for everything except my lats. they're a growing sore point, but i'll figure them out soon enough. workout looks good brotha. if i may ask, do you have a lower back injury? reason i ask is i don't see deads.

Leg Day. I will hang with anyone in here on deadlifts.

RDL = Romanian Dead Lift.

If you want big lats, wide grip pull ups superset with wide grip barbell rows. Suck it up and go heavy! You really have to take your arms out of your back workout. Just hang on tight to the bar, and let your back do the work. When I work out my back I have to think 100% of the time about squeezing the muscles and releasing them. Sort of the same way that you try to isolate your biceps while during curls so that your delt doesn't take over; well you want your lats to be isolated so your biceps don't take over... get my drift?

If I come out Friday - could hang out in San Diego for a few. Probably going to fly into LAX - so will rent a car or something. What do you think?

.....I like to do the first reps slow and hold the contraction, then when I start to fatigue, I cheat a little to get 1 or 2 extra reps, hate me if you want, just being honest lol
 
Eh, the Villas actually have free weights. I should be able to put together a somewhat decent workout from that.

If I book a flight to get into LAX at 10 AM, is that ok?

Great pump from the workout. I have a few PSlin left from my PCT of Epi, and I took one pre workout today. Vascularity was out of control. Day 3 of Formadrol... I like it so far. Noticed a raise in libido almost immediately. Altogether a great workout, had a great mindset today, went in and did what had to be done. Tomorrow is legs. Hopefully we can see me make some natty gains even before my mdrol begins! I am feeling the pain right now in my chest and arms... feels like they are gonna pop! I love it!

I propose that we make this as nasty as possible, and have the San Diego weekend of pain be days 7, 8, and 9 of our cycle - and 20mg doses and carry through the pain to Orange County on Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday.

My Equinox Membership gets me into the Newport location... we can figure out a way to get you a guest pass for 2 or 3 days I'm sure.

My rationale is solid - week one of cycle I'll be at work - any sides or lethargy will be when I'm on vacation.... I have plenty of time to eat and sleep and train... and my PCT will be nearly finished by New Years - for which I'll be spending outside of New York - likely without gym access for a couple days.

My only concern is the completion of your Formadrol PCT.

Also, I'll be bringing you your DTHC as promised... and if its OK with you - I might mail a NP order to your crib so I don't have to pack protein and crap like that.

Don't you worry about my Formadrol PCT... I'll be good to go whenever.

You can mail whatever you want to the house. Don't worry about any protein or WMS or whatever, I gotcha covered.

I actually think it would be cool to meet fellow AM'ers in person but I'm too lazy. You guys have a good time! If your ever in my area then I'll meet up, I hate driving my truck these days.

Day 2 Pre-Cycle

Yesterday was Leg day... I got real serious back pumps during my RDL. I have no idea why, but it really made me switch up my workout. I still think I got a great leg workout in.

Legs
Squats (ass to grass) - 135x10, 185x10, 225x10, 225x10.
RDL - 225x10, 225x4... back pumps got me... no clue why or where they came from.
Leg Press - 360 -10, 450 - 10, 540 -10, 630 - 6
DB Deadlift - I decided to try something new since my back was tensing up and I was having trouble dropping the bar past my knees with my back straight... so I grabbed some heavy dumbells and went to town. Really different lift, kinda liked it as something different to use every once in a while. - 80lbsx10, 100x10, 110x10

Quad extention - 150x10, 230x10, 250x8

Hamstring curl - 45x10, 55x10, 65x10

Calves - 180lbs on leg press 3 sets of 20.
 
Day 3 Pre Cycle.

So today was Back and Bicep day because Friday is Halloween and I don't plan on having time to go to the gym.

So I hit up my next workout in the line.... it went something like this:

BACK
Pull Ups - 10, 10, 10
BB Rows - 135x10, 185x10, 205x6
Tbar Rows - 2plates - 10, 3plates-10, 4plates - 8
Hammerstrength chin up/reverse grip lat pulldown - 2 platesx10, 3 platesx10.

BB curl - 45x10, 75x10, 95x10, 95x10
DB Hammer - 35x10, 45x10, 25x10
Inside grip cable curls superset with outsite grip (EZbar attatchment) -100x10 each, 120x10 each, 140x7 each.

So some guy I have never seen before was in there wearing some max muscle shirt (in case you didn't know I hate max muscle for an incident involving them trying to sell me halodrol back before I knew what PH was) who was plenty bigger than me, goes: "so do you naturally have big traps or did you do some kind of exercises to get them that big?"

I leaned in and whispered "halo-testin"

He looked back at me super confused...
"what's halo-testin?"
"Never mind. Do you do dead lifts?"
"No I do shrugs"
"Do your deadlifts you sissy."

He laughed at me like I was joking. Moron.

So you getting amped up yet? I was really contemplating giving P-Plex a shot, but it is hard to pass up on the M-Drol gains. The more I research alternate compounds the more I keep coming back to M-Drol as the best choice for what I want. Then again, there is that oral Tren compound available. :-)

I am drooling over my mdrol. I have plenty of Pplex, so that will probably be my next compound to run.

Which Tren compound are you talking about...

There is the Trenadrol compound - 17b-methoxy-Trienbolone: 3mg which looks scary as all hell...
There is the Dien Drone compound, which is Estra-4, 9-diene-3, 17-dione
and there is the Xtreme Tren - which is 19-Norandrosta 4,9 diene- 3,17 dione

Those seem to be the three compounds that are called "tren" by designers...

I have a bottle of the latter, the 19-nor.

I am really looking forward to that one, but I hear about really weird side effects from "tren".

To be honest, I am really looking forward to running the Hdrol that I have. But Mdrol first. :twisted:
