M-drol and P-plex stack?

i just ordered a stack of mdrol and pplex online. i still got 2 weeks left to recover from my previous ph. i was wondering if it would be better to take one ph (either p or m) then the pct then the second ph. OR would i get greater gains from stacking them both together?

while im waiting the 2 weeks i was gonna start anabolic halo, is that a good idea?

And any plans yet on PCT?? Make sure you get that in check before you start the cycle... never wanna end up short handed on anything..

what about your diet? ive found mdrol repsonds ALOT better with a big increase in carb intake.. :donut:

im not quite sure about wat would be strong enough for the 2 as a pct. wat are u going to take for ur pct?
 
Thats higher than i would use the Clomid
..I would do something like 50/50/25/25 on Clomid and 40/20/20/10 on the Nolva


...Supporting supps like Cycle Assist, will be extremely important w/ this cycle ----dont start without them
 
you should use either clomid OR nolva, and an AI with both 6b-bomo would be good.

clomid 100/50/50/50(25 maybe)
6b-BrAd-60/60/30/30 or Adex .5 mg for the 4 weeks, or aromasin 10mg for the 4 weeks

Nolva 20/20/20/20
6b-BrAd (same as above) or aromasin same as above

so two cycles of spawn, one of H-drol, one of SD (haladrol liquid-gels don't count).

you need to get your diet in order badly before you do anything else. on top of the crazy idea of stacking two harsh methyls. bridge is your best option for that, but i think its not the right answer.

please don't take this the wrong way, but if you gained 20 pounds off four cycles (and you should have gained that from the two spawn cycles alone - its a tren and epi stack), that puts your starting weight at 158 and 6 feet tall. eat more. a lot more. spread your meals out. compound lifts, that kinda stuff. you should have 20 more natural pounds to put on before trying this bridge. just my opinion.

Agreed. Maybe reach your goal of 200 naturally before starting the p-plex/m-drol bridge.
 
i agree that a very solid piece of advice, however im impatient lol, gaining 20 solid lbs through working out will take a couple years, but i understant what u r saying. thank you. wat do u guys think about anabolic halo? or am i not allowed to talk about that supplemnt in CEL

Bro, patience is the name of this game. Nothing comes easy and quick. Even w/ steroids, hard-work and time are required. I think you should maybe re-think what you're doing this for.

i understand wat u guys are saying...i will try and put the phs to the side...but what do u think about halo...is that like a protien/weight gainer/or somehting

If you value your body and health, you WILL put the STEROIDS (They are not pro-hormones) aside. Your diet and trianing is clearly far from what it should be. Stick to the basics such as BCAAs, creatine, multi-vit, protein, and maybe an N.O./pre-workout product. Revise your diet and you'll see better gains than any of the chemicals have given you so far. Then when you're actually ready for steroids, give your p-plex/m-drol cycle a shot. I know you probably won't listen to any of the advise I just gave you but please don't come here seeking advise when your body is completely FUBAR and you're still not 200lbs.

diet and compound moves - you'll gain weight like crazy. in fact, here's a workout for you to try:

Squats 4x10
deads 4x10
chin ups 4x10 (med grip)
bench 4x10
military press 4x10
dips 4x10

do them once every 5 days for 15 days, once every 4 days for 12 days, once every 3 days for 9 days, then do it every other day. if you can do them with quicker recovery, go for it, but soreness is a big issue with this workout, hence why its set up this way. once you get to doing them every other day, then do this:

increase the weight by 5 pounds on all exercises, do 6 reps. next workout, try for 8 reps. get up to 10 reps, add 5 pounds and drop again to 6 reps. this workout should take 30 minutes max - you'll have to do supersets.

if you can do this for four months with a great diet, you'll gain 8 pounds. at least i did. give it a shot for at least two months, (run a log of it in the log forum), and keep us updated. its also a great motivational tool.

pre workout shake - oats, milk, and whey.
post workout shake - peanut butter, and whey mixed in water - there's a method to my madness.

great post...but those all work out ur core...correct me if im wrong but that will just add mass and not increase individual muscles...and i kno that this is bulking season but i still like to stay a lil cut

it will increase mass alot. probably better than most mass building workouts. staying cut is about diet control. just adjust your diet to reflect that. if you want to lean bulk, than plan your diet accordingly. its not going to increase the size of your rear triceps or calves for example, but it will pack on size in most other parts. again, its ultimately up to you. that's just my advice. but if 200 is your goal this workout is a good place to start getting there.

all i have to say is wow. i had to come out of hiding just because of this. its got "anabolic" in it. holy f#@K my life!:frustrate i suggest you listen to these guys they know their **** and are serious. quit asking and start learning by research and make your own f%$king decisions

I was able to get some nolva for my pct for when I finish p-plex at 20/20/20/30/30, I have inhibit-e and novedex xt. when you mention to take an AI do you mean to take while you are taking the nolva?

Inhibit E and Novedex XT are both ATD product so you dont need to do both

u could also look into toremifene. everyone's raving about it, they say its replacing nolva

If it is your first M-Drol (or superdrol clone cycle), I would run it solo. I wouldnt stack or bridge it with anything other than Topical Formestane.

best bet is to bridge...

im about to start the exact same...

week 1 pplex 20mg
week 2 pplex 40mg
week 3 pplex 40 mg
week 4 pplex 30 mg mdrol 10 mg
week 5 mdrol 20 mg
week 5 mdrol 20 mg

I wouldnt exceed 30 mg per day on the P-Plex, and would add the M-Drol in at week 3 at 10 mg per day for weeks 3 and 4, then MAYBE go up to 20 mg for week 5. There wouldnt be a week 6.

I would add topical formestane at 100 mg per day at the beginning of week 3, and then overlap it two weeks into PCT at 100 mg per day the first week, and 50 mg per day the second week of PCT.
 
I would do this for PCT:

Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolvadex 20/20/20/20

I'm bout to start p plex and m drol, but need to get a SERM for PCT, I don't know anyone who's got any, a lot of you guys on here talk bout these SERMs like they're always available, how do you usually find something like Clomid or Nolva?
