I really want to try sambo, but no one out here in the bay area has a legit place!
you got light and welter mixed up. my next year predictions:
Heavyweight= randy (even though he is not interested in the belt anymore)
L Heavyweight=Wandy and then i think they will make a rematch of wandy v. hendo!
Middleweight= Hendo
Welterweight = GSP and in a year to two years koscheck will be ready for the challenge.
Lightweight=Penn
I know, im crazy, but a guy has to dream right!?

Hey guys. I just watched this bout on SPIKE TV. It was a great fight. Brock controlled him all the way! What a horse. Invalid Link Removed
Lol, i just cant see the axe murderer getting a belt, but the news on arlovski fedor is great ryan, have you thought about applying for seacrests job?
Hendo though, if silva retires could be mw champ, and i like kosheck too.
Killer come back WO brother!!! Those are some hefty numbers too! How much do you weigh?
You decided to take it easy, huh? Yeah right. You nail 220 lbs. for 19 reps on the Bench just to warm up!!I Decided to take it easy, as ive been ill, and just thought id do some weights, chest, and triceps to see how my strength was.
100kg x 19 flat bench
150 x 5
Did some skull crushers,
45 kilo dumbell, until failure 17 reps
50 kilo dumbell until failure 12 reps
Then finished with tricep cable push downs
80 Kilo x 34 reps to finish
Stamina was amazing, pumps incredible, now i know 100 percent this is working, and its the real deal, Thanks for following along Russian
ya dude.... I was thinking the same thing... maybe he was thinking we were all lifting kilos also???? LOL.You decided to take it easy, huh? Yeah right. You nail 220 lbs. for 19 reps on the Bench just to warm up!!Then you go up to 330 lbs. X 5 reps!! WOW!! It's like you didn't miss a beat. Then you hit up some Skull-Crushers with a 100 lbs. DB for 17 reps! Then just to finish off this "easy" workout you do Triceps Pushdowns with 177 lbs. X 34 reps!! Simply amazing my brother. Amazing. You are an incredible iron-warrior Russian. Keep the intenisty high. I'm glad you have recovered and are back at 100%.
Sounds like LG is going to be doing a sublingual Ecdy product, Invalid Link Removed . Made me think of this log![]()

I was actually going to try this same experiment out when someone pointed me to this log. I will be lurking on occasion. Good luck and keep safe.

he is in the UFC already...oh wait thats ED herman, my bad. I did just watch dave herman fight ron waterman...good fight, liked the jumping head kick he seems like a smart fighter and athletic too.Anyone here seen dave herman fight. he is 12-0 and heavyweight, ive watched all his fights, i think he could be a major suprice if the ufc get him.

Was going by the thread, but it seems that might not be the case.I don't see it saying sublingual. Where did you hear this?
It is some super sublingual/intranasal delivery ingredient that supposedly blows cyclodextrins away..

Hey bro, good to see you, i just got called a crazy ass for trying this log, but if it works, wich it does, i prefer the word genius, rather than crazy, lol im jus joking, self praise is no praise.
Hows life GJJ, i cant wait for this next episode of TUF, should be awesome, who do you think will win out of bisping and leben?
How do you think the fight will go between penn and gsp? thgey are supposed to be squaring off very soon, spring next year.
Will be interesting, i think penn, might submit gsp. But gsp is so atletic, i think it will be hard work going toe to toe with him.
Take care bro.. Russian
haha u a crazy ass! maybe a crazy ass beast! lol but, genius sound right!
bro you have some big balls to inject bro, I am afraid of needles. Funny i can take a guy punching me, but not a little old needle. )it's all in my head)
I cant wait for the next episode, this is one of the best TUF seasons ever!
oof, bisping and leben? I will take LEBEN by tko in the 2nd round. bisping is a cool guy and all, but from what i have seen, he is not a good fighter. Leben on the other hand was not a good fighter, he has improved on the ground and on his feet. plus, the guy has a huge head and is so hard to knock out. lol
so yeah...Leben.
the gsp vs penn fight is a hrad one to call. If penn can keep his conditioning and can not gain a bunch of fat to fight at the 170lb weight class then i say penn. (thats a big if!) they are both amazing fighters, but penn has a little more experience. he just needs to watch his cardio.
If anything i think they stay on there feet the first round then they move to the ground and thats where we will see some action! (no homo)
Thanks
GJJ
Lol, a crazy ass beast sounds about right, the needle aint so bad, you just have to be carefull, but generaly it doesnt hurt.
Yeah i think this is the BEST season of TUF. I cant wait to see how it unfolds, should be really interesting.
I will say bisping then, because i think his all round skills are very good and hes a big fighter for his weight, i think he will gnp leben 3rd round.
Now we can have a laugh when it happens, i will try and find out the other fights on the card, and we can make our predictions, im all excited....lol.
I think what you said about penn gsp is a very good asumption, i wouldnt be suprised if it happend the way you say, if and its a big if penn can keep the fat off.
Great to chat buddy!!!
I guess i need to just grow a pair and try it! I think if i could make some injectable ecdy I would try it for sure.
I love a little controversy. ok u have bisping, i have leben! winner gets reps? ok? lol
here is the rest of the card:

