i'm on methyl 1 pro right now how long should i wait after my cycle before i can use 3 ad and do i need to change my diet
and i have another question how come the more i eat the faster my body process food only gain 5 pounds after 2 months with four meals a day
 
Not too familiar with m1p, but if it requires a post cycle therapy, do it and then wait atleast 4 weeks before doing 3-AD. Your body needs time to recover.

As for weight gain, there are a LOT of factors involved with gaining weight and/or mass. Genetics and metabolism are the biggies. If you are a hardgainer, meaning that you don't gain easily but tend to store less fat than some, then eating 4-5 larger meals each day will do you better. Your metabolism is faster and you can handle it. Mine sucks, so 6-7 smaller meals/day is a must for me to try and even think about dropping fat. We can definitely work through a diet and exercise routine for you. Just post up a new thread whenever you are ready to do your 3-AD run and we'll be all over it. :cheers:

OTC = Over the Counter, meaning non-prescription. AX's aPCT is an OTC PCT. ;)
 
Since the compounds in 3-AD don't aromatize, then there should not be any sort of estro-related sides. However, if you already have something like gyno, then know that anything dealing with hormone levels can cause a flare-up. But 3-AD would not outright cause gyno. :cheers:

Does this Androsterone (3α-hydroxy-5α-androstan-17-one) has differents effects and potency than 1-Androstene-3b-Ol,17-One?
