Russians ecdysterone Injectable log

DAY 8

I have been baking the ecdy for the last few days, i bake it in the oven at 300c for 10 minutes, hopefully that will steralise it, and today i injected my left tricep, i ate a ton of carbs yesterday, as i wanted to carb and protein load, its something i saw a friend of mine doing, for one day he eats 500 grams carbs and 500 grams protein, normaly people carb load, as you get glycogen depletion through training, but his view is, that every time he protein loads, the next week he makes improvements on all his compounds, so i thought id give it a try.
I woke up today with sick pumps, and decided to get all my daily carbs in first thing, mixed 40 grams protein, 3 spoons sesame oil, 150 grams oats, 30 grams pine nuts, 20 grams cashews, and 1 pint of milk, microwaved it for 40 seconds, and yummy, banana flavour whey tastes so good with oats.

id be embarrassed to compare numbers with you beasts. I never max out thats for one and im a weak dead frog so i get a handicap lol.
ive done these weights but i dont quite remember how many reps i maxed at. bench- 345 squat- 380 dead- 405
I have always trained alone minus a few times so i never max out i dont use straps to dead or wraps to squat, hell i dont even use a belt, EVER. These were on cycle numbers when i was at 230lbs. Now i dont bench over 275 i dont squat over 315 or dead over 365...my style of training now doesnt really allow it, i dont like to do max lifts i focus on form, contraction, and usually no less than 4-5 reps a set. Id like to hit 1300 total but i doubt that will happen unless i add alot more weight...like 20lbs more to my frame and focus on strictly power. Im more for being aesthetic so bodybuilding style training is more for me.

I hear ya bro. I don't max out anymore either. I don't need to feed my ego anymore. It HYOOGE already!! :lol: I don't go below 7 or 8 reps anymore. I like 'em even higher sometimes. Isolation movements may get 12 to 20 reps from me. And I love 20-rep squats. WIDOWMAKERS!!! FTW!!! :smite: I like lifting heavy in a bodybuilding style. Branch Warren type stuff!! :twisted:
 
God dayum, man, 575 squat ?!?! .. my quads are shivering from the thought of it .. I'm 5 lbs behind you on the dead, Thunder, and I maxed out on bench with 365 a year and a half ago. Strength has gone up and down since, but I never completed a rep with more weight than 365. I'm craving a heavy a$$ bench day in .. two weeks or so !
Now you know why I hang around threads like Russian's, yours, and Volcom's. We're all pretty well matched when it comes to strength. I feed off the intensity of you young guys. I convince myself I still have what it takes to hang with the young bucks!! Do you remember Bruce Willis in Sin City telling himself, "Come on old man. Prove to them that you're still worth a damn!" Those words reverberate inside my head everyday!! :hammer::head:

I just for today tried something different, i wanted to see not if there was a strength improvement on the ecdy, but instead, and endurance improvement, i noticed very little lactic acid after exercising of late, so this is what i did...

Warm up bench, 100 kilos until failure, normaly i manage here 13 reps, today i did 19!!!!
110 kilo.. normaly if until failure.. 9-10, today 13!!!
120 kilo normaly until failure 6-7 today 10, remember this is just with a pause of 15 deep breaths, DC style.
After this, wich shows a big improvement, i did drop sets from 140 kilo, down until 40 kilo, dropping 10 kilos a time and repping until faliure, i managed 17 more reps overall!!!

So after that i did cardio, as ive been eating a bit to much, got major carb bloat today, so i started the day with a 3 mile run, and finished with 20 wide grip pullups, and 15 one arm pushups. each arm.
After training i repeated this, and then did some sprint work, and pylometric exercises.
ecdy, is working, stamina has improved libido is up, and i feel GREAT....Russian
 
BENCH - not sure, haven't done in a while. I can incline 215x6
SQUAT - 315x6
DEAD - 415x6

I don't train with anyone, so i'd rather not try to see what my max's are ;)

Havent gone past 315 since, just for the sake of safety.