Rameau Sokoudjou Vs. Luiz Cane by tko in 2nd round

sorry to be joining late. This is a very interesting log, and I would love to read it all, but I don't have the time right now.
Could somebody please catch me up with:
-strength gains
-size gains
-other effects?
I saw that at first the OP was eating at maintenance, did that change?
Also see the OP got food poisoning? Hope you feel better soon.
oh and reputation points to whoever can help me out here, if you guys are into those.
You have to earn reps bro!!
Rep earned for asking questions and coming along, welcome bro!!
I was eating at maintenance, but had a few changes, eating just above now, missed training for 5 days due to food poisoning.
Strength gains have been noticeable in the amout of reps i can perform at a heavy weight, for example, before this log i was repping 100kilo for 12 reps to warm up, now im doing 19 reps.
Endurance is through the roof, i feel more explosive, and thats with hardly any change to diet, i havent lost any muscle mass even with the food poisoning, thats how ANABOLIC ecdy is.
Other side effects have been, only positive, improved sense of well being, hunger, vivid dreams, and i swear, and im ery critical, that this is the strongest natural anabolic ive used, if it wasnt injectable id use it all year every day.
Thanks for coming along!! Russian
Thanks for this update. Have you noticed any site enhancement on injection spots?
x2, I'm pretty intrigued by this. I may give it a shot if I can be assured of quality from a distributorThanks for this update. Have you noticed any site enhancement on injection spots?
A little, i mean very minor, but i have more of a peak in my biceps, and my delts look fuller, i think if i was to continue this for 6 weeks i think we would see a big difference in the injection sites.
I thought for a sec it was fil pfister, but im guessing its you...If it is YOUR HUGE!!

I doubt he'll get submitted... just seeing the Kenny F. fight with him really shows how well rounded he is when he stuffs a great wrestler like that and can also pass a NEVER BEFORE PASSED guard. Plus BJ isnt a natty 170 and has to work up to that weight and def isnt GSP who is a HUGE 170 and VERY powerfull.Hey bro, good to see you, i just got called a crazy ass for trying this log, but if it works, wich it does, i prefer the word genius, rather than crazy, lol im jus joking, self praise is no praise.

is this the younger dude, bout 6'5"??? I just caught a heavy weight fight the other day on the interweb and this cat was HUGE at 6'5" and I cant remember how heavy but man was he built... kneed the shiz outta this dude and put him OUT.Anyone here seen dave herman fight. he is 12-0 and heavyweight, ive watched all his fights, i think he could be a major suprice if the ufc get him.
Nice, suprise even.
I agree. No disrespect to BJ, he's a hell of a fighter, but my money's on GSP.I doubt he'll get submitted... just seeing the Kenny F. fight with him really shows how well rounded he is when he stuffs a great wrestler like that and can also pass a NEVER BEFORE PASSED guard. Plus BJ isnt a natty 170 and has to work up to that weight and def isnt GSP who is a HUGE 170 and VERY powerfull.
I think he has a better chance trying to stand and catch him with a punch, BJ has some heavy hands but it will take one hard hit followed by a successful take down and some GNP to put him away IMO... GSP really is a great 170.
Time for BJ to hit the sauce if he wants to hang IMO.
I say 10 reps, as soon as you get the chance ok..So the winner gets ten reps from either you or me.
Let the games begin!!!
Keith jardine vs Brandon vera ,TKO rnd 2
Rameau sokoudjou vs Luiz cane ,submission rnd 2
Paul taylor vs chris lytle , by decision
Paul kelly vs Marcus davis, 2nd rnd TKO
Under card
Dan hardy vs Akhiro gono , by sub 2nd round
Shane Carwin Vs. Neil Wain by gnd n pnd 2nd round stoppage
Jess Liaudin Vs. David Bielkheden 3rd round submission
Sam Stout Vs. Terry Etim by TKO 1st round
David Baron Vs. Jim Miller Decision
Per Eklund Vs. Samy Schiavo by sub 3rd round
What you think, will be cool to compare with what actualy happens, Most of your pics were similar, but i really rate Dan hardy, Also stout vs etim was a hard call, as etim is very good on the ground, but stouts striking is amazing.
Lets play..
Good calls grila!!!

LOL nope not Phil just me (Tim).
I think you made some great calls! the hardy vs. gono fight was a tough call for me, they are both amazing fighters, but i dont think hardy has been truly tested.
very true on the stout call!
lets do this brother!
hope we see some great fights Russian!!
Yeah some of the pics were hard, even jardine, vs vera, vera has undoubtedly got the greater skill set, but he hates being hit, and i think jardines going to land a few bombsm he has knocked out some tough guys, griffin, liddel.
Vera needs to bring his A game, and start taking some injectable ecdy.
I actually met and shook hands with Phil Pfister back in 2004 in Atlanta. They were having the nationals there, plus power-lifting, bodybuilding, and even TNA Wrestling. $10 got you around the whole show. And I got so much free supps, samples, and shirts it was awesome. Phil is 6'6 and weighs 364 lbs. His hands were huge. Almost twice the size of mine. Well, not that big, but pretty darn big. He was really nice. Me and my friend talked to him for about 5 minutes at least. He was getting ready to hit the warm-up room and prepare.I thought for a sec it was fil pfister, but im guessing its you...If it is YOUR HUGE!!
