Day 17 Sluggish workout today, energy was just not there, so I ran a hi-rep/lighter-weight scheme of pull-ups, D-grip pulley seated rows, D-grip incline pulleys, decline DB pullovers, 1-arm DB rows, and 5 sets standing calf raises. Altho I avoided deads & bb bent rows, this was a still a useful workout. Sometimes if I'm feeling blah in my training I'll just switch things up for the day to extremely high reps, work on different fibers.

Sleep was solid again last night. I'm think I'm getting used to the synephrine.
 
Ahahaa, you guys are funny. I'm really not that much of a chef - my step-dad, he went to culinary school way back in the day, ended up becoming a CFO of this business but never did anything w/ the culinary degree, he's the for-real Iron Chef, that dude can bring it! I just picked up a few things along the way and every once in awhile we'll talk cooking & recipe strategies. I hold my own on the grill tho!

Day 18 Was feeling another hi-rep/lighter weight scheme again today, so I ran with it; also, pre-fatigued my shoulders with direct work prior to the more compound movement of pressing. I enjoy doing this from time to time too.. standing DB laterals (pinkies higher than thumbs), front plate raises, military BB press, DB Arnold presses, high pulls to chin, finished up with some ab work. Had a hella pump thruout, no pain at all, really enjoyed the hi rep work.

On a workout note, I have to say I can't wait for the end of this stack so I can begin ZAP again. My training has missing a bit of intensity lately. I still have clean energy thru the day with the synephrine, but it's more of a mental alertness rather than a physical go-get-it-ness. The only other stim I'm using is the one in my AnimalPump, and it's not much of a boost for me at all, even combined with a cup of java.
EDIT: I should mention re. the Animal stim - I felt this more when I first started it, but much like the synephrine the effects seem to have dulled somewhat.

Leaning out still happening, and with the increase in carbs I'm filling in a bit, today will be a 400g carb day (split evenly thruout) @ 2600 cals, so I'm looking forward to it. :D Hunger is still curbed these days but not to the extent it was.
 
I know what you mean about workout intensity products. I went about a year without taking any pre-workout products. You can tell such a huge difference. I just didn't feel amped going into the gym. I still haven't tried RPM. I'm definitely looking forward to trying some pre-workout products after my logs are done.
 
Dude if you haven't tried ZAP, check that stuff out. Best preworkout stim I've ever done, and I've done a few! :thumbsup:

Iron Chef entry: Me & the wife got busy cooking together last night, and we made some food too (hahahaaa).. we made stuffed green peppers. Take two peppers, cut tops off & clean out. Seperately, cook up 1 lb. lean beef (I used Laura's 96/4) and 2 cups brown rice. When the beef & rice are done, mix into bowl with 1 can tomato soup & 1/8 can of water (or you can use spaghetti sauce, we just didn't have any), and one diced onion (I prefer red onions). Stuff them puppies full, and bake for 35 minutes at 400 degrees. Serves two. Good stuff..

Day 19 Fasted tennis upon waking for an hour & a half (consuming high BCAA's thruout of course - BCAA usage is coming close to off-cycle time). Everything was feeling really good this morning, no shoulder issues, knee was great, and the calf was really flexible, still swollen but so much better now. Was sweating like a dog - maybe I sweated out some of that water I was holding, cuz I look a bit tighter after the match, weight still at 191.1 waking..

Thanks guys. I'm REALLY feeling some cuts getting ready to come on now.. but it's a little tricky seeing those results with water hanging on me. I think I'll make some quick progress here the next few days, and with the carb increase & healing up so I can hammer some heavy weights again, I look for some size increase as well, need to fill out a bit.
 
Yes it does, bigtime. Interesting you bring up Napalm - I've never done that myself, but I've been looking at it for awhile now. Was tempted to add it on the stack, but I'm bent on keeping the SNS products isolated. Do you like Napalm? I have a hard time believing there is such a site-specific product that works, but like I said, never done topicals..

I used to not believe in them but OHHHHHH YEAH do they ever work, personally i find Yohimbine HCL very harsh taken orally, harsher then ephedrine actually, transdermal is the way to go, i like to throw clenbuterol in Napalm or Lipo-derm ultra to make it even more potent, but since you wanna keep it natty i suggest Napalm and or Lipo-derm ultra, apply it twice a day, i do it on my abs/obliques and chest. I just finished a bottle of Napalm 3 squirts twice a day for 2 weeks and with my diet (7 low carb days, 2 reload days) along with SNS's TTA i've cut 6lbs in 2 weeks and it REALLY shows on the areas that i applied the Napalm. Napalm will make you hold water but the Lipo-derm Ultra won't, both are awesome. It would be a perfect addition for someone like yourself who has his diet and training dialed it, you still have to have your calorie deficient and do your cardio but it does work.
 
Awesome CHAPS, thanks for that. Might have to give that a go. How long does the water retention last w/ Napalm? Yeah I don't do the clen, never have, but I could see that combo being a hella topical. And I agree with you on the oral Yohimbine HCL, absolutely harsh.