My other two major lifts are a little embarrassing - particularly BB bench. But then again, I probably shouldn't be comparing my lifts to you animal bodybuilder types. I'm just a wannabe. :)

Good numbers bro, i think you can all dealift more than me...so im going to concentrate on my deadlift, and hopefully get up near you guys, ive always been afraid of deadlifting heavy weights, as i have long legs, and a shorter body, i always bend my back, im trying not too, but i have poor technique, so i really need to work on that, and i guess thats why my squat is weak too, ive been working on aesthetics for a long time, and cant let my legs get too big, or my waist, so im not sure what to do?

with that being said i would work on legs more, they really come into play when deadlifting heavy esp off the floor and thru the middle of the lift. Hams gotta be strong as steel. Who said muscular/big legs werent aesthetic? In my eye they are esp if you have small skeletal structure and a small waist.

DAY 9

Ok no injections today as now i will be injecting eod, this is because to many injections can increase the chances of scarring and infection, plus i feel that ecdy has started to get into full swing.
I woke up with a good upper body pump, muscles feel tight and full, i feel full of vigour, energetic, strong, and hungry, so the next stage of this log, is to see what mass i can pack on, and i mean lbm.
If its not lean i dont want it, im leavig out the carbs, keeping protein high, and increasing the healthyfats, just 200 grams carbs a day, 300 grams protein, 75g healthy fats.
I will keep it like this, for a week and then review, also will change my training routine everything to failure, and finish with drop sets.
Main focus legs.
Goals pack on muscle, and get deep stirations in my quads, tools, home made injectable ecdy, lets see how anabolic this baby is!!!!

Why don't you just make up a batch of the ecdy (20-50ml) at the same concentration you are using, add 5% BA, filter through a .22 whatman into a vial? Even if it crashes you will only have to heat it up and it is much more sterile than what you are doing.

it has to be fresh every time, you cant make it up, and it dissolves easily in the steralised pure water, if i was to mix it up and put it in a vial, apparently it goes rancid.

Earlier on in my post you will find how i purify the water, mix the ecdy, and baking the ecdy is only a small part of the hour long process i go through every day, just to experiement for this forums sake...lol, im just being self righteous, i do it for me too. Russian

Do you have a set time frame for how long you want to run the ecdy? How many weeks? I know you've got the training and diet end under control here. You eat like a horse and train harder than one! Go get' em stallion!! :head:

I think maybe 4 weeks, this run, i want to see how my body adapts, and also after the cycle see how i feel and what happens when i finish.

Ok so i took my injection this morning first thing, im my right quad, outer quadrant, and then sat in a cold bath for about 20 mins, as i didnt want the injection site to stop my leg workout.

I got to the gym, carrying my purple wrath, i love that stuff, tastes so good too, and my training went off like a russian nuclear warhead.
I did as follows

Hack squats 130kilo until failure 5 sets, 18 reps, 15, reps, 14 reps, 13, and 9.

Seated leg press 260kilo,x 22, 19, 17, 17, 16

Traditional squats with bar 140 kilo,x 12, 10, 8, 7,7

Widow makers 125kilo x 20 this was my first time ever doing these and i felt absaloutley sick after, after 8 reps i couldnt breathe, the 140 kilo had killed me, So i kept breathing as deep as i could, trying to control my heart beat, and got through it. but the burn man it was intense.
I like it!!!

Now i did leg press to failure, drop sets starting at 200kilo, x 15 , 180 kilo x 10, 170 kilo x 4, 160 kilo x 3, 150 kilo x 6 ,140 kilo x 3, 130 kilo x 3 120 kilo x 2 110 kilo x 0 my brother made me laugh so that was it, 100 kilo x 4 ,90 kilo x 4, 80 kilo x 7 ,70 kilo x 6. 60 kilo x 10, that was it, i just felt so sick i had to lie on the floor and my brother gave me smelling salts.

