STARTING Pplex/mdrol Bridge and maybe somee.....

wait how much did u gain after cycle, on ur first page it said ur 206 and u ended with 208.8 thats bad only 2 lb. if i miss read anything pls clarify on wat ur starting weight was
 
going to the gym soon,

today is a sad day, the day where i no longer am ON.

tonight will be first dose of PCT, i want to stay on :(

the platau on the rack dead could have been bc i did SLDL yesterday and my legs are super sore. but no excuses ...

ive been blasting for about 12 weeks... time to cruise.. i hate to do it during PCT, so ill just go back to traditional training during PCT, and take an extended weekend next week (3 days)

ill take my first dose of clomid when i get back from school today at around 4, and then another dose before bed with arimidex.
 
yea soo clomid was yummy, but it burns my throat lol

second dose of clomid will be tonight pre bed with .5mg ADEX

incase yall are wondering........................ PCT was changed...

throat burns tho, its normal ill feel better after i have a protein shake lol.

i duno how long it takes to feel anythign from the clomid.... but ill keep u updated on libido ect throughout the next few days, along with nut/ load size ......
 
to follow up yesterday on PCT i figured id weigh myself this morning which is the first MORNING of PCT

208.6

i will be monitoring my weight for everyone so yall can see how much i gain/ lose

and no changes yet in any load size or anything of the sort.

too soon to tell.

The Nolva from my source isn't bad, but the Torem is horrible. Burns the piss out of my throat, so I mix it with some milk. I'm curious to see how much worse/better Clomid can be.

you went from 205 in one of your first posts to 208.6 thats a net gain of 3.6 pounds from a PP/SD bridge, with no recomp so to speak (loosing fat). your diet is way off here. i don't mean to come off like an a$$ and i apologize if i do.

you said in one of your threads that you can't eat at school, and while you can't eat a complete meal or sandwich, there's nothing wrong with taking a bag of nuts along (mono fats + protein) or some string cheese (protein + cholesterol). if you have to, tell them you're hypoglycemic. you have to eat more. even 1 piece of string cheese every hour (which can be eaten very quietly) will add 90 calories to your system and you can do that the 5 hours you're in class - 450 calories.

again, not trying to be rude, but i can gain 2-3 pounds in two months of eating clean, and i'm a 181 pound ecto, who started the summer of 2005 weighing 126 pounds. eat more brotha - its the most anabolic substance known to man. i also don't see any cholesterol in your diet, which IMO is needed, and in large amounts to see muscle gain. thats my 2 cents brotha.

when i posted that weight it was fully loaded, on a scale that i wasnt using,

my weight went from 198.6-208.8

i see how its misleading, diet has gotten better though, most meals are food, i got a food card for school, it was only really one week where it was as bad as it was.

the Dry weight monday morning of p plex was 198.6

end dry weight last day of m-drol was 208.8
the next morning 208.6 day of PCT

so there are the real numbers.

and for the record on that scale of the initial weigh in where i was 205 or so, im weighing in on that one at 217...

soo yea.

you werent comin off like a ****, i woulda said the same thing if i saw what you saw, i should of started and stayed with ONE scale

ilk continue to record my weight during and after PCT for you guys.

ALSO,

instead of a cort blocker, hows the use of clen (not to prevent fat, but act as anti catabolic)? or should i juss use about 100mg 7keto and 500mg PS perday starting fairly soon
 
ok now,

workout went good, weights went up on my machine military press

Flat bench weight stayed the same, 5 reps with no spot, last time is was 6 with a spot,

i took some pix they should be up in 10 min

nothing to report as of yet today

clomids not burning the throat as much,

everythings good, to tell ya the truth i never really felt any shutdown, kinda feel recovered lol. but no stopping obviously, blood work hasnt come yet im really annoyed about that. im gunna call the docs office soon and see what the deal is.

ill prolly be in the gym in a like an hour, front squats and leg curls..... some calf raises,

next week ill be taking thursday friday saturday and sunday off, i really think my body needs this time to recover. and i dont think 4 days is bad, ill do some pushups ect on those days off, but nothign crazy, after blasting for almost 12 weeks, its time...
 
workout was good

i had a birthday breakfast with my uncle, so i went a little overboard, 4 egg omlet with cheese and turkey, some potatos and pancakes, TOOK my GDAs though lol

then i went to the gym about 2 hours later,

front squats on the smyth machine, 225 for 5 (record for me) actually ive never even been past 185 on front squats lol

laeg curl 120 (on the cybext machine) for 5 and a half reps :(

felt good, especially for day 3 of PCT

You can get upset or give some excuses for your terrible diet and so on and so forth but at the end of everything it looks like you didn't gain anything from it.

I don't understand why guys are lying to you about your great progress either.

