My Cre 02 Log

James,

Second, you "only" logged a total of 13 training sessions in 31 days
-Matt

14 heavy lifting days correct than I also did cardio with it and teaching martial arts 2-3 times every evening.
I used it every day even when I did not lift wights per say.

my friend, you are a liar and a fraud. you are 140 lbs. and have put MANY toxic substances into your body without knowing what the **** you were doing. Blood work shows I am fine which I get checked 4 times a year if not more with a full panel.

You can say what you want about CRE-O2, but there are studies for most (if not all) of the ingredients proving their efficacy.
If cre-02 is so good why do you sell CEE-3000 and Kreaceps -XS saying that cre-02 has the best form of creatine? If that is the case why sell Kreaceps -XS adn cee-3000?

but yes, there is NOT a study proving that CRE-O2 does anything. So than my conclusion is fine. You can't disprove the product does not work or works as there has been no studies on cre-02
there are only a handful of finished product that have had trials done on them and MOST of them were done in house, anyway, which (if you know anything about science) should be taken for a grain of salt.
Depends on which company your talking about. X-factor was not in house? Superpump 250 was not done in house
a negative review of CRE-O2 would be fine. Why would it be fine? I was nutural no products are going to work for everyone.. I never said it did that's just how it is. but, something just doesn't add up here. It does not but I can tell you yesterday I shuged more than I never did and I was off cre-02 Oh and I dumbell pressed 75 which is a PR for me

it's whatever, though. we picked you to log this and given your past this should have been expected. speaking of which, i know Chuck is still relatively new at this, so i'll consult him about how to go about the next round, to make sure this doesn't happen again. ;)

at any rate, on behalf of MST, i thank you for logging CRE-O2.[/QUOTE]

Like I said it is not a bad product just something I would want to stack with BA.

dude if you have all this bloodwork then why dont you post it up for everyone to learn from etc. bloodwork is really good information to share it shows real numbers on what is going on with the use of compounds. Id like to see the bloodwork and when each panel was taken in consideration to the compounds.....oh, nevermind it would probably be a bunch of bull$hit lol.

and why did your doctor agree to put you on TRT if you're fine? ;)

AAR, i'm not going to reply to those bolded statements you made because it will get me into trouble.

That is why there are double blinded placebo controlled studies so that we the consumer does not have to go threw the hassle of seeing if the product works. We can see the study and see if it does what the claims say it does.

We aren't pushing pharmaceuticals here dj. You show me a way we can do an "accurate" DBPC study on a nutritional supplement as far as the supplement's effect on max effort training over a long period. Max effort is a huge variable and is never within the margin of error for the study protocol. 100% maximum human effort is nearly impossible to achieve every workout over the course of a study especially when you are using two large groups of people. You my friend just don't get it! :aargh:

:fool2: My advice is just delete your log. It's doing nothing but making "YOU" look bad. :frustrate

Second, you "only" logged a total of 13 training sessions in 31 days of which is not going to provide a 100% accurate assessment of the product especially when the training was more on the intuitive side. In my opinion 13 workouts in 31 days = maintenance. Oh, but low and behold you made gains on a maintenance program which is pretty hard to do!!!!! Props to CRE-02! :clap2:

After having read this log I have to agree with the general sentiment... but i do question this statement millenium - i've made good gains in the past off a hefty 3 day week, which would be what about 13 or 14 workouts in 31 days. I don't think what you wrote there is necessarily true. To each their own though.

on the plus side, I have a bottle of Cre-02 sitting in my nutra basket just waiting for me to click checkout. Looks like a sound product to me!

I think a 3 workout week can be done and get great gains... BUT I also believe those 3 days need to be fairly high volume/high intensity. If you look at the volume in this log it is minimal.

Haha! I agree that you can make substantial gains on a heavy three day per week BUT, did you see his sessions? That's all I was trying to get at. His sessions were not on par with a heavy program in my opinion. Perhaps I should have phrased it a bit better. ;) I also think he fudged his numbers substantially.

Thanks for the support brother! I think you'll really like CRE-02.

yeah fair one. My 3 day weekers are a little more... involved... shall we say.

You guys impressed me with ZMK/MVP and somnidren, although I must admit I haven't had much from my Ragnarok, but i'm pretty resistant to that sort of stuff so it wasn't unexpected. Either way i think you put out sound products and I like the reviews and ideas behind CRE-02 so I'm stoked to give it a go. I'm basically having a nightmare trying to get to a lean 195lb or so, but trying to do that before I then give an epi pulse a go.

WTF bro! pffft! You gotta be kidden me?! I hit PRs many times on Cre-02 and without BA!!! This all prob stems from your "workouts" that we all didnt agree with. So your results did seem skewed.

I agree.
Don't take this this as negative criticism , but Millennium deserves better than this.

This post below sums it up the best...

my friend, you are a liar and a fraud. you are 140 lbs. and have put MANY toxic substances into your body without knowing what the **** you were doing. you are/were NO WHERE NEAR ready for steroids, and it's people like YOU that ruin this industry. 90% of your posts that i've looked over have been, simply put, stupid. you can say what you want about CRE-O2, but there are studies for most (if not all) of the ingredients proving their efficacy, but yes, there is NOT a study proving that CRE-O2 does anything as a whole. there are only a handful of finished product that have had trials done on them and MOST of them were done in house, anyway, which (if you know anything about science) should be taken for a grain of salt.

