Right after PCT is fine... Your PCT is long man... Should be around 6 to 8 weeks.

I have a problem!...I fcuked up somehow :frustrate My cycle should've ended this Sunday, but I only have enough to last until Thursday if I still do 100...I could taper down to 75 to make it last that long? or just end it early? HELP!

It's not that big of a deal Tom. I wouldn't order more, that's for sure. Myself, I would probably taper it down to 75 just to make last til Sunday. You know I'm going to say this..... I stick with a plan 100% when I set it in motion. I think you should learn to do the same. Be decisive. Or you're going to constantly be in this state of confused mental turmoil. But if you want to keep it at 100 mg. and end it early on Thursday, that will work as well. It's not going to make a huge difference at this point. You're almost to the end of the cycle now. It sounds like it has been a good one for you. I have noticed your strength go up considerably on this run. Have a great day kgTomCat!!!

In my AVI I was at 220-225, cant really remember, and right after my first cycle but yes once I get all this fat I gained over the summer Ill be nice...

I was thinking after this cycle, Ill get my diet alot cleaner, do some moderate cardio, lose some extra BF so that Im "primed" for my next cycle, but Im not sure what to run for it. Any suggestions?
Are you talking about your cut or your next cycle?

I would say to try havoc/epistane next... not sure if you want to venture into the tren/phera/super rabbit hole yet.

Great log bro, really enjoyed this, Keep it up, i saw you mentioned about cutting and getting your diet clean before your next cycle, great idea as you will benefit far more from your next run.
Have you thought about running M-drol at 10 mg a day for 3 weeks, i did that and had great gains and no sides, even my blood works showed very little change, you can get really nice gains of that, and 3 weeks means its short and sweet, easy to recover from.
My log is in the steroids section, if you want some idea.

Doesn't matter. But to me it sounds like you're starting to feel like garbage a little bit. I'd take it as a omen - keep it at 100, and end early...

thanx everyone! Ive been told by everyone I should do M-drol or Epistane for my next run....but Im not sure. Ive heard they're all bad on the hair...thats one major thing Im worried about, but I will have enough Nolva left over for my next cycle. Im deff gonna drop has much BF before my next cycle, Ive made good gains thus far, but I still have PCT to go, so I will continue to make gains there, I think Im goin to taper down, BUT 3 weeks sounds short and sweeet though:dance:

Timber is right. Mdrol and Hdrol arn't incredibly androgenic, so the hair loss is not an issue. This should not be your primary concern as far as sides go, although Timber is a prettyboy and would trade in his sack before his hairline, so he might say differently. :D I on the other hand err on the side of my nutz before my hairline. Even still, I am about to run Mdrol... but you might want to run Epistane before Mdrol, and if I were you I would definately take a break from the hormonal supplements and get my bodyfat down into the 10% range before I started running cycles again. Hyuge doesn't count if you are fat.

WOW!!!!! today I felt like a monster, looked fuller, had better focus, stamina, most of all strength and made some PR's, and Im up to 338.6...2 pounds, and Ive been cutting back on my carbs and cals but Ive increased my protein about 50 grams (1 extra shake) I had NO explode for pre-WO, my stomach felt uneasy...but I was sweating bullets about 30 min into WO

also got 4 bottles of Recreate in the mail, and Im gonna use a stim/fat burner, HotRox, Lipo 6X or regular caffeine...ive read that the thermo effects from Recreate cant be beat but the stim effects aren't that great

If anything use the regular caffeine. Don't use the hotrox or lipo-6x with the recreate, it would be a waste and potentially counterproductive.

You're getting pretty freakin' strong bro.

Take in clean calories... 100 to 300 below maintenence - and slowly ease off the weight. That way you'll be able to maintain.

I see way too many people on here using roids for their cuts, and not changing diets much. Yes, you may look great for a couple weeks... but more often than not - they have no chance of maintaining because old habits die hard, and they run out of the cycle.

I know T-Lake...diet is the backbone of any routine. Ive been critiquing mine a little everyday so its almost perfect. Im trying to keep all of my gains so I know to have my diet down solid, then supplementation, thanx for stressing that!

