Right after PCT is fine... Your PCT is long man... Should be around 6 to 8 weeks.
It's not that big of a deal Tom. I wouldn't order more, that's for sure. Myself, I would probably taper it down to 75 just to make last til Sunday. You know I'm going to say this..... I stick with a plan 100% when I set it in motion. I think you should learn to do the same. Be decisive. Or you're going to constantly be in this state of confused mental turmoil. But if you want to keep it at 100 mg. and end it early on Thursday, that will work as well. It's not going to make a huge difference at this point. You're almost to the end of the cycle now. I was thinking after this cycle, Ill get my diet alot cleaner, do some moderate cardio, lose some extra BF so that Im "primed" for my next cycle, but Im not sure what to run for it. Any suggestions?

Timber is right. Mdrol and Hdrol arn't incredibly androgenic, so the hair loss is not an issue. This should not be your primary concern as far as sides go, although Timber is a prettyboy and would trade in his sack before his hairline, so he might say differently. I on the other hand err on the side of my nutz before my hairline. Even still, I am about to run Mdrol... but you might want to run Epistane before Mdrol, and if I were you I would definately take a break from the hormonal supplements and get my bodyfat down into the 10% range before I started running cycles again. Hyuge doesn't count if you are fat.Epi - hard on the hair...

Don't use the hotrox or lipo-6x with the recreate, it would be a waste and potentially counterproductive.also got 4 bottles of Recreate in the mail, and Im gonna use a stim/fat burner, HotRox, Lipo 6X or regular caffeine...ive read that the thermo effects from Recreate cant be beat but the stim effects aren't that great

:goodpost: Very well put Timber! :clap2: I also now believe that anabolics are better used for bulking, albeit clean-bulking is better. Diet is the key to a cutting cyle. That and cardio. I increased calories during this cycle to remain more anabolic than previous cycles. Mulletsoldier was talking about this very scenario over in Volcom's thread a few weeks back. He said that he feels that anabolics are better utilized for bulks or at least clean-bulks over recomping. I agree. You can cut without using anabolics. So this time out, I upped my clean carbs more than before and subsequently I gained more mass than usual. 7 lbs. is not bad for a 5 week cycle. Especially when you take into account that I am a few months short of turning 45 and have been training for over 25 years now. So at this stage in the game, I'm ecstatic about those kind of gains. Now it's time to shed the water and the miniscule amount of fat that I may have gained on-cycle. Time for my uber effective carb-cycling routine once again!!Going to stress this for you TomKat... When you cut, you should focus on your diet first - and then supplement in the Recreate or Caff... Neither will do much of anything if you're still eating like you're on a bulk.
Take in clean calories... 100 to 300 below maintenence - and slowly ease off the weight. That way you'll be able to maintain.
I see way too many people on here using roids for their cuts, and not changing diets much. Yes, you may look great for a couple weeks... but more often than not - they have no chance of maintaining because old habits die hard, and they run out of the cycle.

Anything for you, you cagey ol' tom cat!! LOL I carb cycle. Which, of course, means that I cycle days of higher carb intake with days of lower carb intake. I usually do 5 days of low carbs and then I up them for 2 days. And repeat. Over and over. I'm talking about clean carbs only however, No white flour, sugar, rice, or potatoes. Arnold called all of that sh!t "white death" and rightly so. I eat sweet potatoes, green beans, asparagus, broccili, brown rice, whole wheat breads and grains, and different fruits. I like bananas, pears, peaches, and pineapples myself. This will give you an idea on how to set up a carb-cycling protocol for yourself. Good luck bro!! :head:care to give a brief explanation?

No, I'm not sure who you're talking about. But I would NOT have advised him or anyone else to run hormonal products for PCT. Just because he "felt" alright, doesn't mean that he really was. Did he do bloodwork? People do dumb sh!t everyday. But that doesn't make it acceptable for others to do the same. You hold off of that MMV2 and M-1D until after PCT AND a break afterwards. You'll get much better results when you cycle properly. Trust me.sorry guys, I talked to my friend who has ran both compounds, also told me that everyone would disagree but he went a head and did it, and turned out great. T-God knows him...he ran an Epistane cycle in the beginning of the summer, remember?