So I dead lifted 300lbs today. 2 sets 6 reps. Oh btw I did not take cre 02 as I was out.
I also cable pulled 190 6 reps 2 sets.
I cable rowed 180 2 sets 6 reps
2 sets of pull ups at 6 reps 20lbs wide grip.
Maybe the after effects of cre 02 helped. Who knows. I know today was awesome work out.

What is the reason? Because 1 in 16 loggers is completely unreliable? It's sad when one person's inability to follow instructions leads others to distrust all logs.
Yeah... I feel ya.

Sureshot, I for one can say that this creatine is the best I've used. If it weren't, I'd stick with Orotine (by MAN) which is my second favorite. This stuff blows that away.

I am done, this is getting ridiculous. You told me to take the cre02 every day. If I only lift weights 4-5 days a week than there will be days taking cre 02 where I don't lift where I am just teaching and training martial arts and cardio. Any way.

I do not distrust all logs, but here are some reasons one might:

1. Most logs are SPONSORED...meaning free. So, I feel that the log should be more comprehensive and in depth considering you received the item for FREE. There should be some accountability rather than just saying: "yea my workout was great, it keeps getting better, its gotta be this product!" But there are no progress pics, no posting of actual PRs, and everything overall in a log is POSITIVE. You and I both know that some days are better than others, and unless you are on steroids and diet is in check not every single day is better than the other.

2. I am a FAN of your company, because 2 people who are currently logging your products produce comprehensive feedback, workout results, supplement timing, moods, diet, and PROGRESS PICS. (These 2 loggers by the way are Force of Green and Justreading.)

3. Since nearly 90% of the "loggers" on this board are attempting to alter their physique what would be a better way of showing this change than actual PICTURES. I also believe that in this particular log the numbers were fudged as well. I mean i am no big man by any means, but this guy weighs in at 140lbs.

I have been a member of AM since 2004, so almost 5 years, I am an avid reader and am just noticing a trend in those that are logging. I will tell you what, if am ever chosen for logging a product, i would include progress pics every few weeks, my diet each and every day, my workout, and my REALISTIC progression in weights used if there is an actual progression.

By the way MST, I have been using cordygen5 on the suggestion of justreading pre-workout and I am loving it.

Justreading says you're pretty jacked my friend ;) And thanks for the compliment about my review/log. Much appreciated.

I wouldn't say "jacked" but in shape yes. I will admit to endulging in foods that are not always the cleanest, but then again I eat relatively clean 5 days a week and do think I live a fitness oriented lifestyle. The problem with diet is my job. I will not get into what i do for a living, but lets just say i cannot fit many Tupperware containers of food in my cargo pants. I can also get stuck at work at the last minute for hours on end, which means I basically have to eat whatever i can.

Your logs are amongst the best on here, along with JR and that Norwegian guy.

Thanks Sure Shot. I appreciate that.

I've been feeling like hell lately. Definitely think its the CNS needing a rest. I want to take a week off and just RELAX. Sleep in until my body wants to get up and just recover. I'm not sure if that's recovering or if it's depression. I do need a freakin break though.

Fog is beeing way to nice... SS is a little girl.

actually not really but he was one to begin with and has the genetics of a little girl like me...

I have skinny-fat man genetics. I actually owe my turn around to not being a little girl to JR. I used to think diet meant 3 slices of pizza a day with a couple mountain dews, then maybe push-ups and sit-ups in my dorm room.

I have had great success doing full-body workouts 3-4x per week. I take 2 days in a row off when needed but other than that its EOD. 8 sets per bodypart for larger bp such as chest/back/legs and about 4 sets for smaller.

Shut up asspilot... I am more like Sam Cassel, big mouth, tries hard, has had one or two good time but in the end full of ****.

Fog is officially someone I need to catch up to now... And I don't even want to workout **** it... Time to force myself to school 19 year olds in lifting

Hahaha! You're ripped bro. It's all in our heads. I've been taking in too much sodium lately and been much less active with this shotty weather. Some of my definition is skewed a bit.

Do you take anything for energy/stimulation? How much sleep do you get?

Yeah, since I messed with stims I've not been quite the same. I was pretty ripped at 190-193lbs during the summer of 2004 and I'd eat sandwiches, and mexican food, etc. and at bbqs I'd have like 3 big ass burgers on wheat buns and have all the sides like cole slaw, potato salad... now i'll bloat up too.

I have taken stims such as caffeine in small doses and venom in the past. The only stim I take currently is RPM pre-workout and nothing else. When i was a personal trainer 3 years ago i was probably at my most ripped, but only weighed about 190 lbs. I am wondering if it is my past stim usage as well. The only way i can get ripped now is doing HIIT cardio and really watching my diet. Problem is I then feel too skinny. Its a vicious cycle. I get probably around 5-7 hrs of sleep.

Yeah I feel you. My hunger has been out of control lately. I need a lot of sleep anymore also. I could never go on 5-7 hours, though some can do well with it.

Thinking back to my most ripped time (2005-2006) I was not taking in carbs post workout at all. My strength and endurance suffered but i looked great. Now my endurance and strength has increased but i constantly feel bloated.
