i've never taking supplements before i'm 5'11 205 and trying to lower my body fat get ripped and gain muscle with no extra weight any suggestions on how i go about it?

How long have you been working out???? The best way to cut fat is thru Diet manipulation, increasing reps on exercises, shortening the rest between sets, and of coarse cardio..... once you have been consistent with your workouts and you have your diet dialed in then I would think about supps.......Peace!

thanks! and yeah i've been working out and dieting right, now i'm ready to up get upgraded, i want bigger arms and traps and lighting rips everywhere i listen to all suggestions

How old are you??? Always a good idea to go with the staples......

Protein
WPI after workouts
Balanced protein source t/o the day

Creatine 5 gr post workout

EAA's sip during workout.... I like Purple Wraath by Controlled Labs

Glutamine 5 gr post workout and at bedtime

Beta Alanine 2gr before and after workout.

Fish oil 6 gr at bedtime

Good Multi

If you are trying to cut DCP/Leviathan Realoaded is a great stack.

Depending on age a Test. booster such as Deisel Test. Hardcore is good.

6 oxo which is a aromatization inhibitor helps also.

ZMA is great also at bedtime.........

I am sure others will chime in.........

This is a good recommendation. Nutraplanet has some excellent deals in the link in my sig. You want to start with the basics, get yourself a good protein powder, multivitamin and creatine. Then you can venture into the other supplements, like Pre workout boosters and amino acids.
