no it's not true, no one would say Halodrol is the most powerful, look it up

H-drol is not as potent as m-drol but also the side effect of the m-drol are far more potent than the h-drol. Both are oral steriods and need proper supports and pct plans. If this is your 1st cycle stay away from the m-drol. I wish you well.