Yohimbine messes me up, I get bad stimmed out with it, fast heartbeat, uncomfortable, very anxious. In very low amounts I'm okay, but once you get to a certain threshhold it wacks me. I haven't come across a lot of people who have this same issue - you're more than likely okay.
 
Day 20 Ooooh, sore as hell from the tennis yesterday, felt like I got hit by a mack truck. Rolled out an awesome chest day early this morning, incline BB press, flat DB press, single arm pec pulley, finished up with bw dips. Other than the dips everything was in the 6-10 rep range, moving up in weight. No issues. Did I get a pump?? Hmm, I'll let you guys decide..

It affects me the same. I feel like hell when I take anything with Yoh in it.

That would vary by the person and also by individual opinion.

With TTA-500, you are dosing higher, so you would get more benefits from the TTA, whereas with DCP you have other ingredients added in so individual response would dictate which is better.

I have not seen any reported stomach issues with TTA-500 due to the added electrolytes.

I dropped the Inhibit-E 6 days into the log, gave it to my brother - he seems to like it. I was informed ATD would cause a positive drug test & is being banned from organizations I compete in.
I have used Novedex a few times in the past tho, always got good results from it.

No stomach issues with TTA at all.

How effective are anabolic pump and powerfull. i wanna try them but they're expensive. Im already taking size-on, novodex xt, superpump 250, xtend, bulk supercissus, Animal Flex, Opti-men, subliatiamine, and musclemilk. So i already spend serious cash each month.

My question is, would anabolic pump or powerfull take my supplementation game to another level?

theres just so many new supplement i want to try included tta.

Love Cissus. As with anything, sure you can take too much of it - but honestly I don't know what that amount would have to be. I've taken a ton of it at certain periods.

With the Napalm once you come off give it a couple days and you should piss out all the water :thumbsup:

Well i don't mind it in things like lipo-6 or Leviathan Reloaded but for some reason straight up Yohimbine HCL causes me to feel VERY stimulated and uncomfortable, some nervousness oh and it causes water retention :nono:. And i'd be careful with the EC+Y as E+Y spells high blood pressure for most and i think you'd feel pretty cracked out on that.

Day 21 It's ON!! Woke today to some serious fullness, veins, and seeing my abs again! The uptake in carbs is having the desired effect on me. Water retention seems to be a bit subsided this morning (which would make sense, as the increased carb load is drawing water into the muscle cell). Looking forward to the final 10 days of this log, things seem to be coming together well. Kinda wish I didn't have this planned cheat at Red Lobster coming up Friday.. well, only kinda! :) You only turn 37 once in a lifetime..

Legs today: still conscious of knee/calf issues, so warmed up with sets of leg extensions prior to squats, staying in the 5-12 rep range on normal stance, ATG, going up to 315 for final three sets and following with a burn out set at 135; felt pretty decent, but not confident enough to run lunges yet. Followed with leg curls, Romanian deads, and 20 minutes steady-state glider.

That's off, i can take 6 LR's in a day and feel good, but i took 20mg or so of straight Yohimbine hcl and felt like crap, it's weird.

It is weird that I would have a mal effect toward the superior version of the same supplement, I sort of hate that, because I know how limited Yohimbine HCL is compared to the Yohimbine Ethylester (superfragalisticespialladocious)-ene [Levi Reloaded's version]

No deal going on at RL that I know of, wife just wanted to take me out to eat and let me pick where. Hard decision, but I been craving some lobster slathered in butter & shrimp in a garlic sauce for a while now. Plus the wife loves their cheesy biscuits, so it makes her happy too (which is a good thing, cuz I'm gonna ring up a LARGE tab she won't be happy about! :D)
 
Day 22 Off day. Woke this morning at 191.1 again - which is exactly where I started this log at - only the BF% indicator on my scale reads 2% points lower. Now this scale is not the most accurate reading %-wise obviously, but it does track BF loss fairly well, so let's say BF is down 1.5%. Still holding a bit of water weight, so I'd guesstimate I'm around 7.5% now, feels right. Might even be closer to 7%, just can't tell with the added water. Not bad for three weeks..

The yohimbine in LR is different than Yohimbene HCL. I believe it's 11-hydroxy Yohimbe, which isn't as potent.
 
Day 23 Ran a back/bi protocol this morning that I hadn't done in awhile, 50 pull-ups (25 behind neck, 25 to chin), followed by various-angled pulley sets, then incline bench DB rows; incline DB curls, BB curls, hammer DB curls. Had a great pump, arms were pythoned out..

Threw some Armageddon into the pre w/o mix, my brother gave me some to check out (never done before), gotta say first impression is not favorable. Used 1.5 scoops, got decent energy and pump as advertised, but stim effect had some nasty sides (shakiness, heart-pounding) and stomach was not digging it at all. I'll try it again next workout..

As for the SNS stack, still rolling along. Appetite still supressed fairly well, water retention still apparent, energy boost from synephrine dulled from earlier effects, no problems sleeping lately.
