No, you don't need to post a full application but let me know what your goals are in here.
As far as goals...Well I am looking to get back to my 405 bench ultimately and then crush that PR. Beyond that, I am aiming at getting back to repping 350 on the bench, 475 on the deadlift, and 475 on the squat for sets of 5 comfortably. In addition, I am hellbent on getting back to my typical comfort zone of being around 260-270 at around 10-12 BF%.
If you need me to go into further depth let me know as you know I can give you a full out scientific explanation and then some...lol.
