that is a quick workout. i dont think i could ever workout with so little volume, i just love pumping iron you know? everyone is different tho.

It is working for me as far as strength and size.

Today I dumbell benched 85lbs 1 set 6 reps. It was a pain to get up I almost did 90lbs but 85 worked.
1 set barbell bench 205. My arm did not hurt as much.
Inclined dumbell 60 1 set 6 reps
Barbell inclined 165 1 set 6 reps
decline bench 205 2 sets 6 reps
cable fly laying down 50 each side.
Awesome day awesome day. I felt pumped. Now to teach my MMA class.

Are you serious? Shut up..... Thank you. This is very exciting due to the fact that I am in a office all day and a suit does not justify my hard work. I gratefully thank you for the positive words.
 
How? I noticed that slightly. What could I do to get rid of it? Havoc? PCT type products?
 
have you ever done any cycles? if so what were they? and what was the pct protocol?
 
My old roomate got it from puberty and he had the surgery... i got it from cycles but it does tend to go away.

Scientifically speaking if the tissue is there then there is nothing you can do to get rid of it BUT I would try some alternate therpys first.

High dose letrozole (up to 2.5mg ED) will suffocate the estrogen dependant cells. If you run iut for long enough they may die off a bit

Yeah, I have had issues with it sometimes... and when I have low dopamine it'll leak if I squeeze it a little.

I don't think it looks bad at all though. You can do what JR said and run letro. Expect your libido to sh!+can, so don't plan on getting any... or wanting any for that matter. But there are ways around that.
 
I did havoc once with PCT of letrozol and Nolvadex for 3 weeks of pct. I though havoc got rid of gyno.
 
Sometimes it does. Sometimes it does the opposite.
 
Well I will plug away and just keep getting bigger and hopefully it won't look to bad. I think once I get more full and bigger it will be less noticeable.
 
So I weighed in at the docs office today at 139.5lbs. I lost .5 pounds and my bf stayed the same which is low to begin with.

So to finish my conclusion of the product.
So I finished what was in the bottle.

On a scale of 1-11
Easy to take 11
Felt like it worked 8 most the time and a 7 on my off days.
Would take it again only with BA
Would recommend it to other people 10 but with a BA product.
Would take it for 8 weeks vs 4 weeks 8
Over all score 8.5

Thanks for letting me log cre-02. Hope more people get to try the product in the future and even today but I will say Id still want people to stack it with BA as to get the most out of it. The special creatine combo for atp and BA for strength. I still wish I had a shirt as my progress has gone up with in the last 30 days and I sure wish I had a shirt to represent this progress.

Hmmm... Nice overall review. I am sorry to hear that your muscles are crying for beta alanine. Did they tell you that personally?

No doubt that creatine and beta alanine go well together, but this is the best creatine on the market (ask anyone who's used it) and the use of the two combined is a choice that's at the user's/consumer's discretion.
 
I agree with FoG here...I don't really think that Cre-02 is a product that begs the addition of BA. Taking BA will almost always help with strength in your workouts...but plenty of our testers used it without BA and reached PR's on almost every workout.

Thumb up for me. I do agree that cre 02 alone is a fine product but could only benefit from a addition of BA.

the numbers in your review are quite skewed if you think this was good without BA though. Something about that whole process seemed awkward to me.

WTF bro! pffft! You gotta be kidden me?! I hit PRs many times on Cre-02 and without BA!!! This all prob stems from your "workouts" that we all didnt agree with. So your results did seem skewed.

Yeah son. I feel you. lol. 4th day on Cre02 I nailed 95lb DBs on flat press for 21 times with a 6 second negative. Then I did dropsets. lol.

But, the dropsets (intensifiers) are too taxing on my system anymore and I'm leaving them along for a while now!

DJBombsquad, it just seems that you did not write the review for what it is. You're not a supplement innovator that's tweaking some kitchen sink formula...

You're a person that got a chance to try, for free, a straight up creatine product. It's a very enhanced/advanced creatine product, yeah. But it is what it is. You could get better results maybe combining Cre02 with beta alanine... you can get better pumps from taking Cre02 and wolfing down some NOS Pumper drink... lol... the review was for Cre02.
 
I never said the product was bad. I rated it pretty high and I was honest but I don't believe in sugar coating any thing or bull craping any one about a product. If you think my routine was bogus so be it and that it made me use the product in effectively than thats not my problem. I know what I did in the gym. I know Iv seen progress since I 1st started this routine. You can't tell me its bogus because you can see on page one my before and afters and how much I Have come a log way and you can even look at my other pictures on my laptop from few years ago and see how much I have changed.

Also to tell me it is the best damn creatine on the market and so I should have felt something from it is fine but if that is the case show me the double blinded placebo controlled studies on cre -o02 to back the claims up. I already told people on my log try it out.

my friend, you are a liar and a fraud. you are 140 lbs. and have put MANY toxic substances into your body without knowing what the **** you were doing. you are/were NO WHERE NEAR ready for steroids, and it's people like YOU that ruin this industry. 90% of your posts that i've looked over have been, simply put, stupid. you can say what you want about CRE-O2, but there are studies for most (if not all) of the ingredients proving their efficacy, but yes, there is NOT a study proving that CRE-O2 does anything as a whole. there are only a handful of finished product that have had trials done on them and MOST of them were done in house, anyway, which (if you know anything about science) should be taken for a grain of salt.

a negative review of CRE-O2 would be fine. no products are going to work for everyone.. that's just how it is. but, something just doesn't add up here.

it's whatever, though. we picked you to log this and given your past this should have been expected. speaking of which, i know Chuck is still relatively new at this, so i'll consult him about how to go about the next round, to make sure this doesn't happen again. ;)

In all seriousness though, it's a shame that people like this have a chance to get an opinion out there that can sway consumer's decisions. A tremendous product like this should not be wasted.

Lesson learned here for all reps as well picking testers, research the potential candidates closely, as some on here can not be trusted, disappointing.

With all do respect I don't believe you gave the CRE-02 a fair run. I'm not in the habit of calling testers out for the quality of their logs but this seems to be an exception.

First off, your log got off to an ill start when from workout #1 you dosed the product incorrectly (time wise) from the specific instructions I personally sent along with your tester pack. Timing on CRE-02 is extremely important and you were specifically asked to dose the product 120 minutes pre-workout for good measure and accuracy of the log.

Second, you "only" logged a total of 13 training sessions in 31 days of which is not going to provide a 100% accurate assessment of the product especially when the training was more on the intuitive side. In my opinion 13 workouts in 31 days = maintenance. Oh, but low and behold you made gains on a maintenance program which is pretty hard to do!!!!! Props to CRE-02! :clap2:

Third. We asked you to log the CRE-02 and compare it effects to other creatine products. Not a hypothetical creatine/BA stack or prohormone or steroid. Trust me we've tested CRE-02 with BA and we know that the BA (Carnage)supplementation enhances the product :eek: We only wanted an unbiased assessment of CRE-02 as a stand alone product in comparison to your experiences on other creatines.

All in all I have to say I'm disappointed. I usually figure we have to drop the figures from a log or review here and there due to illness or unforeseen circumstances but I feel your review does not match your training style, accomplishments or praise that you gave the product throughout your entire log. We use the results from these logs in our own research and hope the logger/tester will take it seriously enough to allow that data to be useable. We dont give away free product for nothing ;)

Anyways, thank for helping out and good luck in the future.
