What is your diet on M-Drol?

How many cals? What kinds of foods?

Or any PH/PS for that matter. I'd be interested in seeing any good info on this matter.

i eat the same but up the carbs by like 20-30g per meal. and taper off as the day goes on.

protein and fat each day are apporximatly the same every day at 50g protein and 15g fat per meal

I'd start at somewhere from 600-1000 cal a day above maintenance, and as far as macros go it should be whatever works for you, just making sure you are getting in plenty of protein. if you already are taking in 1+g per lb of bodyweight, thats enough for the most part, just keep your normal ratios with your increase in cals.

I have read about people making good gains on a little over maintenance. I ate 500+ cals over and gained 8lbs in 3 weeks and leaned out along the way. It is carb sensitive so, as they say above, carb up.

Plenty of water wouldn't go amiss either.

My thoughts are that mdrol can give much more than 8 pounds in three weeks which can be utilized best by eating a crap load of good food while on cycle. I was thinking like 5000 cal a day or something ridiculous to give the stuff what it needs to pack on the pounds.

Anyone agree or disagree with this reasoning?

5000 cals is hardly ridiculous. When i joined this board a few years back superdrol was very popular and the norm was 4500-6000 cals a day. Make the most of it, just keep it as clean as you can.

I never understood the point of going that high above maintenance just to put on an extra 7-10 lbs of bodyweight...

It's going to be fat and water with a heavy carb based diet and you're just going to look like S&*t. By the time you cut down to your actual gains, it's the same as if you would've eaten clean and keep your carbs moderate.

Makes no sense to me.

15 lbs of mainly fat/water or 7-10 lbs of lean muscle? Hmm...

I just eat pretty much anything in sight, not really keeping track and i gained 12 lbs in the first week, 5 in the 2nd, and currently on the 3rd week. I was eating just maintenance before, and kinda starving myself before so this cycle has been kind of a change for me. I have got some love handles back but everything else feels fuller and more solid.

well its a pretty dry compound, no? I don't foresee more than a couple pounds of water weight. And I can make up cals in protein. When I serious about bulking OR cutting, I either replace my meals or supplement them with chugging 2-3 500ml cartons of egg whites per day (240 cals, 56 grams of protein). I could do that, throw in some extra red meat, high calorie good fats, etc all of which would avoid having like 500 grams of carbs while hitting high cals
