Yes on day 12, I would say my son's prime experience is starting to really take off as well. I was pretty surprised with what I saw last night.
 
Sounds consistent with what I am seeing as well. Will do a leg wo in the next day or two. Recovery is vastly improved.

Thank you :) not paying too much attentinon to the bodyfat. That is going away in the spring. gonna be in good shape to I go to spain in may. Try to impress the senioritas at the beach :)

Looks like the body fat is taking care of itself... that's what is interesting about this log, you are eating for a full out bulk and your body fat seems to be going down. This is unprecidented.

Starting bodyweight 156,2 Today: 162,8 Up totally 6,6

Was going to go for hard squatting today but my back is so sore I barely managed the barbell on my back. Did leg presses instead. Got 3x8 on 440lbs. I dont workout legs too much because of my work. to much bicycling. and I dont want to be sore the next day. ( but now i have one week off)
Did stiff legged deads too. really tears my hams :aargh:
3x10 162lbs. I stand on a box to get lower with the weights and an extra stretch.
Also did leg extentions and calfs.
When I was going from the gym I had trouble walking.
Will be so sore tomorrow, walking is gonna be a pain.

So what has prime to do with this? Its has upped my intensity and energy. Strenght is coming more each day.

Was planning to work out tomorrow but each and every muscle in my body is sore now. well not my abs and underarms. maybe I will work them :)
 
Yah I imagine it can catch up with you after a bit. I am really trying not to overwork my son so he doesn't wear himself out.
 
Hey man, been following along. Nice log, Looks like your kicking arse with Prime. I will be starting my 2 bottles in about a month. Can't wait!!!!!!!

Yes it does, I want soo bad to work out tomorrow but I dont want my abs to grow more and only do underarms seems a like a waste. cant go to the gym on saturday because of kids.

I guess its best to take the two days off now and recower and kick ass on Sunday:bruce2:

I am really enjoying this Prime test and will do a second bottle for sure, if it comes in the mailbox the next 10 days

Starting bodyweight 156,2 Today: 162,8 Up totally 6,6

Bodyweight was same as yesterday today, but my midsection looked leaner. Very nice.

Wasnt going to work out but my buddy called for a workout.
I could only workout under arms and abs and so I did.
I do a special workout for underarms. I take a small bar and connect to the cable machine and start twist my arms so the cable goes around the bar and the weight slowly goes up. hard to explain. But that one really burns. and when I was done I was so damn pumped. I looked like popeye. Never gone this heavy on this one as I did today.
Got a great connection with my abs too and could really squeeese them on top of the movement. Burned like hell.

A short but good workout.
Tomorrow rest and eat :)
 
Day 19

Starting bodyweight 156,2 Today: 163,2 Up totally 7lbs

Went to the gym to work back and bi`s today.
Didnt got time to work the bi`s. The gym closed.

Had an awesome back workout today I must say.
I felt so damn strong on deadlift. Last backworkout I got a new PR with 3 more reps on 286. This was easy today so I got up to 308 and did 8 of them too. This was wery motivating so I put on 22lbs more and tried 330. I only got 2 and then I couldnt work with strict form and took off some weight. I know this is baby numbers but I am not one of the stronges out there. Rest of the workout was intense and effective. Im gonna be very sore tomorrow. Even though Prime is upping the recovery.

Well to PR`s today and I`m soo happy.
My bottle of Prime is getting empty. I guess i have for 4 more days in it. And the new bottle has not arrived yet :( The way things are going now I really neeed my next bottle.

1fast doesnt have tracking on their international shippings anymore and have swiched to a german shipping company. I am a bit sceptic.

Well ordering from nutra was not a bad idea at all.
but it will take some days for them to ship it to.
What the hell, one more bottle doesnt hurt :) keep the log longer

At least now I can track where it is
 
Day 21

Starting bodyweight 156,2 Today: 165 Up totally 9,2lbs

Hello, time for an update.
Have worked chest and arms today. My shoulders are hurting a little. seems like front delts wants to attend in all exercises, hard to explain. I did inchline bench press and managed to finally hit my chest at some degree :( really unhappy about this. I have had trouble with my shoulders in a long time now.
My biceps just blew up today. I have never had this solid pump in my bis before. Thats impressive because I have worked out over 15 yrs. It is definately groing going on in my arms.

I have eaten very little food but still up i lbs :think:

Feeling really good and will try to eat better.
I have about 2 days left of prime. if the other bottles dont arrive soon

I dont think I have put on fat, same as in the beginning I think. not really sure. You can judge for yourselves in the final pictures in a couple of days.
