Best time to take Epistane?

Hello everyone :)

I've been on bodybuilding.com for a while but made the transition to AM here (I'm glad I did too.....TONS of info for me to sift through)

Anyways, I am about to start my first cycle, and I was just curious if there is a "preferred" time of day to take it? The thing is, I'm looking for mass/bulk but my job (stocker at the local Costco) has me lifting low weight high reps everday.....perhaps defeating the purpose of my taking the epi.

BUT I figure if I take it to coincide with the time I get out from work, I *may* succeed. This is because I usually hit the gym right after work.

What is everyone's opinion?

My opinion is to read the Epistane FAQ in my signature. all you need to know there brosif!

Excellent! Thank you sir

But do you think my job description will kind of kill the gains I would like to make?

Seeing as this is my first cycle I will probably not exceed 30mg's/day. So...maybe 20 pre-workout 10 post? That is pretty much what I was seeing in Neoborn's Epi FAQ.

If it's in the FAQ you're good to go. There are no hard and fast rules but common sense guidelines in relation to your type of cycle.

"Page not found" :(

Just started the Epi last night, workout went great. I couldn't even lift my gym bag when I was done haha.

But today I feel kind of run down...although I'm wondering if it's the massive amounts of whey I've been ingesting.

interesting.... if you dont mind me probing, what supports are you taking, you taking a multi? what is your WO schedule, and what does your current plan for dosing look like... I knw you stated you started last night. jsut curious what it looks like..

I'm in a similar situation to yours with work. I load for UPS, it's four hours of non-stop boxes, anything from 10-70 lbs. We're talking 1500 or more boxes a shift.

As much as that seems like it should be a problem for gaining, it shouldn't be. Your body will or has adapted to your workload, and that workload is just normal as far as your body is concerned.

The important things are to lift heavy and EAT EAT EAT. :D

As long as you're eating enough calories to make up for the work, gaining weight seems to be easier since I've been doing my job. The work has made me SO much healthier(outside of this ****ing rotator pull) that my workouts are better than they've ever been.

So do your thing and remember to eat. Good luck man!
