I think most of who do this have some level of bigarexia. I look at my photos and wish I had bigger arms, thicker and more rounder shoulders, and much bigger legs. I've definitely got it. I think it's mainly because I compare myself to the best of the best. I don't compare myself on an average basis. I pick the BIGGEST dude in the room, and compare myself with him.

Yeah i hear that!haha, doesn't just going to class sort of help? I suppose I could be asking myself that question, and its a no for me. I guess knowing what's out there, its hard to be too impressed with myself. I think it's an excellency complex. I'm usually around the top 2-3% physique x strength wise at MY gym, but because I know whats out there, I don't impressive myself. There are rare moments where I think I'm the shiz (in a healthy, non-arrogant way), but usually I'll think like this.

My sister is always asking me why I'm always trying to get better and bigger or stronger. She says, "Why don't you just maintain? You're already big enough." Give me a break. Why the hell woud I go to the gym if I didn't get better with each workout? Only suckers maintain.
