Mental and Texas' Wired BBing Show

Ok, just to clear it up again....

ONLY THE RECOMP CLASS NEEDED PICS.

BUT this class is looking like it will be eliminated...due too....

No one excpet 2 making the deadline.

I dont feel bad about it anymore or nor should I. We posted that deadline ASAP when Tex opened that class...DUE TO POPULAR DEMAND...well its gone.

People who didn't post pics ruined it for those that did, and also totally wasted their time and effort. Good job.
 
That sucks for all... in all other online shows that was the most effective class. Actually the only one I seen ever work correctly. Always good to see an amazing transformation. I think it speaks for volume than a class. Since some people here are actually pro and all.

i like to see the transformations as well thats why ill keep those before pix i took and ill post up my post pix in the same poses so i can see the differences as well as anyone who were curious =D


yo bass and TheLaw....the 3 of us still compete just for the hell of it?
-we got our pre pix in....make sure the 3 of us get the same poses for the post =D
 
i think the move for all the poses was unness.. i think a front lat pose and back pose and maybe a most muscular was sufficient.. and why not start Sept1? a full 6 monther

pssssst....go look at the thread for the recomp pix to be posted theres 3 people in it lol.
and i liked the fact that there were 8 poses....it makes a wider area for us to focus on instead of just having to work back chest and arms....legs and core would be included too
also, the dif poses imo made it seem more like an actual show
 
thats true but i think we should stop looking at the tree and look at the forest. i dont think we have to go all out and look show ready lets just motivate each other for some kickass progress these coming months
 
I've got some good before pics from 7-15-08 I posted in a log, so when its all over maybe those interested can compare? See who actually did the best transformation?

On no, we MUST look as "show ready" as possible! Or at least that's what i'm doing. ;)

Sounds good. The people who messed up the recomp class will also mess up the Feb 1st show by not posting in time, so don't even worry about them as competition :)

Count me in. I've said before that the main reason I was doing this was for the motivation anyways, at hoepfully that won't be taken away. So, I will see you guys at the endgame. Good luck. (You will need it competing against such a fatty haha)

kk. maybe we can work something out later with the judges to say who had the best transformation still.

alright guys....sorry to say but im going to have to eliminate the Composition class sadly. Sorry for those of you who put in the effort and actually stuck to deadlines. Im interested to see how the turnout will go now since a commitment level was just shown to a certain extent. Best of luck to you all. go ahead and throw up which weight class you would like to be in now.


Yes this is more for motivation reasons, however....why not treat it like a real show? Many people will never have the chance to do it in real life, I think going into this however you wish to look will do. Me, i am in it for motivation as well as looking a good as possible
 
i would text you but all i have been doing is studying. I have probably read 200 pages the past 2 days of book texts. where you going for the hurricane? We may have evacuate since im on the island because we flood very easily
 
not sure. but im going to college station for the game this weekend. you should buy a ticket and come with me and some friends. i think tuesday its supposed to hit. level 3 at the minimum i read
 
the projected path if followed it wont even touch texas

Yea. I hope people can handle a 5 month notice to get pics up....i mean seriously.

There will be NO SLACK on the final pics. I plan to have a mod lock the threads also.

The reason "so many" poses is the same reason they have so many in the real thing.
My standing most muscular is weak cause i have a poor chest form the front, but my side chest is good cause i have thick arms and shoulder and can vaccum.
Just like my lat spread will own and youll wanna be able to do your best pose. haha...

like i said, tryin to keep if fair and not favor any one. All the poses hit every body part. Its a matter of how good you are at them and knowing how to work angles also...

I HIGHLY recomend everyone take some time to leanr how to pose. Its not as easy as you think, well to do it right at least.

235, all natural? If you meet that at a low bodyfat you should be a solid contender. I personally dont think ill be able to do much better than 230lb, as low BF as possible.

thats what im in it for, you can get criticism from your friends/family, but an outside eye is usually best.

All natural. We'll see if it can be done this go around.

Im new here,not new elsewhere I just signed up under a different name here.I have reps elsewhere and have been around the block.WIth that being said I wouldn't object to pre contest pics,just keep me updated.

im only saying that about the prizes bc lifter said 25th last week or so,that's all.Sorry if my commitment to the contest has been brought into question.Love the board and just trying to make my contribution! have a good one fellas!

I just binged on deli turkey breast. It's primo quality though. Wegman's 98% fat-free turkey breast.

I'll just dose some Renewtrient and burn it off whilst I sleep ;)

I am currently fat and my butt is super big, with the body fat and that I can currently only do legs twice a week. I have a huge butt that most of my pants cannot fit. Time for a change.
I'm guessing 16-17 percent body fat.

My upper body really hasn't changed, even though I haven't worked it in four months, since I'm keeping protein high. Well Ive stayed up long enough..got to stay on the same sleeping schedule, this is important for gains. My legs super-big since that's all i have done for the past four months. Hopefully, I can train upper body by November(and hopefully before) and muscle memory kicks in and I'll add some lean mass on my body. I'm not even going to try to do any thing that would even compromise my elbow in the month of September. Only take special care of it.

Hopefully I can do the show! This contest is awesome

i say you stick to it no matter what...even if you end up only doing legs. besides in 1-2 months time muscle memory will return. Thanks man and this show is great for all of us i agree. Good luck man!
 
Just start doing little cardio sessions now. Maybe 30minutes 2-3 times a week.
You dont wanna leav yourself to much to cut or you either wont cut enough or youl loose way to much muscle.

I'm a fatty too man.... I def have some to lose. I think i'm around the same BF% as you.

By the way Texas and Mental big thanks again, i'm getting really exited about this!!! I'm gonna try to put on about 40 more pounds of muscle over the next 5 months........ :lol:
I'm guessing it'll be about 10-15 if i'm lucky.
