911, whats up? Dboyzl's test!

Or maybe a huge terd you couldn't push out? The only reason I said fat and water is becasue 6 pounds of muscle in a week is about -><- this close to impossible.
 
ya, i doubt its all muscle and reguardless....i was 181 for almlost 4 months without being able to gain or lose any weight no matter what i did. so 6 lbs in a week excites me because it means i may have broken a plateau

Agreed, those would be steroid type gains(more than actually imo)

I see what your saying but 6lbs of water and fat is nothing to get excited about, actually its something to be depressed about. lol j/k (not really) Just keep at it man! Implement new lifts and STAY AWAY FROM MACHINES!
 
meh. now i'm curious to my real squat max....DL at 275 max, gotta be somewhere near there i would hope

*oh and next back day i will record my DL's

It has andro in it and they may have overlooked his age

For me my squatting was always behind my deadlifting. I'd also like to see a video of you deadlift just to make sure you aren't going to hurt yourself. You did, as we know, hurt yourself on a machine......which is kinda funny......
 
ya but i didn't keep my back against the mat on the machine.
i was watching my form but not a problem getting a video of it....i am HIGHLY confident in my form for DL's.
god this makes me want to goto the gym right now.

*also, i'm not too worried about the T-911....**** happens. nuff said bout that.
 
Interesting. Are you doing reverse stance on the vsquat?

Reverse stance on the machine you used for squats haha I dont know how to say it any clearer
 
like do it backwards? cuz no i've never done that. when i hurt myself i just wasn't keeping my lower back against the mat....i let it come off so i could get better leverage (was stupid but was more focused on the weight at the time.)
 
Id think youd have more leverage putting your back on the mat - having something to push against. Just me tho. Were all different
 
if im in competition shape i will this upcoming march or april....otherwise i'll just wait till there is one local.

No I was just saying that he cant compete in power lifting because hes taking T-911. But he already knows that. It was stated in another thread.

I'm signed up to compete for Mr. Green bodybuilding contest. I'm on T911 and plan to use it throughout competition. Is that okay? Invalid Link Removed

Yeah, I know. I need to get out from behind this desk. I may just hit up a recumbant bike and read a Flex magazine. Besides, I miss seeing Sonny the cat. LG Sciences fed that cat the T911 and that cat blew the fcuk up!

It has Androsterone in it. Which at low doses, is a steroidal anti-aromatase. Dboy have you taken ATD before? 6 bromo?

Its a lot like those without harsh side effects and doesnt bind as hard.

Now if you were using MMV2 then yes, thats a weak steroid.
I also knew Dboy was 19 before i picked him.

Yeah I agree that androsterone is safer than ATD or 6-bromo.
 
Yeah wasnt saying its unsafe. Just brought it up since Drum wants to do a powerlifting comp
 
I don't think anyone is worried about a 19 year old taking something like atd, bromo or t911 anyways.
