Prime and hunger

So I'm on day 2 of Prime @ 9 caps per day. So far today, I've had an insatiable hunger all day no matter what I eat.. not that I'm complaining, as being an ecto I need to eat a ton.. just wondering if anyone else has noticed this so soon.

9 Caps ehh?? Keep me updated, I have similar stats as your's (6'8" 240lbs) but more of an Endo/Meso. I'm dosing 6/Day now 7 days a week.

cool.. yeah i'm staying on the 7 day thing too.. how long have you been using Prime or have you started yet?

just trying to see if others are noticing the increase in hunger so early.
 
now that you mention it i have been poking my head in the cupboards today more than usual looking for a tasty treat... hmmm. Co-incidence?

I'm on my 3rd day. My hunger is about the same which isn't saying much since I eat like there's no tomorrow. I've also been on DTHC for about 6 weeks and this has increased my hunger. I can say although it's only day 3 I feel something on PRIME. It is extremely subtle, I can't put my finger on it, but SOMETHING is different..
 
I'm on day 4 of Prime, and I my hunger hasn't increased. Yesterday was my second workout while on Prime and I noticed an intense pump. Kinda painful actually but I loved it. I train HST style and didn't notice anything on the endurance side. Now, what I did notice this morning was that I looked leaner and my diet hasn't changed. I'm only eating 200 calorie over maintaince. Maybe it was in my head, I don't know but we'll see.
 
Wow is all I have to say.. if this is what Prime does to workouts so soon, I'm not going to know what to do with myself...

I literally felt superhuman in the gym today, granted it is only day 2, but I'm dosing 9 caps per day. I can see how a person can easily overtrain with this stuff because on the drive home, I was half tempted to turn around and go back in the gym to further punish my chest...

im on day 4 of 6 caps a day, no increase in hunger to report as yet but i felt like i could have worked out in the gym all night!! was amazing!! felt like i could actually lift more in the latter part of my workout - its like i was just warming up after an hour!

have noticed an increase in sweating though...
 
I am on day 3 and I have noticed that I am CONSTANTLY hungry. I will have my first workout w/Prime tomorrow so I cant blame the workout for my cravings. I am excited because I want to add some mass, but dont we all.

I felt the same way after two days but I was afraid people would tell me it is placebo lol:) (I'm on day 5)

Funny thing is, I just ate at 7:45 (chicken breast and a potato) and I am hungry again (1 hour later) and to get my mind off it I came on the board and I found this post, so now I am thinking about food again :( lol

No placebo my friend. I felt it the first day the first Time I used PRIME. I was in Orlando with Doug and Steph Miller and terminated the Millers at the sushi bar...

Was this aspect in the write up?? Did not know Prime was gonna be an appetite monster, great for some, but this may be a problem for me. Perhaps Recreate will counter act this ravenous hunger Im reading about if I run them together. :(
 
have to agree about the appetite. appetite has increased slightly.

have felt the added pump and focus already (day 2)

was it designed to do this? I mean were you guys looking for it to stimulate appetite when you first came up with the product idea?
 
I'm on day 5....6/day...going to toy around with 9/ day.....appetite has increased...workout on day four(yesterday) was sick...improved endurance and pump was nuts and I hadn't taken my usual AP dose pre workout, I can only imagine what the pump would have been...my chest was a rock all day post workout....have noticed increase in mood, full body pumps and increased muscle hardness thats pretty constant....did have what i thought were gastro issues the first few days similar to the feeling of when your body adjusts to forslean, but that seems to have left now...so far so good :thumbsup:

I have been on Prime for about a week 6/caps day 5 on 2 off. I can say that my off days have been very much OFF. I definately have experienced a better mood while on prime and not as sleepy during the day. The weights have gone up each workout, pretty much every session so far has been new PR's in one way or another. Hunger is DEFINATELY increased. I'm hungry every hour, no matter what I at the hour before. So far, I have maintained the leanness of my summer cut while eating like a hoss. I trained chest at 8 oclock tonght and 6 hours later i'm STILL pumped. Best 30 bucks i ever spent
 
Increased appetite hasn't been as noticeable for me lately. I'm on day 6 and enjoying it thus far.

Haven't noticed increased poopiness, but I know that one of the ingredients can act as a laxative.. So I'll bet that's what causing it.
 
I noticed this as well, I already eat 4 large meals a day and some snacks, now im hungry even more....if I buy 6 bottles of prime the next go around can I get my personal chef?

I have also noticed i get really hott and start sweating an hour or so after taking this?

That would depend on your subject experience of both appetite alterations Nick; that being said, the appetite increase I personally experience from PRIME is far too voracious to be humbled by any suppressant aside from the ECA.

haha - my experience with ReCreate is unlike others, the product gives me a voracious appetite, however curbs overeating (which I am prone to) quite effectively.

The Prime - ReCreate experience is going to be interesting!
 
definetly increases my appetite.

I experience the huge positive aggression in the gym when on it as well.

I'm on day 4 of prime and I definitely feel something different in the gym, but I also have been feeling sort of bloated later in the day. I haven't really changed my diet...and I honestly can't think of anytime in my life that I've ever felt bloated or anything. Has anyone else felt this at all?

I have expierence these two effects as well. The increase in appetite is not a craving, i can simply eat more. Your dedication to diet will be the main determining factor.

Also, the agression i am feeling is like nothing i have felt before. I am in LOVE with PRIME. Or should my love be directed towards Jacob? :woohoo:

I have had no bloating of any kind and i am very prone to bloating.

Funny thing, today, the day after I posted that comment, I haven't felt any bloating yet. So I guess I'll just go a few more days and see what happens, but hopefully it was just a temporary thing because I got 2 bottles of this and if i can't even get through one I'd be pissed.

Thats good to hear. I have those days....

RPN Gut Health and digestive enzymes seem to help my bloat, if the issue occurs again...

i use those every day. enzymes 3x/day with meals and GH once per day.
 
Im on day 2 of prime @ 9 caps/day as well, and i'm eating like a horse. Of course im also on AP and PSlin, so i'm sure that has a lot to do with it. But all that stuff is making me an eating/drinking machine. I just can't stop. lol.
 
Some convincing comments in here from some people I trust. Too bad I can't afford to try it out! :icon_lol:

yes I have been getting this..its friggin annoying...it's like I'm full of a j-normous fart that is stuck inside...it blows...what I have found is that if I dose after I eat instead of mid meal I have had a big decrease in the bloat and at times its been non existance...I started this method a few daya ago and hope it pans out
