You're a heavyweight... No diggity.

Generally, as a fighter - you really don't want to go sub 6/7% BF anyway. Its not optimal for strength or endurance...

I would like to try fighting at heavyweight this year... I think that would be pretty freaking cool considering where I was last winter.

So i did, well ive got to try and keep you guys interested, hey TG is an mma fan, silva vs faber, that would be sweet, i think bisping v silva would be interesting too, if silva goes light heavy, then i so want to see him against shogun when shogun is fit, would be an awesome fight.

Changing the subject, is 3 gram of 1-carboxy = 2 iu hgh? is that even remotely accurate?

I think for maximum cardiovascular performance id say 7 percent bodyfat.

I always have thought id rather be as muscular as possible at as light a weight as possible, like now im 205lb, my bodyfat is supposed to be at 6 percent, so that means im a good sized light heavy, but if i bulked up, i think id be a small heavyweight, as regards muscle mass.

Wow Timber, last year you were 155, whats your bodyfat now bro? thats a major transistion.

I'm somewhere around 9 to 10 pct... perhaps have thinned down a bit over the past month. Approximately 188 pounds. I was about 7 or 8 percent at 155.
 
Huge BJ Penn fan, win or lose I'll be a BJ Penn fan. I freaking LOVED watching that Penn vs Stevenson fight. I watched it at a sportsbar and I think I was the only one yelling and pumping my fist in the air (Stevenson crowd?).

I'm sure the conversation has moved passed this, but I've still got a lot of reading to catch up on.

id be pushed around by most heavyweights, im no natural heavyweight i think im more natural around 185.

volcom i was really enjoying myself in a sadistic way while watching penn punish pulver and stevenson. :twisted:

and for the record i can do all smileys by memory...... yeah its pretty sad but ive been here for awhile.

Meaning I can't drop to 185 without losing muscle mass either. I can be as low as 195lbs at best. Each year that threshold seems to get higher and higher.

My biggest drop ever was from 225lbs down to 168lbs, but then I didn't look like I lifted. I haven't been lower then 195lbs for maybe 5 years.

I went overboard with the cardio (8.8 mile runs 3-4 times a week, 15 miles on Saturdays, sometimes 15 on Sundays) and over did the anti-carb nazi diet. I was young and didn't know enough about "proper" dieting or the degree of detrimental effects of over-cardio on muscle mass, so I went from pushing 315lbs on the incline for 6, to pushing around 185lbs on the flat.

But being a natural mesoendo, it wasn't work to put size back on once I wanted to. My best weight is about 195lbs or at least it was. I think I would look best around 200lbs now.

True they both have a great clench and utilize knees alot... pretty even match IMO.

BUT I dont think that Silva can hang with the elites of the light heavy.... Not saying I dont want to see him try though.

(carboxy)Supposedly... all I can say is that it promotes good sleep and insane dreams usually associated with a large GH release and I only take 1600-2400mg... Recovery is also phenomenal with it, one of my favorites by far.... until I just get into some REAL GH releasing peptides.

Thats a big big drop, especialy as i doubt your bodyfat percentage was that high.
Thanks for the help with the 1-carboxy, yeah ive heard that if you get vivid dreams, like those your having, its a good sign of healthy hgh release.
Cant wait to try it out now, with some arganine, and l-dopa before bed, or do you think on its own it might be more effective?

Yeah like what a waste of talent, his attitude just stinks, i just dont get it, with the oppurtunity he had, he gets a second chance, then jumps in the ring after the fight, and starts calling out esqueredo or however you spell his name, he just looked like a retard like dana said, and mir was fuming at the end of the episode.
Wasted.

considering 1-carboxy is basically standardized L-dopa (im pretty sure) its not necessary BUT will still only add to the effect... arginine is DEF a good idea for helping to maximize natty GH output but still Im not so sure any of this really borders on 2iu's of GH.... still the effects are apparent and pleasing. Well worth the use IMO.

Thankyou, il rep you when im allowed, i must be honest i wasnt sure that l-dopa was nearly the same as 1-carboxy, i knew both were similar in effects, so thanks for clearing that up, you said the effects are apparent and pleasing, i havent used 1-carboxy on its own, i mega dosed powerFULL , in the past, so the effects could be similar i guess, could you elaborate?
Is you skin healthier,?
How exactly is your recovery affected?
How many butterflys are there in japan?
All these if you answer the correctly and in a pleasing manner can earn future repps, plus im writing up as much info on 1-carboxy as i can, your experience would be invaluable.

Just briefly going back to my log, ive got the all clear to train tommorow, and best of all, i can start eating how i like, sorry to go off the subject but i just wanted everyone to know how this log was looking, get ready for growth, starting tommorow.

Going back to the subject of mma, i dont know how those guys restrained themselves with browning, a house full of fighters, but they all pretty much kept there cool, i was suprised, especialy when browning tried to pull bader into the pool.

well i dont plan on fighting at least not in a ring so i dont think ill ever go to that weight unless something forces me to. I understand what you mean and i know you know the same just being that tall with long thin bone structure packing on weight you still look not as bulky. Even at 253lbs someone could agrue that "youre not buff" bodybuilding wasnt exactly geared toward the tall guys.

alot of fighting experience! haha. not anything official tho haha. I just learned some strong muay thai but i dont train. Ive been wanting to train just because so many guys train now you really have to watch your ass. Plus a trained guy will be more effective with technique than just raw. I really want to learn how to throw some wicked kicks tho.

Have any of you seen the trailer for tuf season 8 episode 5, anderson silva throws some mean kicks and punches sparring with those other guys.
Talking of fights, russia is a good place to get plenty of them, its good to have martial art experience, it can really make a difference, between going to hospital.
I always say there are going to be three hits......

Lol, tommorow i will be training, and when i post the pictures 3 weeks from now i want you to all be suprised, or at least be a little impressed, i want to post pictures from when i was just doing gymnastics, thats how i met my wife, but because i grew until 6,2, i was a bit lanky to carry on.
Im not happy with my current state, after this posoining, and i want to just tweak a few things...not in fotoshop, i mean in my physique, then i will get all you guys to critique me.
Going to unveil my new avatar then too.
November the 15th will be the start of my next log, got a few goodies for that, after seeing your pic TG i think il stay in hiding until im 60lb bigger.

I have watched every werdum fight he has ever had, plus his final in the ju jitsu world championship, he is so talented, and his striking is getting better, i think he will be a big suprise as a contender next year, the other guy i rate is machida, because he is so elusive, very skilled, i dont like brawlers i love strikers, and he is awesome.
Bj penn, is just so gifted, i cant see him loosing his belt, plus gsp cant wait for him to face the winner of alves v sanchez.

Question guys, who do you think will hold the belts next year in each division at december next year?

I really want to try sambo, but no one out here in the bay area has a legit place!

you got light and welter mixed up. my next year predictions:
Heavyweight= randy (even though he is not interested in the belt anymore)
L Heavyweight=Wandy and then i think they will make a rematch of wandy v. hendo!
Middleweight= Hendo
Welterweight = GSP and in a year to two years koscheck will be ready for the challenge.
Lightweight=Penn

I know, im crazy, but a guy has to dream right!?
