speakin of Tex.....i miss my WO buddy....hes 30 mins south of me so i had to find a new WO buddy who has a big head....what i mean to say is he thinks he knows everything.
hes a great guy (my 2nd best friend) but very hard headed......IDEA!!!! im gonna get him to join AM lol

well see he is 5'10'' 160 lol simliar to Tex. difference hes not as strong as me or Tex but has a lower BF%.
so he thinks hes the sh!t. its cool. ima try and get him on here.

Bass, you are very similar to me in proportion . . . I am just 5-8 though. Might wanna re-do the lat pix, I am no pro but it is difficult to do, especially when you are not very wide, just like me.

Pics look good bass. I'd agree though you need to work on your lat spread pose.

Also focus on your incline presses and I think you will make some serious progress before February. 50 repper leg presses and windowmakers with your DC split should really bring out those quads too.

So Yeah... I just posted my pictures up in the other spot and here come my excuses as to why these suck...

1. I forgot they were due today (thought it was the 30th for some reason, ya, I'm dumb).
2. No one else was home to help me, I am just glad my camera has a timer.
3. This was the first time I have done these poses actually trying to do the pose (If that makes any sense at all).

One thing I wanted to ask. By the time I got home from work tonight, my dad already threw away the newspaper. I used my cell phone to show the date since you cant change that(that I know of). Do you want me to get a picture with tomorrows paper, just so I stay in line with the rules? I can pick one up at school, that way I'm guaranteed to have one. I'm just not rooting through the garbage tonight, sorry guys.

Also, for the judging I recall you mentioning symmetry being a large part and that leads into my predicament. I messed up my left shoulder a long time ago snowboarding and since then the left half of my upper body has not developed near the same as my right. Looking at my pictures, now, I realized just how noticable it is (I just always thought it was in my head). So how should I go about training these muscles to fill them out correctly? The reason I want to say its due to my shoulder is because after heavy bench press (only with a bar and at any angle) or heavy Bi excercises my shoulder will have a dull ache. It never gets very painful, but is definitely noticeable. So I guess this is more a two part question then. How to build up the one side, and any ideas as to what the problem is or a possible fix for it?


Thanks for any help you guys can give, I really appreciate it. Oh yeah, sorry if this seems to ramble on or jump around a lot, it's just that I've been up a very very long time today.

You just listed all the ting i'm working on, lol. Funny thing is, I always thought I need lower pec work, but after seeing those pics, it's the opposite. I did messup the lat spread pose, lol. In the pics it looks like my arms are pointing backward, but they are not at all. Yes, my quads blow balls as well, lol. I was also not pumped or full of carbs, so I pretty much looked like crap, lol. Oh well, final ones will be sickkkkk! Tomorrow is leg day :)
 
ok so i had school all day then worked till 1 a.m. so i kinda missed my window to get into it but i will get a paper first thing in the morning and take pix with it....sorry best i can do. promise i wont lift between now (1:30a.m.) and then (9a.m.) lol.
if this won't do then let me know and ill change classes.

What are your stats? I just want an idea of who im up against. And what do you plan on coming in at for contest time? Unless thats too many secrets revealed ;)


6ft2 (barefooted) 225 lbs. I plan on coming in at 235. no secrets , best man wins. I'm sure after all said and done we'll get constructive criticism from the judge points of veiw.

Something like Smeton your back is a genetic gift and so are you legs.

Your abs need work and you need to lose more fat around the midsection. lolololol

Man some of you guys are already ripped.

IMHO its not only size, ; although it does surely matter. Its everything symmetry, lines,detail,posing,(well we don't have that here since it's pictures and not video), tanning, lighting. This'll be interesting.

235, all natural? If you meet that at a low bodyfat you should be a solid contender. I personally dont think ill be able to do much better than 230lb, as low BF as possible.

thats what im in it for, you can get criticism from your friends/family, but an outside eye is usually best.
