My Cre 02 Log

I had a blast even though sun was a early work out in the morning I felt great. I am tempted to get Ragnarok in the future.
 
Why go on the Rag when Cre is tons better?!! hehe jp

Not now, after this log I am thinking about a new cycle.
 
Rok is a great product...I think you'd enjoy it...and then you could compare it to Cre-02 and see what you think!
 
I need BA again. Which ROK has. Maybe do a double stack? Sip on rok and take cre 02 normally. I just sometimes wake up early work out and don't get any thing in my system like this sunday was just cre 02 7 in the morning worked out at 8. I am so pumped. I can't wait till todays work out.
 
rok also has creatine and it may be overkill taking both. I'd either use rok and maybe cordygenv02 to keep your endurance up or take Cre-02 and Carnage if you want an amazing creatine with BA added to the stack. Carnage is intense.

Tonight I watch bigger faster stronger on dvd. I will resumé my work out tomorrow. Monday night was the Jewish new year and ends tonight so I am not aloud to do work related things i.e lift weights.

It is a great movie. They even show jay talking about roids.
 
Today was back day. I was so pumped today. I had to fast in the morning so I worked out in the evening.
Cable pull down 156. 2 sets 6 reps
Cable row 2 sets 6 reps at 180.
Close grip bent over row 115 2 sets 6 reps
Machine Cable row 1 set 6 reps 180.

I had more focus today. I also was able to breath better and that could be the Cordyceps Sinensis. I also was able to teach 2 classes of martial arts and I good energy.

I started to do dumbell benches. 80lbs 2 sets 6 reps
I than moved in to barbell bench same as last week.
2 sets of bench press at 210. 6 reps.
2 sets of incline press at 160 6 reps.
1 set of cable fly 30 each side 6 reps.
I than went to train/teach my mma class for 2 hours. I had plenty of energy which was nice.
 
Lookn big man! Is it just me or is your left pec more cut than the right?
 
I got darker and I think the shadows making my left look bigger? I did my body fat test on the machine this morning and it gave me a error. so I did it again and it gave me a error. When no one is in the office I will weight my self naked than do it again to be more accurate to the T.
 
Based off the cuts of your chest Im guessing around 7%. :thumbsup:

Please tell me you are taking CRE-02 EVERYDAY. If you are only 15-16 days into it I'm guessing you are only taking it on workout days which is NOT what I asked of testers. CRE-02 is meant to be taken daily for maximum results ;) If you are not taking it daily please do so from here on out so we can make this tester log as accurate as possible. :D

I do take it every day even when I do not lift weights. Same time every day which is after work. I even said how it helps me with my teaching of martial arts. Im on the 15th day or so when lifting so my wording was not the best. I do apologize but to make my self clear I am using it every day.

Sounds around right. My BMI and bf were lower which is nice I guess? Not as much water retention like most creaines which is what I like.
 
My computer is on a shelf. I just moved and have no desk so the cam is sorta covered by the shelf. What is wrong with my voice. What is not gear?
 
Today was triceps and shrugs.

I felt awesome taught classes before 1 class than trained 1 hour than taught another than went to the gym. I had plenty of energy today.
tricep push down 80 2 sets 6 reps
tricep skull crusher 80 1 set 6 reps
dips at 75lbs 1 set 6 reps
tricep extention 70 lbs 1 set 6 reps
shurgs 135 12 reps 2 sets
1 barbell shrug 45x4+50+bar. Went a lot higher this time.
I am getting close to the end of the log and so far its positive.

I said its not gear because there is no reason to be secretive meaning there is no need for the voice and fake accent.

I am gooofy but on a serious note my mom is from Kobe which is in Japan. I am 50% Japanese. My dads relatives and family are Polish, Russian and German.
 
Were all just a bunch of muts! lol Not long before there are no races anymore and we are all combined into one "race".

If we were unintelligent life forms based on instinct, then this would be inevitable. However, we are not (although some people in the forums make me wonder) and we have the power of choice... There isn't enough current ideal integration to allow me to believe that there will be only one 'merged' race before the world comes to an end.

Thats because with the seemingly unintelligent life we continually vote in to represent our country here in the US...the world's end may not be that far off.

I am ashamed to be in agreement. This economic crisis is just a taste of fear.

One thing I'm sick of is all the money we dump into all these foreign charities. I can't walk down the street to the post office without passing half a dozen forclosure signs.

This is a country that depends on fossil fuel. There is an expression that I test everyday: "Everybody has a threshold." Eventually the fossil fuel/gas prices will surpass the populus threshold and people will start going berzerk based on this alone.

Would you like it to be my real accent?
Last night was shoulders and was it awesome. I got in and out under 35 minutes. The gym was empty so I had zero wait time.
Shoulder dumbbell press 65x2 2 sets 6 reps
bent over side laterals 35 2 sets 6 reps
standing side lateral 27.5 x2 1 set
machine military press thinggy. 45x2+50+5. 2 sets 6 reps
Awesome possom.