I know i have to really work on my legs, after seeing you guys i know im lagging behind, so i knew i had to work hard.
After stumbling to my car, and not being able to change gear because i got cramp in my quad, i managed to get home, and slowly get to the computer. Took 1000mg taurine, for the cramps, and then decided on 200 grams of salad chicken and cashew nuts, i so wanted carbs, so added some buckwheat.
All i can say is the pump in my right quad was 2 times the size of my left, but it didnt hamper my training, feels like a creatine pump, and you know that connection with your muscles you get when you take clen, you can get a really tight contraction, it feels like that too.

It makes your heart race like a Russian Stallion, doesn't it? I feel so very much alive when I feel like that. I'm in the heat of battle and my life is on the line. They are bro, its just unbelievable, this was my first time, and im glad im not a virgin anymore, because now i know what to expect, i could of given up every rep from 9 on, and i had to really force the reps out, but it was so good to get them done!!! Thanks TG for the idea!!

Holy $hit what a leg session, bro ! Normally, I require to actually see a leg training session to get any motivation, but you're heavy a$$ compound exercises have me convinced today's my leg day ! (as opposed to chest day, which I think it would be if I followed a correct order)

I did shoulders yesterday, so I think it's to everyone's best interest that I skip chest today, and instead go all out with legs.

But bro .. the widow-makers .. what are they ? I thought Thunder's been talking about hack Squats aka widow makers .. I'm confused.. please clear it up asap so i can potentially ADD it to my leg session ! :bruce1:

I am.. First purifing the water using reverse osmosis, then im boiling it, then i am de-ironising it and then boiling it a second time its all done in steralised containers and anti bacterial surfaces, i sure dont want an infection.

However pistonPUMP is correct, i do think i need to think of a way of purifing the ecdy myself, as even though its certified 99 percent pure, it might still have bacteria in it, and as im injecting that bacteria isnt going to be removed, maybe i could bake the edcy, like with tren pellets. or something like that, anyone have any suggestions? or maybe freezing, but i think that just renders most bacterias inactive for a short period, or during the period they are frozen..am i right? Your thoughts would be extremely appreciated as always guys. Russian
why do you HAVE to use water? why not Bacteriostatic water? its mostly water anywho so the ecfy will easily be soluable within it AND its the correct PH to do exactly what the name implies (bacteriostatic) and it kills any bacteria. This is a simple process, alot easier then your above routine. 30ml can be found for around 5 bucks, or maybe even cheaper and can usually be found a a local pharmacy/drug store here in the states (dunno how easy it is to find over there). this is whats used for injecting peptides so you know its perfectly safe.

Ok widow makers are to be completed after a workout, you get a weight you can normaly only manage 6-8 reps on, and then force out 20 full deep squats, by pausing and breathing deeply, forcing out each one to get to the 20, remember after your workout using a heavy weight you might only be able to make a few reps, this makes the 20 reps even more brutal, and as TG will tell you crazy anabolic.

Well to answer that qustion, i couldnt find a reliable source for the bacteriostatic vials, its not as easy here in the states, and the company i could of got them from have a history of being shady here. But your right and im guessing if this injectable theory works, then bacteriostatic water would be the way to go. good post!

I didn't read through all 5 pages of this log, so I am sorry if this is redundant, but I have some questions:

1. What are you sterilizing your mixture with? Just boiling water and THEN dumping in some extract is a horrible idea. There are numerous microorganisms in plain water and plant extracts, along with the fact that boiling water does NOT sterilize it, I fear a real potential for a systemic bacterial infection or worse a mycosis. Many organisms can withstand 100 degrees C.

2. Why the choice of water for the solvent of what is likely a lipophilic compound? I would expect some oil base to be a better choice. Likewise, when the mixture cools the ecdysteroid is precipitating out of the aqueous matrix and forming crystals in your muscle tissue. Generally a painful process.

Dissolving this compound in some lipid base with the addition of some preservative would allow for filter sterilization and an additional backup for reduction of microbial contamination.
 
