I have used a few diffferent intra workout supplements,some with carbs,some with none,some with a lot of carbs...etc
This by far is the best performing one so far...for me the 15-20 g of ch2o are really the sweet spot.
with Nutrex's product it was causing a little digestion problems.after or before is fine,but a little too much even with the waxy maize.With that being said,muscle fullness is improved and strength is slightly improved as well since starting product.
For me personally though the endurance and pump are most prominent.I LOVE and always have Beta alanine for pumps,it is second to none for me.Forget akg,etc...real nice pump when supplementing ba,esp intra! the whey hydro and eaas along with
everything else have been helping with recovery big time.Intra aid has been living up to my expectations.I have used the beta al9 product and the pump and endurance from this is much better.
