Hman's Epic Epi Adventure

What dosage are you taking for this? It should be a good add for my caffine free RagnaRok (the version with caffine was sold out).
I'm taking this stack twice per day. In the morning and the afternoon. You do NOT want to take this any where even remotely close to bedtime!! lol I take Ephedrine: 30 mg. Caffiene: 200 mg. and Aspirin: 1. This gives quite the charge as you will see. It will make a great kicker for your caff-free Ragnarok, This sh*t will put the ROK in Ragnarok! ha ha :lol:
 
Well well well that was one hell of a workout. I mean damn i haven't been that strong with that much intensity and focus in a little bit.Did some back and bi's and i was a straight animal. I don't remember all the numbers but will try to

wide grip pulldowns- 3 sets-160,180,180

deads-5 sets of 5- 135,225,275,315,335(real happy about this haven't done them in months)

Tbar rows-4 sets- 70lb,90,115,135

lat machine 3 sets ?

seated rows-3 sets- 140,160,160

then i did some seated curls, cable curls, bi machine

reverse narrow grip pulldowns - 3 sets- 140,140,140

Not sure if it is working for sure but damn it sure felt like it. Great pump, vascualrity, and feel.
 
Yeah that is pretty close. I will probably run it for 4 weeks, i am going to go by feel though and play it by ear(or should i say muscle). I just was going to make it shorter because i have a test cycle coming up and i don't want to put it off for too long. Ya heard!
thats the way to do it just be flexible with the plan. Hey hman, sorry bro i didnt mean youre small haha more like not heavy :D

Great job. So you started already? Numbers look good too! esp for being out for awhile. I like the 5x5 deads :thumbsup: the best way to do em imo but i may throw in some speed deads sometime within the next weeks. What else is on your supp aresenal?

Yeah i am on day 3, I was very surprised at the deads especially because that is the first time i have done them in months. So I will be excited to see what is in store for this cycle.
 
No gym today , there was some wind swell so i surfed it up for a couple hours. got my cardio in for today. I weighed myself today after surfing(it is usually really low then) and i was up 4.5lbs i know its not all muscle but a good start.

Sorry about the lack of updates folks. I have been pretty busy with tail this weekend:D. Workouts have been great, pumps have been real nice as well. I am going back to school tomorrow and it is going to be a tough semester. I am also going to jump up to 30mgs a day tomorrow. My birthday is on friday to and i get to order a bunch of supps. I was thinking some drive,diesel test, atd, alri tri stack, napalm and some hemo:dance: That should keep me happy for a bit. I am still going to get some pics up so watch out. I am definately leaning out and gaining weight,so far so good. I have this machine at my gym that "supposedly" measures your bodyfat but i can't see how accurate it is. But it said that i have lost a % since about 2 weeks ago . So maybe it is kinda on. I need to up my cardio alot because that is a area that i have been slacking on. Also a question for people who have done epistane, When ijump up to 3 pills a day when is the latest i should take the last one? What i am trying to ask is how should i space them out and does epi keep you up if takin too late? Well i am done ranting for now but i will update tomorrow after my workout. Peace!
 
I have noticed that Epi tends to hinder my sleep. Other compounds like Phera, Super-drol, and D-Bol do NOT bother my sleep patterns. But things like TRN and Epi DO cause me some insomnia. I think you'd be better off taking your last dose at least 6 hours before bedtime. This is how these compounds affect me anyway. Everyone is different though. :thumbsup:
 
No dreams! It's true. You have to go to the colds and allergies aisle and get a card that is in the rack where the Suphedrine used to be. Take that card to the pharmacy and they will get the ephedrine for you. It's behind the counter, but no prescription is necessary. You do have to show ID and sign for it, as Methamphetamine Laws restrict how much an individual is allowed to buy in a given peroid of time. Say per month. But you CAN get it. And that ECA stack really kicks ass!! My last 2 workouts on it were phenominal!! :head:

Yes, I would sir. That simple little stack blows all of these pre-workout powders and drinks away IMHO!! You'll have all the energy you need......and then some!!! :dance: HA HA :lol:

I personally don't use any stimulants while "on." Your heart is already under stress due to the steroids, and the ECA stack would only make this a lot worse. Sure you'll probably be fine, but do this during a few cycles, then later down the road you're told you need to take heart medication. No bueno. Just my .02
 
ECA doesn't really give me any kind of stim affect it just makes me really dizzy, but it does curve my appitite.
 
Wasn't more of that hard hman lovin' was it??!! :lol: Take care bro. Do some easy hyper-extensions from lying face down on the floor. Raise your upper torso slowly and easily until you feel the lower back muscles tighten just slightly. Don't over stretch. But you do need to easy stretch those things out.
 
Just messed my back up somehow, so i am going to hold off on the gym till tomorrow:frustrate

Thanks for everyones concern and help but my back feels much better today and i am happy about that. will be doing some gym time later not sure if i will go befor my next class or not but i will update.

This was a great compound for me and had some real good benefits, but be aware of the lethargy. I remember Trip suggested taking DHEA @ 200mg ED throughout the cycle to help with it. I don't think I did that, so I'm going to advise that.

Good luck with the cycle. I'll be following along closely. What do you have planned for PCT?

Hell yeah man. I keep a 35 in the trunk of my car. If I go to a party or a place where I know there are chicks I take it out and do 2 sets of high rep curls. haha conceded I know

Are you guys serious? Haha. Man. That's pretty funny. I go the opposite way. I enjoy covering up. That way, when you do take your shirt off, the chicks drop their jaws since they never saw it coming. If I'm at a party and I get too much porter in me I usually end up half-naked.

Feeling much better! Well i might as well update now while i have the time. Yesterday was a great workout, for some reason i seemed weaker than last week but i had amazing intensity. I pretty much ran through my workout with no rest at all. Maybe that is why the weights where a little lowwer not sure. All in all i feel epi is a very mild compound. If i run it again it will probably start at a higher dose.Not sure if i really feel it that much at all. Maybe it will kick in more later. I started at somewhere around 170-173 and i am now hovering at 176-178. I still have been slacking on my cardio which is not good but i have been so busy lately. Tomorrow is my bday and i will probably be going out. Luckily i will be blessed with some nice groundswell for my bday thanks to gustav. Should be head to overhead on sunday. HELLS YEAH *****ES! Thats the best present i could have asked for. So i am super stoked about the waves. When did everyone who has used epi start to feel it for sure? Some times i think its there then i don't. Let me know

It is 10 days today and i guess i was just expecting more. Yeah i am with you on the hornyness I ahve been like this along time too.
