i was on the brink of an h-drol cycle but everyone's warnings stopped me.
what is the most i can do right now? test boosters of course but is that it? i want to kno the biggest thing i can do with out ppl saying no to me

i have good diet and great training habits
 
First off, I have heard some Test Boosters are pretty useless, key word there SOME. Also your still young man your test is pretty high, I would think of messing with anything til 25 and up, thats when your test level first drop.

If I were you, I would NEVER touch PHs. Once you do, you'll have a tendency to be chronic cyclers like us. It's the worst thing you can do.

Stack Cre 02 by Millenium Sports Technologies, with a good intra workout product like Intra-Aid, and RPM by Applied Nutraceuticals pre-workout. Very nice, diverse stack.

Stick to the natural things now,if you want higher testerone, sleep is also a big component. Look into ZMAs

idk what about 11-oxo could i run that to give me what i want?

and ill wait til im like 21 for a ph, i kno what you mean by chronic cyclers but i just wanna get to like 225 or be a solid 220 and done (thats what they all say) i dnt wanna become a monster or anything cuz i dont wanna ever feel like im unhuman and like i dont belong because of all the things ppl say to bring us down on occasion

YOU NEED TO GET ON A SERIOUS DIET. And by diet, I mean eat more. ;)

Bulk first, then worry about cuts and hardness. You can eat and lift hard for a year, or 3, and you're not going to be a monster. That takes time, and is reserved for the very dedicated among us (myself not included). You DO NOT need anything but lots of food, heavy weight, and good sleep, with some creatine added in if you like.

Follow FOG's supp suggestions if you want, and don't use HDrol or 11oxo.

im not that skinny :(
i weigh about 217 on a good day but lately i dropped prolly to like 214, i havent had my gainer for a while :(
ok well i doing the 50 day max-out cycle thing we see how that goes.

so i go buy my gainer and maybe some creatine ill get that ummm stuff from the makers of drive and rpm, supposedly that creatine is gooooddd

If you really want to try something, I would look into nettle to free up your testosterone and run it for 8 weeks. You could try something like Activate or TNT, but really all you need is some Invalid Link Removed . Run that at 4-5 caps/day, spread evenly with food and you should see some results IF YOUR DIET AND TRAINING IS ON.

Something like DTH/DT2010 + Sunami would be really good as well, I've had great results with that.
 
Well yes you might of already taken that, but the side effects aren't sudden death. It has long term effects along with things you wouldn't even know is wrong with you. I'm just giving my opinion which is don't touch Steroids/PHs/etc. until you are 25 years old or older.

why is that the worst thing you can do you say? I understand if you are talking in the sense of those who take their cycling way way out of hand and end up making it too extreme and dangerous. but for those who like to throw in a cycle here and there at a moderate/safe use with all proper dieting, pct, and recovery time between cycles, are you still saying that any sort of continuous cycling is the worst thing u can do?

Just curious as to why you feel this way.

From an experienced PH/PS/gear user (I haven't done everything, but I'm fairly seasoned with the stuff)... I'll tell you that my body is probably not where it should be at all. I don't think I'll ever have my hormones perfectly balanced either. Since I've messed with diet pills and hormonal products, I've never really felt even-keel. I've made my share of mistakes with PH products and I've had some not-so-good PCTs, but my mistakes are nothing compared to the magnitude of some people on these boards and it could've been a lot worse.
 
i agree with force on this. stack a nice creatine like CRE 2 or Neovar Recomped, with a nice pre workout boost like rpm, core zap, or white flood, and maybe something for intra workout like XTEND or purple wraath. also, ive been hearing very good things about blue up for a test booster. and the new diest test hardcore looks promising.

Thanks Rolandajoint! Yeah man, I'm a huge fan of AN and I did like the Neovar Recomped, though I got a little bloated from it... It worked well for packing on some mass. No creatine outdid CRE02 for me and I've tried them all. I haven't tried Core Zap ... and probably won't because I keep thinking about Boxmeman and his zzzZAPtastic log ;)

i enjoyed core zap a lot. only problem is it didnt have enough dosages for me to wanna spend more money on it. and im pretty stoked about hitting up the new neovar. as soon as my mass fx log is over im jumping into a neovar log, courtesy of the fellas at AN.

oh you could also try prime. there are plenty of logs up right now too so you can get some honest feedback. i recommend lookin at poops prime log. hes having some fun with it (no homo).

ohhhh and for something not in the test boosting category, i highly suggest trying out anabolic pump or p-slin. i havent used p-slin, but im a big fan of AP. cheers buddy!

Fog, so the gains eventually with steriods right, steriods are temporary fixes your body will go back to normal 6month,1 year,2years depending on the steriod. Then you have to keep cycling to keep and make new gains, and every time you do so you end up losing more and more of your own natural test.

I hear this over and over by young guys. Eat!

beta alanine, creatine, and maybe x-factor. you really dont need a test booster unless you have abnormally low testosterone. test peaks in males in their twenties not their teens so dont screw it up or you'll actually suppress test optimal test levels as you go into your twenties.

The main thing is food! I screwed up for many years not eating enough!

most guys that use ph/ps don't eat enough. I see all over the boards.

I'm 237 lbs (as of yesterday)how did I get their? Food. and I haven't trained upper body in six months. I think I'm about to take a whole month off from training.(injury)

your totally right about waiting, but i think my test peaked a while ago. Some people begin puberty young. i think once puberty is over, test normalizes.

i think test boosters at 18 19 do work for some people. it depends on your body. im using Diesel Test Hardcore with good results onto day 4 and im 19, and im natural

dont use ph/ps though, the gains will disappear eventually.

and you also have to remember some people are not bless with high test levels, its unfortunate some people are gifted with test over 800 and some people have test around 500.

i was disagreeing with you about test boosters not working for people 18 plus-.

how do you kno when your test levels have peaked?
im 18 now 19 in march, alot of my facial is has really gotten manly-er lately since like april, thats all i really got on info lol i gotta shave every sayys 3-4 days byt hat time its pretty scruffy looking but still decent
i've felt pretty manly otherwise
