It's because PA has a product coming out similar to Prime next month. I hear it's called Optimus Prime.
And Im sure you've never heard of this guy, right? Some guy on bodybuilding.com (patrick arnold) claims that the discontinued tribex has resurfaced...as prime. ????? could this be true?

PA said:For years biotest also had a tribulus product called Tribex. Testimonial after testimonial boasted that it was very effective for strength and stamina and libido.
Now here is something to ponder. Where is tribex today?
the answer is it has resurfaced as Prime
Change it to StarScream and I am a fan. It's because PA has a product coming out similar to Prime next month. I hear it's called Optimus Prime.
Wow, reading comprehension is way overrated.
Looks like he was refering to the similarities in marketing ("destroys pro-hormones and pro-steroids") and lack of scientific evidence ("juss read the logs, brah").
PA is almost like a cartoon character at this point.
I find it funny how everyone knocks him until he comes on here and starts posting and then everyone is eating out of his hand. I enjoy his posts on MM, but I hate BB, so I rarely go there. As far as Prime, we all know its not the same as regular Tribulus so why get all bent out of shape. Lately, its like when someone says ANYTHING negative about Prime or USP labs, it like they made a mamma joke. Everyones like "oohhhhhhhhhh sh*t! What did he say?"
Noobster is right. He is not saying they have the same ingredient profile. His stance is that tribex was overhyped and pretty much useless,as is prime.
agreed , his not making a direct comparison with the ingredients but with the marketing so the original poster misunderstood PA`s statementWow, reading comprehension is way overrated.

Haven't tried prime, so not picking a side yet. But to reiterate, Pat didn't mean they were the same thing. Meant they are marketed the same and will end up the same.
but he still knows what he's talking about. i wouldnt' exactly call him stupid.

His is very intelligent, but he also trashes every innovative supplement he does not produce.
Its just like everything else. Patrick Arnold is no different than anywhere else you get information from, you have to read it all and decide for yourself what you actually want to believe. He has a lot of knowledge to share when/if he wants to, but he also has his own agenda when he talks about other companies products. Take some of what you hear and learn from it, and know that some stuff you hear youre going to have to dismiss as intentional misinformation. Just like everything else in life, so we should all know this already.
I should be starting my Prime run tomorrow, so Im at least willing to give it a chance. If it works, I dont care how or why, as long as it works. If it doesnt, its not like Im going to die, so I think Ill be alright.
from all the review i read prime seems to work. but why so expensive?
Expense is just relative. Its not cheap like m-drol, but it doesnt have the sides or need a pct either. Creatine mono is cheap, but some people still pay 3x as much for size-on or other products that are basically fancy creatine..
Price doesnt bother me much. I just spent $220 on a pair of jeans, I like expensive things. lol. (I want a $50k corvette too!) $50 every 3 weeks isnt going to break me, so why not? If an extra $20 over some other supp I might want to take was going to be enough to make me poor, Im pretty sure I wouldnt be taking any supps at all and spending the money I did have on food.

The guy is a douche bag, but he has more than JUST WHITE PAPER KNOWLEDGE, he has "hands on" which has been nothing short of successful throughout the early portion of this decade ... no one breathing can deny that. Its just like everything else. You must, err, are you drinking, errr, wait, you're absolutely right. His is very intelligent, but he also trashes every innovative supplement he does not produce.
He's "comparing" it to Prime. All the hype, and little substance.
I will probably get some s h i t. But here goes.
He's not all that bad. I got them cheap.....go figure. lol
I'm pretty much a sports supplement slut.![]()

isn't it $54 plus shipping? so about $60. m drol might be a little more because of the pct and everything but its going to give u a lot more. if i was gonna spend that much on a supp i'd probably go with x-factor.
Here it is. I paid $52 after shipping where I got it. But just buy some other stuff with it and get free shipping from nutra if you spend over $200.
M-drol probably will give you a lot more. ...hair loss, liver pain masked by back pumps, high blood pressure, small balls, a bad prostate, anger issues, and a lack of pride in what you achieved because you had to take steroids to get it (and subsequently lose most of it upon cessation.) If someone wants to use m-drol and such, thats cool, Im just not into that sort of thing. (Id pin test long before I took any of those methyls if I was going that route)
uh oh do i see some research chems in that picture. better not let the feds see it
Can you post your whole supplement stash?
all of those are temporary side effects and if you don't keep your gains after your diet and training isnt' very good
I agree to an extent.
I just dont like seeing guys that are nowhere near ready to juice start popping Superdrol and Epi and all the other steroids like that just because they are easy to get. Theyre still steroids. Id much rather see them taking something like Prime or another non hormonal product for the first 2 years and until they are at a level when real gear would be more suitable. So if Prime really is non hormonal, I am all for it. Most people here wont believe it, but you can put on muscle with just diet and exercise alone. If I throw something in once in a while, Im not going to expect 10 pounds in 3 weeks from it and it be less than $30.
i know that but there are a lot cheaper options that work just as well. USP labs did go a little overboard with the advertising on this.
Well how can you know how well Prime works compared to something else until you try it? Thats why Im trying it starting tomorrow.
I know my bench probably wont go up 62lbs in the next 30 days, but thats ok. If we agree with the marketing claims or not, Im certain USP is making more money by being in GNC and Vitamin Shoppe. They have to sell their products and draw attention to them when some kid with money is his pocket is looking at it next to Anabolic Halo. Its just business...
let me know how it goes, im looking for more info on prime from honest guys like you.
Sure thing. I plan to make some sort of log-esque thread on my experience with it. Probably wont be like a "Day -1 Day -2 Day -3" thing, but Ill update my feelings and likes/dislikes as I go and notice effects. Probably start the thread after tomorrows midnight workout.