A wonderful example of why people should focus on diet inside of designers and supplements.

and nothing to report, ive been waking up at like noon yesterday and today, but still managing to get enough calories in to keep my weight within a pound of the end cycle weight. and have the calories from 5-6 meals, wven though i slept late.

yall think clenbuterol would help with the rise in cortisol at week 3, i have 7 keto, and PS, so i may use a small dose of both.

Enlighten me on what you do then. I am just trying to figure out why you look the same after cycling these products.

I had 10 posts cause I don't have the time to gain 1000+ posts since may of this year.

if you look at the pics, youll see i am a tad leaner, and a little fuller in my chest, and my arms, also, lighting has a lot to do with how pictures come out,(also taking a picture with your phone isnt great quality, i shoulda had someone take them with a digi, and in certain poses (but your right no excuses)

this is my first cycle since coming back from an appendectomy (incase you wanted a little back round, this was in april of 08 and lost 30 pounds, i went from 205-177 in 4.5 week, gained my almost 30 back before i decided to cycle, in which case i did have some loose skin , and added some fat because i wanted the weight back quick. ect)

There are pictures from day 1, week 3 (i believe) and every week there after. so to answer your question, there will be no absolute tremendous change from week to week. the changes you see are minor, in terms of size, but overall very good (there were no leg pix and they are definetly a contributor to my weight, which may not be apparent in the pictures)

I am a nutrition major, almost finished, i know how to eat, can it always be done without shakes? no, but they still serve purpose in the diet. the first week i went to school, i was haveing more shakes then real food, BUT MY MACROS WERE IN CHECK. when i got used to school schedual things changed in my diet. but the shakes stayed in.

and as far as the compounds are concerned, i can tell you some people dont respond to certain products. am i a non-responder? no, but i dont respond as well as other people.

and as far as being an IForce rep, Yes i am, does it mean i have to be tremendous to have extensive knowledge on a particular subject? the answer is no.

if there is anything else you need me to address, then be my guess and ask, but dont be a douche bag about it, as im giving an honest log and from what i think to be pretty good feedback. and exceptional strength gains.
 
Let me extend my apologies for being so rude and harsh. I understand everything you posted and agree some just don't gain like others.

I didn't know you had some issues prior to your cycle. Glad everything is ok for you now.

its fine, but like you said no excuses, but i may have mentioned these things at some point in the thread. . .

Weight today guys was 208.6 (i believe the same or .2 pounds lower!! this is after 1 full week on PCT)
 
gym went really shitty today, i woke up and my lower back didnt really feel right, but i did some deadlifts anyway, no higher then 185, lower back was reall tender, i must of slept wrong, thats normally when it happens, so i did some cardiom then ended with 12 pullups, ill do upper body tomorrow, bc i feel like **** now.

i decided that due to the poor nature of the workout, ill just do 40g waxy and 45 g whey isolate together, instead of seperating them

obviously whats of concern is the LDL which was raised by 140 points!!!! total was only raised by 40 points.

soo yea thats the update

so yea shut down is HARD on them although it did not feel like it
 
Just goes to show "feeling" like your not shutdown doesn't really count for much does it? i wonder how many people dont run a correct PCT because they feel fine. Bit of a scary thought. Well done for getting all the neccessary bloodwork done.

im gunna make an appt after im done with PCT around the 20th i believe, ive already been on PCT for a full week
 
holiday yesterday , soo my family and i ate MADDDDDD food, yummy fat filled jew food (well not so much jew food but SOO MUCH)

im definetly holding water today, soooo i have pictures but im hesitant to put em up lol

so todays workout whent good up weight in the DB shoulder press 70 for 10 solid reps,

185 on incline for 7, last time i did 6

so strength is still going up.

I got my halloween mask (dr tongue mask) if f u c k i n SICK man. reall hard to see out of,

tomorrow after my leg workout i will be leaving to goto DC for the wifeys Bday, Ill be taking off thurs fri sat and sunday i need the recovery, ill hit back on monday HARDCORE! with the same back workout i did monday because it sucked. so hopefully the rest will help me.

thanks for staying posted guys. and for the record, im now on 50mg clomid and .5 mg adex. and i will end PCT on october 13th and ill try to schedual blood work for the 26th .

i think ill respond well to P Plex being that i havent used it.

i also dont think that the laws of diminishing comes until after week 6, esp;ecially when switching th compounds.

Usually its because they want a cycle longer than 3 weeks. Honestly i've not seen enough evidence that it's even worth it (in terms of cost vs benefit) to bridge them. Yea, the gains roll after 3 weeks but is it substantial? Tough to say, it varies so much from individual to individual.

I do think you'll like P-Plex. Don't be afraid to dose it high, i've ran it at 60+ and really think the sweet spot is the 40-50 range.
