thought I would throw my 0.02 in here- NeoVar plus Drive seems to be very effective in this aspect, both in terms of short-term recomposition, and also overall body re-comp- think along the lines of a full-type feeling the majority of the time, while also losing substantial amounts of body fat
8 Neovar and 6-8 Drive per day seem to be my sweet spot on this- the results have been pretty cool....

)- I have cleaned up my diet substantially, but I have an occaisional cheat day- last saturday- no production, and I went to my wife's half marathon. I had a bottle of Neo laying in the back of my car for some reason (no clue why) so I decided to see what would happen if I got the all you can eat pancakes @ this dive restaurant in N. Charlotte near where she was running. Just for shits and giggles, I took 10 Neovar, and proceeded to eat about 20 pancakes, plus syrup, plus biscuits, plus gravy
Long story short, even after all those carbs and kCals, I actually started going hypo!! I had weighed myself that morning when I got up- it was a long week of production, and I had eaten maybe 1-1500 calories per day every day of the week- so I was actually right at 200 (lowest I have weighed in 8 years) and was pretty run down- I weighed myself after the pancake onslaught- no b.s.- I was 210, and I thought my arms were about to bust through my sleeves- Neo is some potent stuff!!!