After my post, I had to read this log completely to see if I assumptions were incorrect, and unfortunately they were not.

PLEASE, PLEASE do not inject unsterilized plant extracts into your body. Plant extracts are very commonly contaminated with bacteria and fungi. The ingestion of most extracts is not harmful because of the inhospitable nature of your digestive tract, but injection bypasses all of your natural defenses.

As for the "pumps" you claim, this may be explained by your choice of vehicle (water) which will undoubtedly allow for precipitation of the compound. As crystals form in the muscle, inflammation occurs which is more than likely the cause of the "pump". Think Winstrol-V or Test suspension. Also, if there are enough gram-negative bacteria in the extract, the levels of endotoxin in your mix could be enough to cause inflammation.

I was very interested in hearing the results of injecting ecdysteroids, but I don't want to read in a medical journal about some guy who died from massive infections due to injecting "natural" anabolics.

Very good suggestions though, thus my urging for BW being used instead to kill off any bacteria even in a "99% clean" herbal.

Many herbals are water soluble though, dont know why ecdy would be different :think:

PLEASE, PLEASE do not inject unsterilized plant extracts into your body. Plant extracts are very commonly contaminated with bacteria and fungi. The ingestion of most extracts is not harmful because of the inhospitable nature of your digestive tract, but injection bypasses all of your natural defenses.

As for the "pumps" you claim, this may be explained by your choice of vehicle (water) which will undoubtedly allow for precipitation of the compound. As crystals form in the muscle, inflammation occurs which is more than likely the cause of the "pump". Think Winstrol-V or Test suspension. Also, if there are enough gram-negative bacteria in the extract, the levels of endotoxin in your mix could be enough to cause inflammation.

I was very interested in hearing the results of injecting ecdysteroids, but I don't want to read in a medical journal about some guy who died from massive infections due to injecting "natural" anabolics.


I thankyou for your concern, however i have also done my degree in chemistry, i have used enough compounds to recognize a pump as being what it is, nitrogen retention in the muscle cell.
Also edyc dissolves wonderfully in water, remember the process i use for purifying the water renders the water 98 percent pure, the percentage of bacteria believed to survive this process, doesnt withstand 100c boiling point.
Next, i am baking the edyc, and as such hoping to eliminate as much bacteria as possible, without damaging the actual compound, or causing degradation.
As i am fully aware that injection means you pass all your natual biological defences, i take the utmost care to look after my body and organism.
If you were to inject water into a muscle it dissperse very quickly, however the effects i am seeing last for days, plus an increase in muscle stamina, and strength, are not the effects of water, its a well known fact water isnt anabolic, and ive never read any studies supporting an increase in strength or stamina after injecting water.

Very good suggestions though, thus my urging for BW being used instead to kill off any bacteria even in a "99% clean" herbal.

Many herbals are water soluble though, dont know why ecdy would be different :think:

Yeah ecdy is the same, in fact from what ive read even more so than most.
But bacteriostatic would be the way to go!!

I didn't read through all 5 pages of this log, so I am sorry if this is redundant, but I have some questions:

1. What are you sterilizing your mixture with? Just boiling water and THEN dumping in some extract is a horrible idea. There are numerous microorganisms in plain water and plant extracts, along with the fact that boiling water does NOT sterilize it, I fear a real potential for a systemic bacterial infection or worse a mycosis. Many organisms can withstand 100 degrees C.

2. Why the choice of water for the solvent of what is likely a lipophilic compound? I would expect some oil base to be a better choice. Likewise, when the mixture cools the ecdysteroid is precipitating out of the aqueous matrix and forming crystals in your muscle tissue. Generally a painful process.

Dissolving this compound in some lipid base with the addition of some preservative would allow for filter sterilization and an additional backup for reduction of microbial contamination.

How long does 20 reps take you?

With 225, I could see one set taking me 6 minutes, because that sh*t gets heavy for me...