:goodpost: Very well put Timber! :clap2: I also now believe that anabolics are better used for bulking, albeit clean-bulking is better. Diet is the key to a cutting cyle. That and cardio. I increased calories during this cycle to remain more anabolic than previous cycles. Mulletsoldier was talking about this very scenario over in Volcom's thread a few weeks back. He said that he feels that anabolics are better utilized for bulks or at least clean-bulks over recomping. I agree. You can cut without using anabolics. So this time out, I upped my clean carbs more than before and subsequently I gained more mass than usual. 7 lbs. is not bad for a 5 week cycle. Especially when you take into account that I am a few months short of turning 45 and have been training for over 25 years now. So at this stage in the game, I'm ecstatic about those kind of gains. Now it's time to shed the water and the miniscule amount of fat that I may have gained on-cycle. Time for my uber effective carb-cycling routine once again!!

Anything for you, you cagey ol' tom cat!! LOL I carb cycle. Which, of course, means that I cycle days of higher carb intake with days of lower carb intake. I usually do 5 days of low carbs and then I up them for 2 days. And repeat. Over and over. I'm talking about clean carbs only however, No white flour, sugar, rice, or potatoes. Arnold called all of that sh!t "white death" and rightly so. I eat sweet potatoes, green beans, asparagus, broccili, brown rice, whole wheat breads and grains, and different fruits. I like bananas, pears, peaches, and pineapples myself. This will give you an idea on how to set up a carb-cycling protocol for yourself. Good luck bro!! :head:

When you post, there should be an insert image button on your reply to thread window.... it is in the same line on the formatting palate... to the right and below the fonts... its a button that looks like picture of a mountain with a yellow background.

well tomorrow I start PCT! I was reading on the bottle of Blue Up and it says to take 3 caps pre-WO, 30-45 min. Do I take that with my MMV2?? Im also taking MMV2 pre-WO. Also starting up creatine in the a.m., pre-WO, post-WO, before I go to bed, and Nolva and Methal 1-D before bed. still got my support supps of fish oil, BCAA's, multi-vit, and vit-C

You can't take MMV2 or M1D during your PCT. :aargh: Who the hell told you that you could take those during PCT?!:fool2: Seriously dude, you need to do your research. While the MMV2 and M1D are not harsh, they both are pro-hormones and ARE NOT FOR PCT!

Everything is good on your PCT end, just drop the M1D and MMV2.

I swear Tom, you're an alright guy, but Joseph stepfather of Christ, you must have the worst case of ADD known to man.

I agree with G-Money and T-Lake. And tomcat is NOT thinking. This was all humorous at first, but now it's just getting sad. He will apparently take anything that anybody suggests to him without personal research. I don't know how many times in this very thread I had a PCT outlined for him and he comes back with new "ideas" to change it. And I already told him that MMV2 is hormonal and to not run it until after PCT and a break. But, oh well. I'm officially through!! :aargh:

sorry guys, I talked to my friend who has ran both compounds, also told me that everyone would disagree but he went a head and did it, and turned out great. T-God knows him...he ran an Epistane cycle in the beginning of the summer, remember?

No, I'm not sure who you're talking about. But I would NOT have advised him or anyone else to run hormonal products for PCT. Just because he "felt" alright, doesn't mean that he really was. Did he do bloodwork? People do dumb sh!t everyday. But that doesn't make it acceptable for others to do the same. You hold off of that MMV2 and M-1D until after PCT AND a break afterwards. You'll get much better results when you cycle properly. Trust me.

I put them away...my stomach has felt a little slugish lately, so I had a feeling something was wrong

YES!!! I lied. There's a catch, I do my flys differently, I do the negative portion like a fly, then the positive portion like a press. The reason is because I feel it hits my whole chest better...when I click the button that says, Insert Image, it asks for a URL? everything else is HTML or a quote link

Hit the paperclip dude... Hit "Go Advanced", then it goes across the top... Fonts, Sizes, Color, Smileys, Paperclip...

Click the Paperclip, then Browse, select the file you want, then hit upload for each one...
